Great people and easiest property sale you will ever have. Highly recommended. Ray White Seaforth managed the sale of our property, which was a smooth and easy process. From the first meeting till the sale of the property, we were kept informed at every step. Mark was great in getting the property marketed and getting an offer above our expectation back to us within a couple of weeks. Mark was professional, efficient, reliable, and ready to help at all times. Throughout the process it was great dealing with Mark, who was contactable at any time during the day and always kept in contact regarding any questions we had. Can’t recommend Ray White Seaforth and Mark enough.

First they tried to trick us into extending the rental period after the fixed period ended, clearly showing that they think we do not know our rights. Then, at the end of the lease, they want to charge us over $700 for cleaning costs, just because we did not have the time to clean the kitchen 100% and remove some cleaning products in the cupboards. When we started the lease, the appartment was in a dirty state. And they were expecting us to professionally clean at the end of the lease. An absolute unfair behaviour towards tenants always paid rent on time and otherwise did not cause any kind of problems. A disgrace

Ray White Seaforth managed our investment property for a years. When we decided to sell Mark made this process seamless. He was at all our open homes and gave us some recommendations to complete prior to sale to obtain the best price. The team worked so hard and has the property sold with a block record in 7 days.
