One of the women who worked at Madewell was so kind and so helpful. I entered the store and had to buy my first pair of jeans after I had my son. I had never purchased Madewell before, but I heard the high rise was great for mamas. She saw me looking at the jeans and approached me and said, “It’s gonna be okay. We’re gonna do this together.” She helped me find a great pair of jeans and I was so grateful to skip the whole crying in the dressing room phase of trying on new jeans. I’ll always associate that positive memory with the brand.

Nice store, nice selection. Albeit, rude manager! So weird, made you feel like you were inconvenienceing her! Had a bad attitude. Hopefully it was something personal, but she should know better. Other associate tried to help, but manager interrupted her! Won't be back!

My wife absolutely loves this place. She always buys something and thinks everything is cute. Offers a military discount. There is a friendly staff always willing to help. I once fell asleep and one of them offered their own water to drink. Great place to go broke in.
