These ratings are completely overrated. Had the worst haircut in my life. I had long hair and I told her to make a U cut, she cut almost half my hair almost 6 inches. Made it more like a flat line cut. I've never had this kind of short length , I extremely regret going there. I was ditched by the ratings, which I now seriously doubt. In response, I never said the word perfect, I said it was too short from the beginning.i said it twice before u cut not to make it short .Also u Showed it to me immediately after u cut it on a side angle , i couldn't make the shape and so I waited to set it myself and look at home. It didn't look like U cut to me. Also don't try to divert the topic by bringing in the pricing , I never once asked or negotiated the price. You said the haircut was 25 cad but u charged 35 and tax I never asked u the reason I just paid away. You didn't even give me a receipt u asked me to take a picture of the receipt which was unprofessional, by law u r bound to give me receipt and yet u didn't. So please I can go and on. Since u mentioned washing my hair, u made me sit in that chair and bend backwards without a neck rest while washing, I ve never seen anything that clumsy and uncomfortable in any salons before. U asked me before other customers I said it was too short and thats not how I wanted it. As a matter of fact I was trying to be modest for ur sake. I wouldn't come there again definitely nor will I recommend. This is something u can't fix.

First time I went I had a good service and good facial. However, I've been asked to review right away and the lady was insisting I gave 5 stars. I did cause I was overall satisfied. But felt it was pushy. Yesterday I went back for another facial. I didn't not feel welcome, that facial was mostly a quick massage and it lasted less than 9 min. I've been charged full price. I was so in chock I just paid, gave a generous tip as I always do and, I left. I will never ever go back again and will certainly not recommend that place.

I adore this spot! I always go here to get my eyebrows done because the staff is friendly and does an excellent job. I'm very particular about my eyebrows, but I always leave happy! Madonna Beauty Salon is always kept clean and organized, and my friends always go there. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and friendly to all of their clients. They take their time, even when it's extremely crowded! They provided an excellent service at an affordable cost. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!

The lady is very ill mannered, racist and horrible. Not once but more the 3 times she and her community clients have been disrespectful, I ignored before because one of her employee does good eyebrows. But the owner will give you cuts under-brows if you have any issues. You call for appointment she will disconnect the phone rudely and misbehave saying yes I did because I was busy. She used abusive words and mistreated when I confronted her today finally. She was proud about her rude .

The worst place to get your eyebrow done. No power or cream was applied. And the lady who did my eyebrow.. took just a couple of minutes… looked like she was in super hurry to get the thing done. But ended up ruining the shape. Both my eyebrows doesn’t look the same. When I asked her that it’s uneven… she replied that it’s the same even thought it was very visible. Had to go to another salon to get the thing fixed. not at all professional …

I visited this salon for the first time today. Wonderful service, got my haircut the way I wanted it to be done. Also, they did threading on my eyebrows and upper lips as well. Wasn’t painful at all. Also, I’ll give 5 stars to their customer service as well. I’ll l visit again for sure. I would recommend this place to all my beautiful ladies. Thank you Madonna Beauty Salon. Great service

Worst experience ever. I will never recommend anyone to visit there. One of her staff did my threading. She just started neither she applied any powder nor lotion on my skin and just get started my brows. My eyebrows are un-even and she made a cut on left eyebrow and commit my mistake that I didn’t stretch properly. I also attached a picture of my brow for everyone reference.

Excellent Salon and the owner. I loved the overall experience and the salon owner is extremely courteous and pleasant. I got layer cut from this salon and I am very happy with the results and will come here again in the future. This is one of the best salons in Mississauga Ontario. I got Keratin smootheing done almost 2 weeks ago. I am very happy with the result. The hair looks healthy and shiny. I had colored treated hair and was worried about the damage. But the owner is experienced and did a good job. She also gave details about the after care of hair. I have been following her advice and have not had any issues so far.

Excellent experience! Even with my poor planning, when I called the day before my event, was more than happy to accommodate me into her busy schedule. I went for a cut today. They advertised 15 for haircut and once she finished it she gave me a bill of 50. I AM VERY SHOCKED I paid but i would tell everyone to avoid this place if you don't want to be robbed.
