This has got to be the worst club in London, how are people prepared to go here when there are so many clubs in London that are miles ahead in quality of service, music and a better venue. The biggest problem with this place though is that they're scam artists plain and simple. If they think you're drunk they'll try to overcharge by at least 30%. And then when I told them I wasn't going to tip them because I'd been overcharged in the first place one of the staff members told me not to come back. The food was atrocious, as in nothing was organic and the only fresh food I got was the salad, the desert was like something out of Iceland supermarkets. Online they say you get to drink from a selection of wines what they actually mean is you get one drink from a selection of wines. The staff are rude and incompetent, I'm not sure if it's to do with management not paying enough to have the right workforce to do a proper job of running a club. The guys working there at the moment are all over place yet don't actually get orders done, The dancefloor is like 2 metres by 2 metres and the rest of the club is just seating area. There is literally no where to dance and it's rammed. I don't understand why people would rather go to Maddox and get ripped than to go to a good club with good music a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I'm not sure about you but when I write reviews I generally do so to complain so the good reviews you see I promise some of them are from people working there or their friends and so on. You've been warned and I won't ever be going there again because there are so many better options and I'm not having my night wasted with rubbish music, small area rammed with people (obviously management think it's more important for them to make money than for clubbers to have some space to dance. Oh and one more thing, my mates reckon there are a lot of prozies in the club. Conclusion: Absolute dump,

Maddox club used to be my favourite club in London. I used to go every single week, sometimes all 3 days because it was fun, however, as time went by I started to notice how this business works and realised that they overcharge for sub par quality (drinks, food etc) and overbook (it is constantly too crowded and sometimes it felt like an actual mob). Also, I am sure most people know this, but the staff is notorious for being rude and turning people away. I personally was close to a few of the promoters and I am also a white girl, which usually allowed me to get in (most times without paying) but not without having to deal with the rudeness of the staff. I did also notice other people in the line getting turned away for no apparent reason. Maddox and Mayfair clubs in general also do prioritise entry for attractive women and women in general over men and most times women could get in for free but men had to pay a fee of 10-20 pounds. Music tends to be commercial and repetitive but that can be fun at times. The crowd is usually made up of rich snobs who think they're better than you but that isn't necessarily the club's fault, these people tend to be a prerequisite for fancy clubs as such. they really do fit the "rich kids of london" persona and if that puts you off by just reading it then you're probably better off going to shoreditch or camden for the nightlife. Overall, I would recommend Maddox if you really want to get an insight of what this "exclusivist" lifestyle is like, I know it seemed like Disneyland to me at first to meet such wealthy, glamorous people but you could go anywhere in central london to do that. I personally wouldn't be interested in going there anymore just because it really isnt what it seems to be on the outside.

Saturday evening 25 June 2016, I experienced one of the most horrible services in my life. At the entrance of this club I was treated so badly that is affected my whole experience negatively. Although, security and internal waiters were ok. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, yet no need to say that everybody knows already how bad this place is. I felt discriminated because the guy at the entrance of the doors, went from talking to me arrogantly to shouting and swearing! When I just asked why I had to pay to get in because I had promoters and friends in, he explained by simply saying that it was busy. In the meantime 3 guys come over and his face suddenly turned into a 'snapchat-doggy' like face. He greeted them, let them all in and came back to me, as I asked why he let them in without mentioning any costs. He starts shouting "I f***ing didn't let anyone in since you came!!". I was truly shocked. Beautiful end of the story: he made his money as I paid :) JUST BECAUSE I AM A GIRL? ASIAN GIRL? ALL OF THIS DRAMA TO MAKE £20? The amount of money paid doesn't really matter. What matters is the way you treat people is awful. Why don't you just explain to me the real reason I have to pay avoiding making the whole thing, me or you, ridiculous? I am happy to pay, but I just want a real justification! Some people will still love and some others hate this place, but I just wanted to share my personal experience. Because I hope to give people a motivation to not to be someone like that guy, but someone better. I also hope he can self-assess improve himself.

Been here ones it was a okay night back then it’s not like the other clubs which have a good reputation like CIRQUE LE SOIR or Reign Showclub second time coming to this place and according to my observation the lady in the front who is considered a judge or booking staff. She was letting in her friends when there was a cue of 10 people when we was in a group of 3 she let in 5 for our booking but we was left and we waited for 40min with no questions being asked if we booked or will we be paying for a table there’s no sense of professionalism according to my opinion she was highly disrespectful and they both have utter toxic behaviour on how a friend of mine was answered the bouncers didn’t seem bothered to be honest there turnover is not that great to be considered a repetitional or high net worth club to be honest I’m sick and tired of how they treat others it is morally unacceptable people can be sons and daughters of sheikhs or British giants yet you’re disrespect and ego gets ahead of your degenerate, thinking won’t recommend there’s far more better

Came here only one time and had the absolute best time of my life! Way better than Cirque Le Soir and Project. To be completely honest, the whole crowd and vibe of this club is something I have yet to experience ever again living in America. Beautiful people and great music! It is everything I would imagine what a club should be. With that being said, I have been to a lot of night clubs in Southern California, where I am from, and occasionally in Las Vegas and I have yet to find a club as incredible as this one. Let's face it. What really makes a club is the crowd it attracts. If the type of clubs you like are the ones that attract people who like to get "sloppy" drunk and look like they just rolled out of bed, clubs that just like to blow fog and confetti in your face or blast EDM in your ears, then this probably isn't the place for you. At this time I am currently still searching for a club that tops this one and I simply cannot. By far my favorite club of all time!

Unreal what's happening at that club- the worst experience ever.. The racist "lady" outside the club which is using the "health and safety" title, probably without knowledge of how many studies you need to have to be entitle for that.. when she is actually looking after the table reservation, was so rude. Didn't accept us to get in because she felt offended when my friend answered to her question a bit louder as there was so much noise outside and you couldn't understand each other. We booked a table for my friend Bday, prior arriving at the club, paied for taxi, waste time waiting at the entrance and treated so bad by the stuff. All this for what? Cause she didn't have an explanation why she didn't let us get in. Obviously I will never return to this club and in the end I am glad we didn't spend money in such a bad location but so prestigious.. guys, choose your stuff after your expectestios because they are not prepared for what s waiting for them out there.

Last night we put 6 ladies onto a guest list, we explained on the booking who was in the group. We were told by the staff taking booking to not bother arriving before 11.we arrived at 11.10. We were well dressed, not drunk, all middle eastern ladies. We were pulled out of the queue and told no guest list anymore by a rude and abrupt lady on the door. They were clearly still letting people in. We did not understand the real reason for it. But reading other reviews it is possible that indeed they are racist club. My group had travelled all the way into central London especially and could not at that time get in anywhere else so came home. This experience completely spoilt a visit by friends over from Sweden. Clearly the management have no regard for their customers and the only reason that comes to mind is indeed they did not want a group of middle eastern ladies in the club. It does suggest they are Racist be warned if you fit the profile they do not want.

Avoid. One of the PR guys who goes by the name 'Nico' (unsure if real name) has taken it upon himself to accost people via social media, invite them under the premise of free entry/drinks, have them queue ("aren't we popular?") but then only select not even 'hot' scantily clad 'women', but any scantily clad 'woman' whether falling out of her heels drunk or not. The rest of you, mainly guys and mixed groups, we were the latter, will just wait outside. Inevitably you get talking and I realised most of us had been scammed in the same way. Totally ruined my birthday night and put me out of pocket over £50 in Uber's. Added to the fact I d people come from far afield. Naive maybe, but I'm not from London and having gone much of the last 18 months is hospital undergoing life saving treatment (I don't look ill so that's not the reason) this was my first night out and I'd had no opportunity to arrange anything else. Bouncers were also rude and arrogant.

I had a situation here that really unacceptable. I live in London for about a month, and I went here for the first time. My friend took a cigarette and started to smoke inside. I thought, that in this place we can smoke, because there was NO SIGNS, how would I know. I took his cigarette for a moment, the guard saw me, came across very close, and started to be really aggressive, complaining that I cannot smoke here. I said I didn’t know because you have no signs. Then he called the other guards, 5 people were standing in front of me, they took my arms really strong, and started to walk me out, I screamed that they are hurting me, but they didn’t stop, they walked me outside and threatened me. I have a brush now on my arm, and I cannot believing that 5 people was taking out 21 years old girl, instead of giving me some time to understand everything and manage this situation in normal way. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.

Awful place , rude flirty bouncers . Drinks overpriced.. entry £20 & each drink is £25 . Bouncers kept flirting with me . Too crowded and music was awful . Full of arrogant crowd . No space to stand and people are standing at the seats and sofas without shoes & everyone smoking cigarettes in the dance floor next to the bouncers and they are allowed because they tip them Everyone pushing & stepping on me . Even staff are rude pushing you away going to tables and they wouldn’t apologize. I wanted to leave as soon as I went there . AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wouldn't even give it a star.. the worst stuck up people there . No body is friendly & there is a gang hanging outside robbing people there so ladies be careful. And there is people going around taking people to after party & robbing them . Be careful my friend got robbed by those girls whom took him home when he was drunk !!!

MADDOX IS TERRIBLE!!!!!! DONT GO!!!!! Bouncers are just awful and violent. Last night was my birthday and I paid for a table, they ran off with my card (so I was forced to do so) and they didn’t let half of my friends in because ‘they weren’t dressed appropriately’ when they were !! They laters admired that it’s because the club was full. I booked and paid for a table and they did not prioritize or care about this whatsoever, they were ignorant rude and violent. Manager got involved and tried to violently argue his way out of it then realized it was their fault but at this point it was too late, I spent half my night tried to sort this issue with bouncers and security instead of enjoying my night. I still had to pay for the table. The club is horrible anyways so do not recommend. Terrible music, terrible people and terrible ambience.

  • Cass Jackson

From the moment my friend and I arrived at the door, we had to be 'checked out' to see if we were good-looking enough to get in, we then get in and order some champagne and cocktails, and an hour into the evening 1 drink started to cost £40! Because of the strikes, it was basically the last resort to stay there and try to have a good time. The managers of the club were also very odd and uncomfortable, at 1 point I was been given free double vodkas from the bartender when I asked for water, the whole experience was really strange and uncomfortable and just because it's a club in the heart of London it doesn't mean it was good. I would never recommend this place under no circumstances, I wish my friend and I stayed in and got a takeaway because Maddox is a very strange place with an off vibe.NEVER AGAIN

  • Antonio Garcia

Staff are inexperienced and rude, they look and act more like they want to fight rather than warm and welcome guests. If you wish to impress anyone do not take them here! Regardless of whether you get a table or not you will have people constantly brushing up against you and sitting at your table (if no ones at the table you'll get a whole group take over). This is because they pack the tables too tightly plus allowing at least double maybe triple a safe capacity. This is a huge safety risk for many reasons not least in the event of a fire it will be impossible for an orderly exit of that many people. Watch a few videos of people trying to get out of a burning building and you'll see what I mean. They are not professional on many levels, so in short I won't be coming here again.

  • zahra mobin

Bad doesn't even describe this “club”. Once we got there we were moved around 4 different times, no one was being clear and we were getting mixed messages. We were told that our promoter was inside and he would come out to get us however he never did but they let us in anyways. The bouncers were very rude. We payed £20 to get in and when we got in we asked around to see where the promoter was however no one knew. Awkwardly sitting upstairs without our table, we decided to leave as it seemed at this point we were being lied to. On our way out we asked the bouncers if he was actually inside and they told us he was on holiday. They rudely asked us to get out. Even if the promoter was there, the club was not good anyways. Don't waste your time or money.

Racism experienced by my 18 year old daughter and her friend (both black) at this club on Thursday 10th February when they came to celebrate their friend’s 18th birthday party. They were told they will be on a guest list. When all arrived together, their white friends were allowed in but my daughter and her friend were not allowed in and when they asked why, they were both told that the guest list is full and asked to leave the vicinity. Subsequently, their other white friends who came after them were also allowed in! How is it that their friend who came after them were able to get in when my daughter and her friend were told that the guest list is full? Racism in 2022 #BLM. #Stop racism .# Equality for all Bridget

I have been to clubbing all around the UK, but worst experience was with Maddox Club London. As we reached early so asked by bouncer to came back 11PM and need to stand in the queue. I was on the guest list and waited for more than half and an hour in the queue as we were two male friends so in the end not allowed to enter. It's not because we were not allowed to enter, but the lady was extremely rude on the door. Just because we haven't got the bloody membership so they have no right to insult other people. My point is that why at the first place they put us on the guest list, and even the bouncer didn't inform us that male without women are not allowed to enter as we were clearly made aware of our situation.

  • Jess Sargent

Absolutely awful! We visited for my friends birthday, brought a £800 table, what a waste of money. Doormen/women outside the club were rude and didn’t let one of my friends in. In particular a woman who said my friend was horrible and didn’t want to let her in based on personal opinion. She did not serve any purpose to the situation and constantly stalked her in the club. In addition to this, told us to shut up when we were all wishing my friend a happy birthday. I don’t understand why the doormen think they’re running a military operation, honestly the most falsely pretentious club I’ve ever been to, what a joke! 0 stars! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE and get rid that awful woman.

  • Anthony Pletin

We got in straight away and that was probably the highlight of our group's night. As soon as we did the girl designated to show us to our two tables was quite rude and not welcoming at all. Throughout the music was horrendous and the 'VIP' area was severely overcrowded. The waiters kept pushing members of our of the way. It got so crowded the the table next to our started pushing us back. The music was truly atrocious. Furthermore, we agreed a price beforehand and when the bill came the price was substantially higher than we were promised. After hearing so many great things about this club I was severely disappointed and would not recommend that anybody goes there. Ever.

  • Marina Jane

Horrible place. Way to expensive for what you get, would never recommend anyone to go there. The people are cheap and arrogant. The service is bad, waiters push you when walking bad, the waitress at the bar was checking her phone instead of serving people... They made us pay a fortune for drinks which we didn't even drink and were still on the table, UNOPENED!!! Then after paying a fortune they still made us pay £2 per item in the cloakroom after taking our jackets without mentioning anything about the charge per item. All in all a bad experience. There are so many better places in Mayfair, will never go back again.

  • Andrea B

We reserved two tables to get in without queuing. Despite this, 6 of us who arrived later on were not admitted. No one was at the door to check the guest list. Is this a Mayfair club? Seriously? We were welcomed with the savoir-faire you might expect in a pub of junkies.. Our list was "lost" and instead of trying to understand what happened the bouncers just didn't care. Pointless and quite irritating indeed. The money paid in advance to reserve the tables didn't get lost for sure. Apart from the rip-off, they ruined our christmas party. None of us was drunk, neither the club was full.

  • Gerard Burgess

I don’t know how to describe my experience in Maddox, as if you are not on the guest list, like I was not, the first time I went and go after 11 pm, you may need to wait on the line, which personally annoys me a lot! The club is very crowded on the Saturdays and dancing on the aisles, between the tables, is also another thing that may be not that pleasant if you are not with a big group of friends and just get smashed and do not care about the rest! I love the music though..so I am definitely going to visit it again, real soon and see what happens this time.

  • Ellen Copetti

We were in a group of 7 people. They let 4 standard friends in and didn't let the rest. Probably because it includes me, who is black. rude security guards, rude entrance. They simply didn't let us in, claiming it was full, but countless other people after us who were in line entered. We were well dressed, with designer bags, etc. I really don't understand the criteria of this place. I found it extremely racist, it doesn't matter if you have money. If you're not a standard person, you simply won't get in.

I've been here three times now and I'm not doing it ever again. At the end of every night they look for drunk people they can scam which is what they've done to me a few times now, I only realised after seeing my bank statement. Your first few drinks will be at like £18 per single shot of vodka red bull, then at the end of the night if you're drunk they'll start hitting you with £39 per single shot of vodka red bull. Proper scam artists. Anyone who goes here and has a good time, good luck on you, if not you can't complain because it's been duly noted.

  • Lucy Clarke

Had the best night here! My friend and I were supposed to meet a promoter (who never showed up!) and one of the barmen saw us waiting and took my friend and i inside and made us comfortable as we waited, absolutely exceptional service and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful night out. I’d recommend getting a table because the tables are mixed in with the dance floor so it gives you a nice designated area to dance etc. Bottom line, unparalleled service in a suitably luxurious setting (id recommend the smoking area, it’s gorge!)

  • MRP Investments

We were out for dinner a couple of weeks ago at Pucci and after a few glasses we decided everyone fancied a bit of a dance after so we ended up at the club. None of us had been there before so weren't sure what to expect but what a blast we had! This place is definitely a cut above the rest. The music and DJs were so amazing we danced all the way until the end. The cocktails were absolutely gorgeous and reasonably priced, we had so much fun and even spotted a couple of celebs. If you ever come to party in London, I would highly recommend.

  • S A

In regards to this club the 'event organisers' make only bad advertisement especially on behalf of this person 'Amedeo Aterrano' !!! After last night not only myself and my friends but also another people who bought tickets to this club from the person mentioned above were really disappointed!!! It's only about the quantity of sold tickets in his favour! When we got to this club he already behaved with no interest in us! I have never met such arrogant and disrespectful person in my life! I can say this is a lesson to be learned from!

  • Kirsten Jenna

The worst experience in a club ever. The bouncers were incredibly rude and disrespectful and clearly did not know what was going on. We were under the impression that we were on the guest list according to a promoter, only to find out this so called promoter had not been there at all. The bouncers let us in regardless (before we were aware of the promoter not being there) which led us to pay for entry only to leave within the first half an hour of being there due to the unorganized staff and uncomfortable atmosphere.

  • Raw K

A very racist club. I was looking for my friend In the toilets and the toilet lady started shouting for no reasons and then 4 men ganged up on me and pulled me up the stairs. And then got a big fat lady to throw me out the club. And then the security guard accused me of h hitting the toilet attendant girl which didn’t happen as I want to see cctv proof. I will take this further. It’s a white man club!! Full of NF”s and then there are old grown men outside the club abusing and harassing ladies. They are sick.

  • Virginia Meli

I give 1 star because 0 is not possible, the girls at the front door are so frustrated ,they have bad manners for everyone unless you are Boris Johnson , if they were queuing I am sure they could not go into the maddox because of their bad behave and also their look and outfits . I don't see how this can be a quality club if they don't know what is education, I left after 1 hour. It's about customer care, not about something else. But everyone says this here, so I guess you are just a well know bad club.

  • Leslie Lee

This is my favourite club in London simply because it is one of the first that I went to. However, the issue is that (similar to many London clubs), you must get there early, and with strict numbers (ie 4 or less), and few to nil man. Good place however to go with your ladies for a fun night out of great mixes and beautiful people! So my suggestion: get dressed up, with your best lipstick, grab your fav ladies and head there for a good night out of hurting feet and dancing.

  • Didrik Snuffy

Waited in line for 40 minutes, in the meantime the bouncers were letting in 2-4 people at a time infront of us because they were influencers/friends with the manager/etc. Suddenly at about 11pm the bouncers closed the entrance while pushing us to go out on the street. When asked why they were doing this they would occasionally shout 'not my decision, move out of the line!' while avoiding eye contact. They didn't seem to have much control over the situation at all.

  • David Alexander

We were a group of 6 people all white and one person of colour. As we made our way in the bouncer let everyone in and then pulled the velvet rope blocking the one person of colour (who works in fashion and was extremely well dressed). This sort of racist behaviour is unacceptable in 2022. When the other white people told the bouncer he was with us the bouncer let them in. How ridiculous and disgusting! Don't spend your money on racist establishments.

  • Eve Hill

Where do I start. Firstly, thank you so much Adam for taking such good care of all my guests! I was really worried about going to this club as read some of the reviews before making a booking. I am so glad I didn’t listen to them! I went on a Friday night with a group of 9 people every single one of us had the best time. I should add that the group was of mixed background, I myself am black and felt very welcomed. Will definitely be going back again.

  • Tyler Neehouse

Got there at 1. Was told my mate and I were too drunk (3 drinks for the entire evening) yet the girls we are with who stumbled in were fine. Then the “member” who showed after us who puked on the ground in front of the club was let in. Really bias. Even offered to pay a cover charge and was threatened with constables. Just not a good experience Overall. Maybe try earlier or membership is key Here. But not a spur of the moment club by any means.

  • Claire Anderson

I was so excited to come here after a great night out in Soho. NOT happy. We were turned away, and I got the feeling it was because some of the people in our group were of color. So disappointing. All the way here from the other side of the world and this is the only place in the UK that put a bad taste in my mouth. I could understand if we were wasted or something, but no, just plain old fashion Racism. If I could give it zero stars I would.

  • Pernilla Pettersson

A wonderful evening and night was spent at Pucci and Maddox with the most serviceminded staff I have ever experienced :) Nice and friendly atmosphere throughout the whole evening. Higly recomend to start at Pucci Mayfair and then take the stairs down to Maddox. All the food and drinks were superb. An extra plus for the tequila and the cold coffee drink that quickly got us on our feet - again. Thanks! I will be back :)

  • tom h

in all of my life living in london, a city i beloved as being one of the most accepting and ahead of the curve, i have NEVER experienced such a toxic homophobic attitude. to be denied entrance for one male party wearing pearls and the other a wig is archaic. shame on the doormen of 7.619. i will not cease my campaign of justice until i know this level of pure evil homophobia has ended.

  • Aaron Malone

What I love about this club is the great mix of house/ dance and hip-hop they play, which adds up for the enjoyable atmosphere and post crowd! It is not coincidence that this is one of the most renowned members clubs in London. Yes, it is not easy to be admitted and you must look in your best or no entrance is being granted, but at the end, is not it all that exclusivity is all about?!

  • Thi-Iu Le

The door man lady, a tomboy, is a big racist. I will never recommend this club to any asian looking person. Sad, that this kind of club is still working in London. They threated us very bad in front of the door and didnt let us in without any reason. We are beautiful girls and dressed well too. I am still angry and went to many clubs in my life - lets see, Karma is coming back around.

  • Evangel

Serious security but all workers inside are lovely/friendly - great service. The crowd & vibe is like no other Central London Clubs (not the usual crowd with fake insta baddies/influencers cramped up on 1 tiny table) The ratio is great, the club layout is unique & cool. Music is always a hit with classics. Definitely my #1 option, there’s no club like this one. Maddox never change.

  • Chiara Porcelli

Got very sketchy vibes from this place. There are a ton of girls just being made to sit at men's tables to make them look good. Music was terrible and there is no dance floor it's a very small venue. It's not really a club more of a exclusive bar. Do not waste your time and money in this awful place there are way better clubs in Soho.

  • Nightset app

It's open until morning which is nice. Very good music but the club can easily get crowded during a night. Entry fee is quite expensive, but it's a popular place after all. Overall worth visiting. If you want to get discounts and look inside the clubs before you go, we have an app which helps with that: bit.ly/Nightset_App

  • Jelmer Witkamp

It's the place to be and to be seen, especially if that's what's counts to you. Don't expect to be treated like royalty, that's part of the game: no matter how important you think you are, you're in their court so play by their rules! Prepare for a night of luxury extravaganza, and A LOT of drunk people …

  • Terri Crawford

One of the guys I had a crush on and who loves being in exclusive and fancy clubs, finally invites me here for a party, he was part of in the VIP!! I guess, partially because of that, I had the best party ever in London! The clientele was really stylish and of good quality and I am highly recommend it!

  • Thibault

The Most Luxury and Cozy Club in London! Best club in town! Very nice events! You can also enjoy the restaurant. Beautiful people, good food, good music, friendly staff. My favourite club when in London. Met plenty of nice people there, Jacob, Bruno, Corrado, David… an already 12 yo!

  • Sara Desideri

rude bouncers and entitled entrance staff, music is bad too legit cringe worthy, made a huge fuss about dress code when in reality most people inside the venue were dressed like they were going on a school trip. Definitely would not recommend and definitely will not be returning

  • Jonathan

Pleasantly surprised to be invited to an upscale club in London, by a friend who is a member. I expected the place to be quite pretentious and snobby, but was pleasantly surprised. Had to queue to get in, but I guess that's to be expected, when you're visiting a popular club.

  • Nathalie Rimensberger

The Bouncer refused entry to another person for wearing heals, referring to him as 'that thing'. SHOCKED and DISGUSTED by the behaviour shown by their staff. When he voiced how he had been treated on instagram they followed up with blocking him on social media.

Me and my friends had a great time at Maddox. Definitely coming back! Club has different areas, among them the smoking open area and the grren room. Quite cool! We were hosted by Oscar, whom I highly recommend to contact. Cool and serious guy for the fun!

I got my phone stolen in this club for my birthday, so think twice as security is not working in your favour, be aware of thieves! Nothing special as a club though, alright drinks and whatever food they have .. there are much nicer clubs! Not worth it!

  • Bozokunitedkingdom

Absolutely horrific place. Bouncers are rude. Drinks are nothing special yet overpriced. It was so packed yet they kept taking people in. There was even no space to stand let alone dance. Music is tasteless, they played R&B all night. Not going back.

  • V M

I got assaulted at the entrance by the security guards, they walked me away from the entrance and threaten me despite me not having any aggression towards them . I will seek legal action on that

Wow! Truly an amazing venue , extremely professional staff, selective at the door but for myself I prefer it that way as the crowd is top class. The music !!!! Very impressed and continue to be impressed each time I go! Definitely reccomend Maddox

  • Marija Buzolic

The security was very rude. They basically kicked me out of club after I went to toilet. They do not treat people nice. I would not recommend anyone going through this. I appreciate this is members club’s but they should still treat people right.

Went there to celebrate the 40 years anniversary of a good friend of mine. Got one of their private rooms and I tried to ask the Dj something and he aggressively pushed me away. Not going to step foot in there, ever.

The club is ok with two small rooms and a smoking area. To make sure you get in, You have to dress good and it’s best if you know a promoter. They literally look at you from head to toe before letting you in.

  • Matt N

Similar experience, we were told we were on the guest list. 2 black guys and our girlfriends who happen to be white but were suddenly not allowed in as the club was full. Never again.

What can i say?? After almost 20 years in mayfair, you guys still the very best service and venue in Mayfair. Can't get enough

One of the worst clubs in London! You can’t deny someone to enter because they’re overdressed! They’re very discriminatory to everybody upon their looks. Absolutely not recommended

  • Ammar Tajammal

I absolutely love this place! Members club Bottle service Tables only Strict door policy. Early arrival advised and makes sure you've booked yourself table or guestlist for girls.

  • Kesi

The club is good but we were quiet disappointed that we paid £20 entry and we left for some food and came back an hour later and unfortunately they did not let us back in!

  • Khrystyna T

Classic London club that has been opened for decades and you know what to expect. Very friendly staff at the bar. Better come before 12 to get in. Be properly dressed up.

  • Verona Richardson

Don’t go here, staff were very unwelcoming. Although being on the guest list and it being my friends birthday, they ended up not letting us in for terrible reasoning

  • portiga

alex rihahi arranged our night and made us feel like we had died and gone to nightclub heaven. thanks to all the servers and especially the DJ in the green room.

  • Nathalie Ryan

I had the best time with Oscar! He is the best! Super kind, energetic and lovely host! My favourite in Mayfair!! Please go meet him and this cool place!

  • Flavien

SCANDALOUS !!! Never go there even if a promotor (JACOB) told you to come, it's fake !!!
