I recently finished the 6 week Little Black Dress and Slim Shirt Challenge and it could not have come at a better time! I was not looking after myself at all and was feeling bloated, sluggish, moody and just overall BLAH! The challenge was exactly what I needed to kick start some really healthy habits and get on track to achieving some big goals. I was apprehensive about cooking (as I'm a busy teacher and regularly come home tired) but the meal plan was really manageable and something I'm continuing with beyond the challenge, not to mention that most of the meals were easy to prepare and delicious. The extra workouts really helped me to achieve great results and I'm feeling great! The biggest positive of the challenge was being part of a team. Everyone really supported each other through the tough times of the challenge and of course all the MC Fitness Crew were their normal encouraging selves. I have lost 7kg and centimetres all over my body, as well as dropping a dress size. I couldn't be happier with the results and my confidence to continue with my new healthy habits beyond the challenge. I love being a part of the MC Fitness family and recommend it to everyone I know, it is a great team environment where everyone is encouraged and supported to reach their goals and improve their fitness.

If you are in or around the Knox area, and are looking for an alternative option to a gym, then give MC Fitness a go. I have been a member with MC Fitness now for a few years. I really enjoy the small group classes with other people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels - I have never felt judged, I feel very comfortable there, unlike at the bigger gyms. I just completed a 6 week challenge - I was put into a group of 5 women who I had never met before. We were responsible for keeping each other focussed and motivated. At the start I was a little sceptical, HOWEVER these women were amazing and I can not believe how much they helped me get through it. It was great to know that you were not alone. I lost approx. 8 cm around the waistline in 6 weeks. The food plan was really easy to stick too - the meals were delicious, quick and easy to prepare (I'm not much of a cook, however I found the food prep super easy). So if you are considering joining MC Fitness, or considering joining one of the challenges, I can not recommend them enough - JUST DO IT...and I will see you at the next challenge :)

I have always had a keen interest in my physical and mental health for many years, my job keeps me fit to a good level, love a good push bike ride walking etc. With past gym & training memberships over my 53 years, there is no doubt in my mind that MC fitness is now my home. My life is very busy, self employed & running home /family & life in general, The app makes fitting in the 30 minute classes so easy, the exercises change & rotate monthly & weekly. All the trainers that run the classes are brilliant and bring a wealth of knowledge, the members are of various mature age & are so wonderful ,we all have the same positive goals & attitude with lots of laughs , banter throughout the classes. My level of fitness, energy, mental health & general well being has definitely gone to a much higher level, with not a thought of turning back! I have recommended MC fitness to a lot of friends & work colleagues , with no hesitation to recommend busy mums , dads & everyone to give the MC fitness challenge a go go !!! Seriously..Thanks MC! I love being a member at MC Fitness. I have just completed a 21 day Keto challenge and it was the best challenge I have ever done. I found the Keto meal plan was great for me, I have never been one to stick to diets, but the recipes were so easy and yummy. In the 21 days I lost around 3kgs and 6cm around my waist! I woke up every morning feeling great, 'brain fog' disappeared and I had a lot more energy. The part I loved the most was losing that bloated feeling in my tummy and how much looser and more comfortable my jeans were. I am a bit of a coffee snob sometimes and didn't think I would cope with the bulletproof coffees in the morning but I actually enjoyed them and have continued having them every morning since! The exercise regime and support from staff was fantastic and I was so proud of myself for achieving all the goals I set at the start of the challenge. Highly recommend giving it a go!

I was anxious to get back to exercise one year after giving birth to twins. I was not sure where to start as obviously my body was different. Been active for most of my adulthood, I knew cardio only is not going to work for me anymore. I need to do more strength but don't have a good program to follow. After seeing the big change my friend had since she started, I joined MC Fitness this year and did the trim down challenge in April. The food from the meal plan was easy to follow and OH SO YUM! Healthy food can be delicious too! I got to stay motivated and supported by other fellow team members and it was uplifting to see how likeminded people can embrace each one to achieve a goal together. It has become my habit to go three times a week which I have never been able to stick with in the past. I truly enjoy the exercise here~~

Just finished my first six week challenge and i’m so thrilled to finally find an exercise program that I can actually stick to. This program kept me motivated despite all the challenges of being a busy mum and shift worker with no spare time (all the usual excuses) i was easily able to adapt and incorporate the classes because they start from 5:30am and even run till 7:30pm which is great for fitting in with the kids activities and shift work. The instructors are so friendly and encouraging and because the activities are always changing you never get bored. I love that the session focus rotates from arms to legs and abs to ensure you build strength on all your muscle groups. The body scans, meal plans and accountability sessions really help keep you on track. Couldn’t recommend this program enough. Cheers Yvette

Training at MC Fitness is great and the trainers and supportive and helpful. They push you but at the same time, making sure you're comfortable with the movements. While classes are short, do not let that fool you! There are also lots of time slots to pick from. You will sweat, your muscles will burn and your heart rate will be up. It does get easier to get through the workout the more you stick at it. I'm currently enjoying working out in the newly opened Studio 2 which includes boxing and kickboxing classes (with cardio). There's no partner work as you're working with your own stationary punching bag which is great. The Restore and Balance (a mix of foam rolling and pilates) is also another great class which allows you to stretch, work on your core and learn how to use a foam roller to loosen tight muscles.

I’ve been a member at MC Fitness since 2016. I really enjoy the atmosphere of the classes and how they are setup and run. The trainers are wonderful at motivating and pushing you to be your best, and really care about helping you set and achieve your own personal goals. I love that the classes are small, meaning you get a more tailored and personal training experience, and that they cater for all fitness abilities. The workouts are challenging but so rewarding and I love that there are so many sessions to pick from every day and that the classes are only 30 mins, meaning you can get your workout done and out of the way in no time and go on with the rest of your day. I honestly brag about “my gym” to all my friends and family and am so glad I signed up when I did!!

Hi Mc fitness for me has been an awesome place to train for the last 5 months. I love the variety of different workouts including , strength /cardio classes, kickboxing, boxing and restore and balance . All trainers are professional and enthusiastic and the small training numbers make it a really friendly environment . I started at Mc fitness to train over the colder months as I’m a keen cyclist and with some grit and determination I have surprised myself at what I’ve managed to achieve , Im down 11kgs and looking much better and a whole lot fitter. Being closer to the age of 50 than I would like, I was extremely hesitant in starting a fitness program when I had never done anything like that before in my life. Can I now say, it is honestly the best decision I have ever made in my life. I kicked off with the 21 day fitness challenge and MC Fitness encouraged, motivated and supported me through every step of the way! By the end of the program, whilst I didn't "see" results, my measurements told me otherwise having lost a whopping 16cm off my body in 21 days! The program WORKS! So if you think your age or your size is holding you back - STOP! Contact MC Fitness, they will change your life! They certainly have of mine. Yesterday, I completed McFitness's 21day Keto Challenge. It was hands down the best challenge I have done. Only 3 weeks and I lost 10cms around my waist (and a cheeky 8 kgs) Finally I have learned how to eat for my body and shift my, stubborn as hell, mummy belly. The food was incredibly tasty and there was plenty of it, I rarely felt hungry. On top of all that, my energy went through the roof. My mind feels clear and I'm waking up with the alarm instead of being a serial snooze button hitter. I even did the Bloody Long Walk 35kms in the middle of the challenge and cruised through while my walking buddies were erratically snacking and crashing on snakes and Mars bars. Can't recommend this one enough Maurice, thank you!

MC Fitness 6 week challenge was the perfect way to kick start my return to being healthy. In 6 weeks of easy to follow food plans and training I was able to lose 11cm off my waist, feel so much more energised and mentally focused! I am a big eater and not a great cook so was worried, but the meals were quick, easy, yum and left me satisfied which was a great surprise! The trainers really pushed me to ensure I was getting the most out of each session and made strength training enjoyable. The program put us in teams and linked us via Facebook which really helped with support and motivation. Highly recommend a challenge and the gym in general.

I joined MC Fitness as I knew I was in danger of living the rest of my life as a couch potato!! I cannot express how wonderful this gym is. I love the fact that everyone is so friendly and helpful and want you to get the best out of each workout. I have a serious knee injury and am assisted with alternative exercise's to ensure I do not damage it any further. I have been a member for 5 weeks now and I am addicted! I also love the fact that the classes are small, there are no mirrors and nobody cares what you look like. If you need a great value gym with wonderful trainers don’t hesitate to take that step and join up

I started at MC hoping to lose a few kgs, 5 months later and 16 kgs lighter I couldn’t be happier! I have participated in a 6 week challenge & most recently the 28 day trimming challenge. The meal plans are easy to follow and the food is really yum! As someone who hates gyms, MC is the perfect place for me! No mirrors & meat heads taking selfies, just everyday people hoping to achieve their goals. I’m losing weight, building muscle & improving my health one step at a time. This gym is very welcoming / unpretentious in terms of staff and members. The small class sizes make it very personable. Trainers are knowledgeable and professional. I love the garage style layout as nature and fresh air are right next to you during workouts with one wall open. The 30-40 minute sessions make it easier to work hard without over or under doing it for better results. A variety of classes with boxing, circuit style training and yogilates type classes make for a balanced fitness regime. If you want to get in shape, feel good and have fun all at the same time, this is the place for you!

I began at MC Fitness with a 21 day program and it gave me the kick start I needed! Then I decided to take part in the Little Black Dress & Slim Shirt 6 week Challenge to keep me motivated in striving to achieve my goals. So very happy with my results! Meals were yummy and easy with simple prep and planning. The team support I had was unreal and I’d hope to be lucky enough to get the same team next time. Also love how the sessions run, they are so enjoyable, quick and rewarding! My strength has improved so much and Maurice and the trainers know when to push you where you need to be.

OMG! If you are part of the MC family and you haven't done a 6 week challenge, JUST DO IT. I have just completed the 6 week LBD challenge that went across my birthday and hubby's too. I lost weight and quite a few cm's, more than I thought I could. The trainers were 100% supportive and I couldn't have asked for a more considerate group to be paired with to support, smile, complain and understand what each of us was going through. I am so glad I did this one. I will definitely be doing more in the future. If your not yet part of the family; you will never regret trying them out.

I have been training at MC for about 7 months now and am really enjoying it! The trainers are so encouraging and knowledgeable - they help you to push yourself and get the most out of every workout. The monthly/fortnightly changes to the program help me stay motivated and excited to attend every session. The boxing and restore and balance classes are particular favourites of mine. I love the personal feel and social aspect of chatting to the trainers and other members before and after workouts. Would definitely recommend everyone to give it a go!

mc fitness solutions really does work! What I enjoy most about training with Mc Fitness is that the trainers make you work for what you want, they are inspirational and have genuine interest to see us (as clients) not only get to our goals but smash them, joining MC Fitness was the best decision I've made in a long time. and the fellow clients are so nice!.... my journey isnt over and yours hasnt started until you say it has... so dont think twice just do it! Ive been at MC Fitness since November 2018. Its been a kick start to a change in my health and fitness and I couldn't recommend this place enough. The trainers are fun, hard and very supportive. Ive never been a 'gym' person but this environment is the best fit for me. Maurice and the team at MC fitness have changed my whole experience of working out, I love the classes and that the coaches push you but also support you (even when I've had an injury I know I can still go and they will work with me). All the coaches know your name and greet everyone with big smiles, its the friendliest gym I've ever been too! The accountability sessions and food coaching has been a game changer, in my first 8 weeks I've dropped 11.5cms off my waist. Cant wait to see where I'm at in a years time! Xx

I've been doing semi-private classes for 6 weeks now and as a 'non gym' person I've found it really easy to transition into working out. The classes are small and personalised, the instructors are really helpful and the booking system is quick and easy. There's a good variety of equipment, the programs are changed monthly and there's a genuine interest in your progress and achievement. MC fitness is awesome! I was a participant in the 6 week challenge. I just wanted to make a review because these guys are the best! The workouts are made to target multiple muscle groups and they even have kickboxing/yoga classes to mix it up a bit. The trainers are very friendly and approachable and are always challenging you to do better. There are numerous classes run throughout the day, making it super convenient to fit a class in, even if you have a busy lifestyle.

I joined Mc Fitness 6 months ago and have never looked back I have lost 18 kg in total. The last 8 I lost in a 28 day trim down challenge!! With an extensive meal plan and a bit of hard work!! I joined MC fitness to do a 21 day challenge to slim down before a holiday. I did 3 sessions a week and followed the nutritional advice provided and I am really seeing results! I am 4kg down from starting weight and feel so much better for it! I have more energy in the day and sleep better at night. The classes are short, hard workouts which are a good mix of cardio and strength and leave you feeling like you've had a solid session.

I’ve been so impressed with MC Fitness since I started. I’m a serial fitness and gym failure. I’ve signed up to so many classes and gyms over the years and never lasted more than a few months but I actually look forward to going to these classes. It’s taken me years to get back into exercise and am so happy with the decision to join MC fitness. The trainers are down to earth and really great! The trainers have been great with explaining and checking in during classes, and keeping us motivated. Loving the boxing classes! I like that the boxing classes don’t involve pairing up and that you can push yourself at your own pace but in a group and under supervision.

The atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly. Dare I say fun? Before each session the instructor demonstrates each piece of equipment and explains how it will work on your body. Got an injury or can't manage an excercise? No problem. There's always another way. Any and all levels of fitness work out here and there's never a feeling of not being as good or as strong or as fit as anyone else. And there are no mirrors!

I started at MC fitness just over a month ago and have loved it! The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to support. They gym is very clean and there are plenty of classes at different times making it much easier to fit it in with whatever your schedule may look like. Great program, we've lost weight and are starting to take shape in just two months.. The meal plan is easy to prepare and tasty as well making simple to undertake and the trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging and work to ensure they work around any limitations that you may have. We feel better, breathe better, and are looking better, not bad for a pair in their mid 50s..good it a go, the results don't lie. .

Joined MC fitness a couple of months ago on their 30 days free challenge and it has been fantastic. I was sceptical to join anywhere after previous dealings with pushy gyms that lock you in, but the team are so flexible and make it a warm, welcoming environment that is not pretentious at all. Very reasonable pricing, great trainers and an abundance of classes to suit every schedule. Highly recommended.

I'm 100% here for the boxing! MC Fitness have such a great set up for boxing with really varied classes, so you can go through a range of different techniques in each half hour class. The trainers are awesome and encouraging, and the times are varied, so I can do classes at times that suit me! Plenty of parking too, to cap off a great experience! Give them a go! (or don't, I'm not your boss!)

Joined up for a 3 week challenge hoping to drop a few kgs. 4 months later im down 10kgs and fitter than i have ever been. Everyday i get someone new asking what i have been doing and how i got such good results. Best decision i have made! The programs are great and the trainers are fantastic. Its a 30 min session but u are well and truly spent by the end. The results just keep coming. Give it a go!

Great gym for beginners like myself with detailed explanations and someone always there to guide you if/when it is needed. Super happy with the variety of classes offered. Very supportive group of trainers. I signed up and thought ok, this is on me now but I’ve been getting constant feedback/support from the girls and even though I’m yet to master the art of consistency, I don’t doubt with their help I’ll get there in the end! The monthly change in workouts doesn’t make it feel stale and the upbeat nature of the team makes it a fun workout ✨

As someone who struggles to stick to exercise I find MC fitness to be perfect for me. The environment is really friendly and the exercises varied and interesting. I'm not a person that enjoys exercise but I've really enjoyed coming to this gym. The facilities and equipment they provide are great. The trainers are all super knowledgeable and friendly and they have such a welcoming community vibe! They make the classes fun and rewarding. Would definitely recommend.

I signed up for the 4 week deal with the intention of probably doing it myself at home afterwards but i found the team so encouraging and friendly and really enjoyed the classes that i signed up afterwards. They keep me motivated but not overwhelming...great for beginners!

Mc Fitness is one of best training centre i have used. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Their program is realistic and suitable to all age levels. I strongly recommend who needs help with their fitness or shave some weight.

The trainers are friendly and approachable. Whist they push you to reach your potential, they are also mindful of each individual's needs, requirements and limitations. The 30 minute sessions are full on but is worth every minute of it.

Such a great gun. I have been a member for 5 years and I recently signed my son up to the teen training session so now we do boxing together. The trainers are so helpful with teaching him boxing techniques. We both love these sessions.

Awesome trainers, fantastically challenging workouts that exhaust you, but you definitely know you've worked out! Never knew half an hour, three times a week would work.... but .... it does!! Oh and the 5am class is the best!!

Great place to get fit. 30 minute classes are the perfect length to go hard at it without breaks. Boxing without having to take turns holding the pads is the best. Great team of trainers and great environment. Love it!
