Dark looking guy with beard & goatee working Easter Sunday night shift refused to sell me a 6 pack of beer after showing him my ID. He told me to pull it out & still told me I look young. I am 22 years old!! So after responding to him thanking him that I look young he said sorry it’s the law. I said yes it’s the law that I am clearly legally allowed to purchase alcohol, he stated that he’s been having issues. Maybe he has been selling alcohol to minors without carding them, so therefore he should be fired.. but me having an ID & looking young still doesn’t disqualify me when obviously my Tennessee drivers license is valid. This is ridiculous!!!

I think the service at Mapco Gas Station is great. The employee went out of his way to help me put oil in my vehicle as I was not able to open lid myself. Mr. Lavelle Kinnard at store 6624, in Nashville TN. He was very nice and helpful!!! He would not let me give him a tip. He said NO, what goes along, comes around. It's good karma to help people as he would want someone to help him if it was needed. He is a keeper - very good employee!!!

Will not cash a 100.00 for gas have noticed this several times, cashiers say you have to spend a minimum of 30.00 for them to cash out a 100. (Hispanic customers always have trouble getting gas at these locations.) This location repeatedly tells customers they don’t have enough cash to cash out lottery tickets ect

Every time I go by there after work they are closed. They are not supposed to close til 11 but I've been by at 9:30 and there closed. Then tonight they were closed at 10:40. Everytime this happens it is the same rude lady working!!!!!

Just waisting my time at this location. Left all the stuff I wanted to buy. Who the hell ask for an id to sell lottery tickets. Be happy whith that one star.

I have tried to patronize this store because of it's location, but, the employees are rude, lazy and very disrespectful.
