I had a great experience at this Madewell location! Specifically, Sasha G, a sales associate went above and beyond to help me find the boots I wanted in my size. I went here to make a return because I accidentally ordered the wrong size online, I had already checked online and called costumer service and none were left in my correct size. I was bummed because I got such a good deal on them and wasn’t hopeful they would have my size back in stock within the 30 days they said they would honor my price. I told Sasha my story and she offered to call 5 stores that might have my size based on her research. She called the 5th store (after no luck with the first 4) and they had my size! We organized a delivery to my address from this location over the phone! THANK YOU, SASHA for being so helpful you truly made my day :)

I love the way madewell jeans fit me and I wear mine all the time. So much that I wore a whole in my fave pair. I saw on the website that stores offer repairs and patching for well-loved jeans. Which I super appreciate because I’m a sustainable queen. (Trying to be anyway!) I went in to this store to ask about it (with my jeans in tow) and the two people working told me that program was discontinued. I don’t blame the folks who work there, they were super kind and have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly, & informative. I’m just trying to get the attention of the higher ups because I think a mending program is a great idea and I felt a little misled by the website.

I always wanted some Madewell jeans, so I decided to stop by and grab a couple of pairs. Many thanks to Bailey for her patience while I tried on different styles to see what I like! I got two pairs in store and we had to order the third off the website but shipping was super fast! I look fabulous in my new jeans …

Amazing customer service! I always strike out with denim sizing when I order online so went in-store and tried on practically every pair of jeans in the store. Everyone was so helpful and made the process fun AND I went home up with a couple pairs I loved (that fit perfectly). Thank you!
