Review re Conveyancing - these acted on behalf of my buyer. Simply painful, repeatedly delayed proceedings, no one can get hold of them, took 6 months to go through when there was no chain for either side. We were on the verge of pulling out due to total frustration but we felt they had us over a barrel as we'd invested so much time.

I would highly recommend MSB. In particular, my case was handled by Hannah Barlow who was outstanding from the start, kept me well informed and recommended excellent counsel for representation in court. At no point did I have anything but full confidence in MSB and ultimately getting the result we were looking for.

MSB represented me in a family law case. It cost me over £20.000. Although my lawyer was attentive, my case was a complete loss and for that reason, my review is 1 star. Some advice if you are hiring any lawyer:

Judge said Solicitor had incorrectly applied for costs so costs were not awarded. This mistake on there part cost me in the region of £10000. Would never use or recommend to anyone.

This is a solicitor based in Liverpool, who visited the flats where I live. They were offering free wills to over 65's. They were very helpful, explaining every detail to us.

Such a lack of urgency to get any of my paperwork completed. Has taken since August to draft up a new lease agreement for a commercial property (still hasn't been finalised).

Because of there incompetence they have caused a 2 months delay in selling my propperty not to mention not being able to provide simple statemts of lease fees payed!!
