We ordered for the 1st time 3weeks ago. It was frustrating to get excited about the meal plans but then after 7 working days it was still not ready as one of the dishes apparently had to be specially be made was the excuse. So we had to wait a week to start our weigth loss journey. So when we finally received our order I thought ok maybe it's a single incident I'll order again quickly so we have our week 2 in time to start when week 1 finishes. The meals are delicious for diet food but it's frustrating that it takes so long to get delivered. I can't order week 1 to 4 all in one go as I don't have enough fridge space. Needless to say I ordered week 2 the 29th of August 2022 and they only acknowledged the order 30 August. Today is the 9th of September 2022 and still our order is not ready. Pretty frustrating as we leave for Cape Town tomorrow for 3weeks. There were also no correspondence from them to inform us that its going to be late. When I sent a whatsapp to them they made silly excuses like cable theft etc. Not the client's problem if you state on your website 5 to 7 working days. Especially of you don't have the common decency to inform the client. The meals aren't cheap so you'd figure the service would be ok. I won't recommend using them if you can't order all your meals in one go. You won't get any feedback without asking and it will definitely not take 5 to 7 working days to get your order.

Was recommended Munch by my dietician, and wasn't too keen on ordering meal prepped food as my past experiences with other companies haven't been great at all with bland food and land up throwing most of it away. Can't say the same for Munch! I've order 3 bulk orders already, now waiting for my 4th order to arrive. Started off ordering 1 of each and then decided which ones I prefer, if anything the couscous meals were a tad too dry for my liking but meals are full of flavour considering they are mainly focused on dietry requirements (I'm on a calorie controlled programme with my dietician and meals slot perfectly into place) portions are decent. Thanks to the team at Munch for making tasty meals and always delivering on time! Have got meals stored at home and at work making it convenient where ever I am to enjoy.

Ordering was a little confusing at first, but then I realised what I was doing. Love that I am able to choose the meals for the pack myself, as I am a fussy eater. Received my weeks meals yesterday and was excited to unpack them into the fridge (the vacuumed sealed meals do look a bit strange, but once heated look great), had the 1st meal, Italian Meat Balls - Signature, for dinner last night - YUMMY! What a nice meal! And this morning had the carrot, apple, pineapple and ginger juice for breakfast - again - super tasty! If all the meals are this tasty then losing weight is going to be a breeze! And now that I know how to place the orders, and that they take +-3 working days for delivery, I will be sorted all the time. Keep up the great tasting foods! Pretty decent meals!

Been to Bra.i Africa's Smokehouse twice already and it does not disappoint. From the awesome vibe to the delicious and generous servings of magnificent food. You cant go wrong here. The staff are amazing and friendly and the owner makes sure everything is going well for that perfect evening. Their meat buns and burgers and ribs are to die for and "build your own" is an fabulous touch. Do yourself a favour, if you anywhere near Pretoria, pop in by Bra.i Africa Smokehouse, it will be a meal you will never forget and leave you wanting to come back for more. I know it did that for us.

Not a very happy customer. Placed and order on 30 jan 2022. Still no delivery or any email explaining late delivery or delay. Try to contact via phone,eventually got hold of someone, they said it would be delivered the next day. It has been 9 business days already and still no delivery. You guys need to work on your logistics and client communication. Got your recommendation from a co-worker and i don't think we will order again. The delivery eta 4-7 working days stated is not a great very accurate at all. Order number 5733

We've wanted to go and test your restaurant out and finally decided to do..but it was very disappointing. We ordered chips but they were out of stock and when we got the sweet potato fries option it was burnt. My wife's ribs i was super tasty falling off the bone..she was so happy with them...The beef and lamb pattie is an acquired taste, we didnt like it. The service however was great. Maybe they just had a bad day in the kitchen..

Read all reviews about people's experience and based on that went for lunch . Decided on the flat bread and 700g beef ribs. The meat was definitely not 700g more like 300g. The tomatoes sauce brought to the table was empty. The beef had a strong smoked taste but NO FLAVOUR.The waiter was friendly and did his job. I will not return as I did not feel it was worth the money. Owner please reply to this review and not just the good ones.

I am officially hooked! The food is really tasty, perfect sized portions and quality. There is a variety of meals available and definitely not on the boring side of clean and healthy eating. The packaging is great and all items can be recycled. You guys are making my commitment to a healthier lifestyle so much easier, not to mention the time saved, so convenient. Excellent job guys!!!

My new home away from home!! Being very overweight its not easy to accept that even worse asking for help!! All 3 ladies in reception made me feel welcome and created a safe enviroment to face my issues. I love the meals, they know the products!! Bought 5 meals from Dischem for the week to eat at work with quite low expectations. Had low cal prepared frozen meals before and have always been disappointed. But you've blown my mind! These are by far the best prepared frozen meals I've ever had. Including Woolies regular prepared meals! Great quality, no taste or texture loss at all. Mind blown!

I placed an online order for food. The communication from this company alone is so poor that I will not make use of them in future. The owner did not answer my questions and told me to wait. They are now over their lead time and when I follow up with her, she directs me to another person to follow up with her. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I've lost 6kg and it's only week 2. I've had daily indigestion before munch.co.za but now with their clean eating meals it's completely gone. The meals are VERY filling, the drinks are delicious, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to try clean eating without preservatives with a gourmet touch to it! Keep it up!

The communication from Munch during the ordering process has not been great at all. I did however finally receive my order in one piece and still frozen today:). The meals look good and I am excited to try them. This will determine whether I will order from them again in the future.

We ordered the bulk meat to take with us on holiday to the Kruger. It was delicious, super quality and made lunches and supper so easy. I highly recommend the food having had a couple of the ready meals as well they are good value on top of great quality. Well done and keep it up!

Just ate the Chicken Tikka Masala on Steamed Basmati Rice. I added some steamed aubergines and lentils on the side. It was INCREDIBLE!!! I am the biggest new fan of Munch Measured Meals. So fantastic to have such wonderful taste available within a small number of calories.

Potentially 5 star. Quality of food and service is great. I could be mistaken and did not want to create an issue but both wife and I are convinved the 600g full portion pork belly ribs was in fact only a half portion that we received. Otherwise very good experience.

Very nice vibe. Extremely yummy food. The Big Cheese Flatbread and Dinosaur Beef Ribs is highly recommended; with some Sweet Potato Fries. The staff is very friendly, and the service is really fast (recieved our food surprisingly fast). Definitely worth a visit.

In the beginning I was very hesitant to order the pre-made meals. I ordered a 8 Meal box just to test, I could not believe how tasty the food were. I have now ordered a second time and love it. It is very neatly packaged and fit easily into my lunch bag.

Every meal tastes the same. I had few very bad heartburns and stomach aches after eating your meals. Also the pea protein, that you add in your juices leaves a very very wierd taste to it. Sorry had to share my experience as it was really disappointing
