I just had the worst salon experience in my life at TONYC with Guiseppe. I am in my 30’s and have moved around a lot, so this is saying a lot. I was actually crying in the chair. He was incredibly rude at every turn with a horrible attitude. I had asked for long layers, just a trim, and he showed me he would not cut off more than 1 inch. 1. He ended up chopping off a few inches off most of my hair…front half he cut more. 2. The entire time he was cutting, he used a thin toothed comb which tangled my hair (I have a lot of curly hair) and would pull hard at it and actually break my hair at the tangled parts, and every time he combed my hair he whipped it in my eyes or face 3. When he was done cutting it and started blow drying it, I asked for him to curl it, he said he can curl it with the brush, I asked for him to please use a curling iron because I was going out for salsa for my birthday the same night, and blow out will turn horrific so quickly…I asked for textured curls. He looked confused. I went to grab my phone to show him pics, and he said he doesn’t need pictures, he is the hair dresser and has been doing this for 40 years, knows what he is doing and if I don’t like it then don’t come back. I then said im used to hair dressers usually stylling my hair. He said no, he doesn’t do updues (I didn’t ask for an updue!) and he only does blow-outs. 4. We got into a discussion about how short he cut it after he saw how distressed I was, I said how short it was, and I used my finger to show how long it used to be, he said no it wasn’t that long and he only cut an inch. I started fighting tears…I just couldn’t believe how this happened. 5. He then barely blow dries it, doesn’t show me anything with a mirror what my cut looks like, and brings a colleague to curl my hair (thank god). As she was curling it, I started seeing how really short it was compared to night before. I was crying the entire first 15 mins she was curling my hair. It took me 2 years to grow my hair. I showed her pics of my hair from night before, and I said some of the comments he said… she felt horrible. She was very kind and empathetic. 6. When I was leaving, at the register, he leaves his client, comes to me and says “if you have the guts to come back, I will make sure to cut your hair this much **using his fingers to signal one cm**” I said to him “I am never coming back to you” 7. He had the audacity to charge me $95!!! Total $107.xx with tax! 8. When I got home, and I finally looked at my hair properly, I noticed my hair is uneven!!! Completely. I was planning to go back and chat with the manager, but to be honest I am so distraught and still in shock for what happened. And all of this on my birthday. I am miserable. I know it sounds shallow, it’s just hair and it grows back…but I loved my long hair. I look different now. I hate it and I will have to get it cut even shorter if I want to fix it. Please…DO NOT GO TO TONYC! If someone like hi has been there for 4 years… I cant imagine how he’s gotten away with it and it says a lot about the type of salon this is.

This was probably the best experience I have had at this mall. You always are scared to go in to an hair salon thinking what would they do with your hair. Out of all the salons in this mall, these guys really stood out. I went in for my younger sister to get her hair done. Whether it’s their front desk staff, hairstylists, they are amazing! They’re not only friendly but want to make sure you get what you had asked for or even better I must say.. If you are not sure how to word certain styles you want, the stylists can literally read your mind and give you even better results. If you’re new in town and looking for a trusted place, I would highly recommend seeing Pravita. She is such a down to earth lady❤️. The minute I saw her, my gut feeling just knew she was the right person to go to. She greeted me and my sister with such kindness and a sweet smile. I asked Pravita that I need a soft cut for my sister nothing too big. She understood my needs and gave my sister a cut I was so so happy with. She made sure that my sister was doing okay throughout the cut and was so so gentle with her hair. Chelsea & Paige welcomed us with such a warm smile and made us comfortable ~ I must say the two lovely ladies were so helpful and kind and accommodated us right away at the front desk. They really put me in their shoes when they dealt with me for my sister’s cut. I’m beyond happy with the service I got here and would highly recommend anyone who wants a beautiful cut to see Pravita at this location. I’m sure the other stylist are good too but I specifically had this amazing experience with Pravita. For any girl that wants a decent cut done the right way, I feel you and you should stop searching for a stylist and come check out these guys because to me they are the best!! Thankyou for all that you do Pravita, you really made my day and my sister’s. You’re the only professional stylist I would trust in Mississauga from now on. Thank you again!!

Don’t get your hair done at this place, especially with Adam. They are extremely overpriced for the bad service they provide. I booked an appointment for a haircut only. When I got there Adam proceeded to give his opinion about my hair stating how it had different colors in it (which I knew obviously) and if I wanted to do highlights or full hair colors, as if they were my only two options. I told him I just wanted a haircut. Then he completely ignored me and asked me if i prefered to go lighter or unify the colours in my hair. I told him if I’m getting a colour then definitely do one tone, and that I wasn’t ready for highlights. He said ok, we’ll do one colour, then a treatment and finally a trim and asked his assistant to get the color ready. I felt pressured to get the hair colour and as he started to to put the colour in my hair, I asked about the price of the treatment because he did not mention any prices. He said it’s $40 and takes 5 minutes. I told him I didn’t want it. After the colour my hair was an almost black colour, much darker than the original I went in with and the colour i asked for (natural brown). He then did a quick trim, and when he was blow drying my hair he kept pulling with every strand. I left the salon paying over $200, $120 for the colour and $75 for a simple haircut and left knowing I will never visit this salon again! To make things worse, since my visit my hair has been in the worst state possible, breaking every time I brush it and weaker than ever. Never get your hair done with Adam!

My experience with Kiran at Tonyc was beyond exceptional. I was looking to book a mani and pedi before my vacation and was looking for solutions to salvage my cracked nail that was too deep to cut off. I walked in to Tonyc and the receptionist was super helpful and checked to see if one of the aestheticians could come out to answer my questions. And along came Kiran! She immediately reassured me she could fix it with a gel overlay that would protect my nail, while I could do shellac on the rest of my fingers. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I quickly booked and was back 2 days later for my appointment. Kiran started with my pedicure, taking the time to do a thorough job leaving my toes feeling and looking great. She followed up with my mani, talking me through the gel process (which I was not familiar with never having done a gel application before). I was most impressed with Kiran's creative talent and attention to detail, taking the time to perfect the marble art on my nails, and not to mention her ability to file my nails straight (one of my biggest pet peeves! This is such a big deal, and a basic quality you would expect but few can deliver on!). So happy that I can say I've found my go-to girl for all my mani/pedi needs, Kiran is beyond what you'd expect!

I took my daughter to this Hair Salon to color her hair 3 days before her prom night. Mr. Ross who was performing the treatment proceeded to put a chemical on my daughter's hair that caused an immediate reaction and a chemical burn on her scalp. When my daughter told them that her head was burning, three of the employees rushed to remove the chemical but the damage was already done. Mr. Ross who got nervous at the time started blaming the reaction on a cheap product my daughter used days before the treatment. He made my daughter feel very guilty and ashamed as the blame was put on her instead of Mr. Ross assuming responsibility and asking questions before applying the chemical. Mr. Ross proceeded to charge my daughter $406.00 after burning her head without thinking about the customer. The picture attached on this review was taken 9 days later and she is still removing dead skin from her scalp. Today, June 7th, 2023 I called Mr. Ross to express my dissatisfaction and he still showed a complete lack remorse. When I told him that I was not happy about his reaction, he told me to go ahead an write this review.

I normally don’t write reviews but this is a really big issue that management has chosen to ignore! This was my second time getting a hair cut here and will definitely be my last. I came in last Wednesday and as my stylist was finishing up my hair, she noticed little white flakes in my hair. She without being sure, said it was “lice”. I, trusting her because of her expertise in the field, went ahead to get lice shampoo (which cost me over $90) like she advised me. The next day, I noticed that the shampoo didn’t work and so, I decided to go to a lice clinic. They did a thorough check up on me (which costed $50) and told me that there was nothing in my hair. It is clean. The white flakes were actually dandruff. Later, I called the front desk, and the manager told me there is nothing she can do except give me a 20% discount for next time. That is ridiculous. My money, time and gas was wasted all because of their employee who had no professional knowledge on hair whatsoever. On top of that, I was accused of something that I didn’t even have. Don’t go here

So much to share, and literally not enough room to post. I'll say this, I was so disappointed in the results of my hair. I was unintentionally late by 18 mins, I was started, and then was made to wait, while not 1, but 2 other people were attended to (one of which received a complimentary hair treatment for her wait time); and then I was hurried out with disparaging results. I was told my hair looked "pretty" and was charged a ridiculous amount when compared to the quality of service and actual state of my hair. I was there for a wash, cut and style; my 4c hair was amateurly straightened, and insufficiently trimmed. I didn't have a finished look. I was embarrassed, and they should have been too, to let me leave their establishment with my hair looking the way it did. I had to go home and 'finish' it myself! I was there by referral, and had previously left happy and impressed, which is why I returned. This time around, different stylist, and very different result. I'll be sure to book with Ross next time...but it will likely be a while before I return.

Went for a balayage in December and the colour didn't turn out as excepted. The stylist asked if I wanted to come in again to get it fixed I agreed because I disliked the colour so much. The conditions were if I return within 2 weeks I can get it fixed for free. I drove 2 hours to get it redone and once I get to the salon I see a DM from the stylist telling me she had an emergency and was not able to make it. I informed her I had already arrived and just saw her message and she suggested I go inside and tell the salon the situation they may have someone available to take me. The salon refused to take me unless I pay for the full toner price. The Salon did not call me to let me know their stylist was not coming in ahead of time. I asked the stylist if they could extend their policy for redo because of her emergency and she refused to inquire with management. Bad Service. Not professional and very over priced.

Do you wanna waste your money? Go to this salon for a hair service.. for sure they will pamper you a lot and show you best pictures etc, and make you ready to shell out the maximum money you can. But they do not use quality products. In my case, they applied Ridiculous quality of permanent colour which got washed off 90% just within 15-20 days.. i am attaching pictures of day 1 and 20th day when i went there seeking help. They charged me 450 dollars for this.Also, please be mindful of the charges they tell you in advance because there were undisclosed add-ons to my bill for just washing and drying me hair post colour. Later, i went after two weeks with my faded hair colour and all they could say is they cannot help me and i have to drop an email to their HO, from where i got no response despite of several emails. Please avoid this salon. They are not at all helpful.There are better salons nearby for sure.

Had a negative experience with stylist Alexis at the square one location. She said she had experience with red hair and the first time she coloured my hair I was optimistic. However the color washed out after the first wash and I waited 4 days after I got it done to wash it. I was left with pink and blonde hair. Alexis was kind enough to offer to fix it with a toner for 50, since it has been two weeks this was protocol I was told. Finally, after the toner was done, I waited 5 days to wash my hair and used only cold water and proper shampoo/conditioner. The color washed out yet again. I reached out again because after wasting 10+ hours and over $300 my hair was in the same state it was the first time. Her response was that if I didn’t want to pay more I could try box dye to get a more permanent color. Just a heads up for anyone looking to color their hair!

A family friend recommended Pravita to both my mom and I, as my mom and I were both looking to dye our hair for the first time. We called the salon and requested for Pravita and came in for a consultation where Pravita suggested a balayage for myself and highlights for my mom to help cover up her grey hair. Ever since then Pravita has been cutting, colouring, and styling my hair for the past few years. I literally don’t trust anyone else to touch or do my hair! When colouring my hair I usually tone or get a full balayage done along with a cut, style, and treatment. I always show Pravita inspo pictures of what I would like the colour and my hair to look like and she always manages to achieve the look and colour I want! I strongly recommend Pravita to anyone with any type of hair as a hair stylist and colourist!

The salon itself is exceptional, however I only used to come here to get routine hair cuts in between seeing someone else for highlights every 6 months or so. However the last hair cut I got changed my mind completely and now I have decided to commit to Mattea/ Matteja for the rest of my hair needs. She did such a nice job with my cut and styling after. Beyond that she took her time and explained a lot about how to take better care of my hair and even showed me what she was doing while she was blow drying my hair to show me how to style my hair to cause less damage. Any other stylist would be happy to let you damage your hair so they could suggest a treatment but she truly and genuinely cares for her clients and their satisfaction. I am so happy I had my last service with her and cannot wait to see her again!

It’s not worth the money to get a haircut. Super sad and unfortunate experience. With the pricing you’d think you get really good service. The hair stylist did not even talk much to me. She didn’t even ask what I’m looking for today. Had to tell her and show her a picture which she looked at for less then a minute and was like ok. Didn’t even ask how I wanted my hair blow dried. Haircut came out ok. Paid $90 for this service. Not to mention that they couldn’t tell me pricing when I initially booked lol. The girl at the front was so weird about it. What kind of salon can’t determine pricing? I usually don’t go to this salon and will never come back for a haircut. My other hair salon is way better. She actually examines my hair, talks to me, asks me questions etc. Their spa services are better in my opinion.

Went in with better-looking hair than what I came out with. If you have curly hair this place is not for you. The stylist was unprofessional and did not care to listen about the way I style my hair even though I well informed him how I do so. I left with semi-dry curls and looked like a wet poodle. He did not use a diffuser for my hair but used a comp nozzle to "dry my hair" which is what you should only be using for blow-outs. The receptionist was also rude and did not accommodate my questions (ie. pricing, stylist level) prior to the appointment over the phone. This was a horrible experience right from the beginning and I wish I never went! There were no accommodations made by the team in regards to my dissatisfaction and I will never recommend this so-called "salon."

GO SEE REEM! Very clean and professional salon. It has such a great atmosphere and everyone that works here is so nice and welcoming. Reem did such a beautiful job on my hair and I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with her services. She did a GORGEOUS balayage and pays so much attention to detail. The blending with a balayage is so so important and Reem achieved it effortlessly. She is so sweet, professional and welcoming.. Very well educated on hair services and explained every little detail of every step she did. She gave me lots of tips on how to maintain my hair. I’ve done balayages in the past and never really had that WOW factor there, but this time was different. I love every bit of my hair! Thank you so much Reem, I will not trust anyone else with my hair!

This was my first time since the pandemic going in person to a salon to get my hair done. The staff were very kind and professional from the initial call. I had the best experience with the BEST hairdresser - Pravita! I am so happy to have found her! Not only did she correct my color and was able to give me what I wanted done during my first visit! She and the entire staff did not rush me or the process even though my hair wasn’t taking to the light color as it should. They stayed even after closing to make sure my hair was done and didn’t rush any part of the service! I will definitely be going back! Pravita is truly an amazing artist with excellent customer service skills to make the client feel at ease! I love my new hair! Thank you!

My sister and I came in for a keratin hair treatment. My hair was done by Ayesha and my sister's by Ross. At first the hair treatment did not work out perfectly for either of us (we used the right shampoo and conditioner) but the staff got into touch with us two weeks later, after seeing our concerns online. Ross offered to redo my sister's treatment after consultation, very sweet of them. Ross is thorough in his explanation of hair products and treatments. Ayesha was friendly in the beginning, but did become a little rough with my hair, might've snuck in things on my tab without clearly stating what services cost more but this is my fault for not clarifying. Overall, the salon staff provided a good customer experience.

Came to the Salon as a walk in to get a blow out. They were so great at fitting me in and were super friendly. Once I met my stylist Adam he was shocked of how my hair looked and how damaged it was. I had a brassy ring all around my head, dark roots and damaged ends. He asked if I was willing to let him fix it and I said yes. He took on the challenge and was super nice and explained everything through the process. My hair now feels and looks amazing. Adam also explained what I need to do to maintain and keep my hair healthy and helped me pick up products. Only negative thing was we didn't take before pictures! Thank you to Adam, I love my hair! If I lived here in Toronto, he would be my new stylist hands down!

Yesterday was my second time getting my hair done at this salon, and I loved it just as much as the first time. My stylist was Reem. My first appointment she did a fantastic job cutting it perfect for my face shape. I did not hesitate booking a second appointment with her, this time for Balayage. It was my first time putting any kind of colour in my hair. She did an AMAZING job walking me through the process step by step, as well as offering easy tips on how to maintain the new blonde in my hair. The final product of my hair turned out better than I could have even imagined. I will definitely trust her with my hair 100% and will be going back to her to continue taking care of my hair styling needs.

Sam has been my go to nail tech for many years (I wanna say like 5 years). She is very professional and consistent with her work when she does my gel nails. When I first saw her, she had been very clear with what the pricing was like and I’ve never once had an issue and based off the amount of work she does, its very reasonable compared to other nail techs in the GTA. Along with Sam, the other staff members are very friendly from the front desk, to the other estheticians I’ve chit chatted as well. I highly recommend this place as they are one of the few places I trust in the GTA who doesn’t pull shady pricing tactics. I always have top tier service with the ladies at Tonyc.

My experience here was nothing but pleasant! Reem Zaya was my hair stylist and she was absolutely amazing!! I loved the colour it’s STUNNING especially how it’s blended, Reem was able to do my hair in a way that would provide me the best results. and she did more beautiful job what I asked her for She is very educated in what she does and only wants the best for her clients. Before she did any cutting or added any product, she let me know exactly what she was doing and how it would benefit my hair, I was happy with the work she was doing. My appointment was very comfortable and I felt really taken care of. I would 100% go back again. Thank you so much. ❤️

I had the most amazing experience with Mateja who cut, coloured and gave me the best blow-out! If I could, I would give Mateja 10 stars! She is very kind and compassionate, she truly cares about her clients and what they want. I have been going to her for the last 5 months and she always WOWS me! She takes time at the beginning of the appointment for a consultation to make sure she knows exactly what I want. She explains what she's going to do and then, MAGIC, she does exactly what I wanted. She even made me love it more then I could've imagined. The colour has so many dimensions! I will be going back to Mateja until the end of time! THANK YOU!

I visited Tonyc Salon and Spa for the first time on 18th of this month. The name speaks for itself from the Ambiance to the Staff everything was just more than perfect. Not to forget their cleanliness standards that was up to the mark which you generally don’t see in places like these , as sometimes it gets difficult to juggle with so many things and mind you it happened to be a long weekend when I went (due to Easter )and they were packed still there was nothing that I could point was disappointing. They have exceptionally talented people working for them and they offer amazing services. Would love to see them soon . Thank you

Came in here for the first time as a walk-in on a day off about a year ago and have been coming back consistently ever since. Jed gave me a fabulous hair cut during my first visit and I made sure to get his card as soon as he was finished. I have never had a consistent stylist in my life, but Jed is professional, super-aware of trends and honest about what will be flattering for his clients and now I doubt I will see another stylist. His colour work has been consistently amazing and flattering and he always makes his clients his first priority. As an added bonus, he's hilarious and our conversations are always the best!

Got my hair done by Ross about a month ago. He opened up with telling me my black hair makes me look "pale." I only had intentions of getting a haircut then changed my mind and said I wanted a balayage instead. I know almost little to nothing about hair btw. Several weeks later, I go to a different salon to get my hair fixed (in my mind, it was to touch up the colour) I find out he did highlights. Now that I think back on it, he was in such a hurry and rushed everything. Now $800 later, I have the hair colour I wanted. I'm disappointed in the service I received and I won't be recommending this salon to others.

I had an AMAZING time with Avleen!!! I have curly hair and was worried about getting it cut poorly as it is way different than straight / wavy hair but she did wonderful. i get compliments everyday about the cut. shes super positive and her energy made me super comfortable as she definitely knew what she was doing. she made sure to detail every step shes taking which i appreciated greatly. i visited again today to purchase the products she used on my hair and it was the same great energy talking with her again. if you have curly hair, i definitely recommend her she knows what shes doing :)

Came here for a nail repair. And I asked them to fix one nail which they charged 15 dollars plus tax. I asked them if they could make it cheaper because it was for one nail only but they didn't give me a clear answer and still took me in. When I came to the cash to pay they said it was still 15. I understand it's their pricing but I expected them to give me a clear answer before I went in. Overall, their prices are too high up there for the lack of experience the nail technicians have. I had no choice because my real nail was broken, but I wouldn't come back here for anything else.

Sharky has been my hairdresser for 9 years, at a different salon initially so when he went to Tonyc I of course started seeing him there! I took a break from getting my hair done for a bit and finally got back to see him today. He did a beautiful balayage for me and gave me a much needed amazing cut, as always and styled it with some beautiful beach waves! When I got to my boyfriends he LOVED my hair. I told him I saw Sharky and his reply, "I can tell", also had someone hit on me at the drugstore afterwards, that never happens. All because of my hair I swear! Sharky is the BEST!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for awhile now, and I finally found the perfect hairstylist! Pravita has been doing my hair since sometime last year, she is the absolute sweetest! She explained the whole process, and answered any questions I had. She informed me on the colours that she will be using to help achieve the ashy tones that I like. She even went on to recommend some products that will help keep my hair healthy till I come back for a touch-up. In the end I was very happy with the results! It was exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much again for everything Pravita❤️

I decided to have a consult with Pravita based off her amazing Google reviews and her Instagram page is absolutely beautiful! Pravita was so communicative and understanding during my consult with her. She walked me through the whole process, and showed me the colours she was going to use to achieve exactly what I wanted. She was always checking if I was alright and it made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I was quite nervous doing a big colour change but Pravita absolutely nailed it! I absolutely love my hair. Highly recommend her! Thank you Pravita!

Worse place ever. Overcharged the price. Ross(hair stylist) did not done the job properly. When asked to re-do the job, he denied. I paid almost doubled the price, still not satisfied with the services. He did not straight my hair properly. I will let my friends know not to visit this place ever. These are the picture i took after one day of straightening. If it seems like this after one day, how can i expect this to be stay straight for next one year. Worse experience ever. Will strongly recommend not to get hair straight done at this place.

Mattea is absolutely amazing! I've never done anything to my hair so I was really nervous about colouring it. I went in for a colour consult and she walked me through different options and treatments to protect my hair. She gave great suggestions based on my hair type and needs. When I went in for my appointment, she carefully understood what I wanted and I am so happy with my hair. She is an amazing stylist who knows what she is doing and also cares so much about her customers. She makes sure that they are satisfied with the end result!

Hit or miss at this location. First time was fantastic, wanted to make an appointment with the same hairstylist but she no longer works there. Figured I’d try someone new since the original stylist was great, unfortunately, that wasn’t the case the second time. Second hairstylist was really friendly, but I felt rushed. From start to finish (wash and cut) it was around 30 mins. Got a straight bob cut, only to find a small section a tad shorter on one side. If this was my first time there, I probably wouldn’t have come back

I have been seeing Pravita for 3 years now and she is hands down the best hairstylist I have ever had. Every visit, we do a consultation and she answers any questions I have about my hair and discusses what she’s going to do to achieve my desired look. She has given me lots of valuable information on what works best for my hair. The cut and colour looks stunning every time and I am always beyond impressed! Thank you so much Pravita for the time and effort you put into my hair. Always exactly what I want!

I don’t usually write a review, but I’d like to share my daughter’s experience to prevent others from making the same mistake. She went for a consultation, wanted a balayage (blond). She showed Bella the photo of what she wanted and was assured that she’d get that 100%. After spending 7 hours at their salon, she left dark brown after being heavily bleached. Her hair is permanently destroyed and brown. AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!! On top of everything, they charged me $325.00. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!

Very pleased with the auburnish highlights done by Pravita. It was my first time doing highlights and pravita walked through the entire process. She not only educated me on different styles ( balayage, ombre etc) but also guided me on the color and style that would compliment me and the reference picture I had based on my hair type. The salon is clean and the staff is helpful and kind. Rates are a bit on a higher side but the quality of the service justifies it. Overall very happy with the experience.

If you get a chance to have an appointment with Adam at this salon, don't pass it up! He is legit amazing. I came in to the salon for the first time looking for a change in my look and a way to cover my greys, Adam knew immediately what he wanted to do and how to make it look fantastic. I had never had balayage before but Adam assured me it was the best thing and he was right! I'm so, so happy with my new haircut and colour. The salon staff were super nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

I have been here many times and I always go to the same person( Pravita) and first of she is the sweetest and always makes me feel comfortable and second she always does my hair so beautiful and it always looks so good. With the cut and the styling after always turns out perfect and how I wanted it. Since my first appointment with her I just loved how she did my hair and how amazing of a person she was and I would not change salons anytime soon. Everyone is so sweet and does my hair amazing!

Avleen the hairstylist is the best! I made an appointment for my child and Avleen welcomed my kid with a friendly smile and welcoming feeling. She was very professional, knowledgable and patient with my kid. She took her time to wash, cut, straightening and dry my kid's hair. Avleen explains and communicates well with me and my kid asking us for our feedback. I highly recommend to ask for Avleen when you come to Tonyc. I had a great experience with Ross from Tonyc Spa. The service was amazing! I had a blond balayage with Ross who was so considerate and really worked with me to achieve my ideal look. Simply amazing! This was my first professional haircut and I’m pleased to say I am SUPER happy with it. My hairstylist was Madina. I liked that she took her time to make sure everything was even. As well as, her personality was just so welcoming. Safe to say I’ve found a permanent hairstylist. The overall atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming and friendly. 1000/10 recommend Madina to anyone who is hesitant about getting their haircut.

I just wanted to say that the manager, Paige, was an absolute delight to deal with yesterday. I didn’t go in for any hair services, but I had purchased a couple hair products a few days earlier but had to return one due to an allergy. I was told normally they don’t do exchanges but she made an exception for me. Paige was very friendly, helpful, and did not give me any problems at all. That’s great customer service !

Had a consultation with an artist and she quoted me $350 for my hair dyeing. I booked my hair appointment with her weeks in advance. When I came in for my appointment the hair stylist I booked with didn’t show up. I decided to work with another artist that was in that day who took 3 hours to do a strand test and gave me a new quote of $630!

Reem did an amazing purple balayage job on my hair even though my hair wasn't the easiest to work with. She was very thorough about the things she was going to do to my hair and taught me how to take care of my hair better. She and the rest of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend coming here!

I just went there today at the square one location, to ask a simple question and a guy who worked there or owns the place, tried to belittle me or make himself look better in front the people that was in the shop. My hair looks terrible when I try to straighten or curl it. I asked them to give me layers, but they merely trimmed it, which is also improper as one side of my hair is long and the other is short. I had an awful experience.
