I have used this car wash for years, and never have I complained when my car has been returned to me less than clean after paying nearly $100 and bringing in near clean cars. But today I took my work car to get cleaned, a 2 month old car. While it had muddy floor mats, it was not like I took them a rubbish filled rust bucket and told them to make it brand new. This was a brand new car with muddy mats. I didn't want it fully cleaned, just outside washed and inside vacuumed, which is why I requested a basic magic wash (already incredibly overpriced). I was told my car was too dirty and they would have to do all this other stuff to make it clean. I said no, as all I wanted was a wash and vacuum, nothing else. I understood it was a little muddy so I offered to go up to the next price point. The man serving me then downright refused to clean the car, saying he would only do the most expensive package. This was a bunch of services I did not want, and over $100. When all they had to do was drive it through the automated car wash and give it a vacuum. If you are going to refuse to clean cars that are actually dirty, or charge based on how dirty they are then change your pricing. Better yet, get a different business if you don't want to actually clean cars.

I cannot recommend Magic Hand Car Wash on Plenty Road, Kingsbury enough! The team is absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their service. I used to go monthly to get my car cleaned inside and out, and I was always blown away by the quality of their work. They pay attention to every detail, and my car always looks brand new after each visit. By far, the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I originally booked in for a Thursday for my wife's car but decided to get mine done as well. Apparently they only do a certain amount of full details each day and were unable to fit both in on the Thursday. The person in the phone suggested Tuesday instead and I was happy with this. I explicitly confirmed that both were booked in for a Tuesday. Upon turning up with both cars, I was advised that they only had a booking for one of the cars. They were unwilling to do anything for us apart from saying come back another day OR they will do a half job as they can't fit it in. Basically it's our risk if they can't get it done. What kind of customer pays for a half job?! Why ever return and can see why they already have a poor rating! Be aware!

Interior and exterior wash . I have a yearly membership and have been happy However having gone through a muddy farm on the weekend the car was very dirty . I left the car and came back to a clean exterior bot mats were not clean . Still dusty so l would recommend you call to ask if l wanted the mats steam cleaned rather than come back to dirty ones .perhaps placing paper over mats once vacuumed would be a good idea .Perhaps next time the car could be viewed internally to see if it needs extra attention. Sometimes the leather seats or dash need extra attention but have not been asked so the car comes back not completely clean to my standards. CLEAN MEANS CLEAN NOT PARTIALLY. The web site says a superior wash /detail includes hand wash, (hand polish extra $30 btw) and door jams steam cleaned ,So I called to verify and book it in On arrival I tried to clarify with the attendant who is of Asian appearance not relevant yes but then when none of the above happened and the hand wash or polish was a charade. The attendant then was unable to speak good English, and "didnt realize he said all that, I said its listed on your web site, he refused to look at it. I am shocked they are still in business, I demanded my $30 upgrade polish to be refunded he was then able to understand. NEVER NEVER AGAIN BTW THE "HAND WASH IS A OLD FASHIONED CAR WASH WITH USELESS BRUSHING WHEELS >>> SOMETHING FROM THE 1970s

Been using them for 10 months now but this is my first bad experience with them. Sent car for in and out cleaning but the interior cleaning was terrible I can spot on dust everywhere in my car. Magic car wash please do reach out as am not using your service for free am paying for it! Went to get a detail clean as I had good experience with my previous car. Main intention is to get my interior a good clean to try get rid of the smoking smell from previous driver. I've to say the job wasn't done properly and in a rush. Probably should have get it done on weekday instead of weekend. I've to spend 3 hours myself wiping down my leather seats and interior down again and to my horror my cloth is still blackish brown. The odor is obviously still there and the carpet steam cleaning was not a good job. My carpets still smell after checking. After spending so much compare to other companies and an experience like this. I'll have to consider again whether to visit this outlet again.

Love this Place, initially there was an issue with staining on my new rotors from the wheel cleaner.... but the manger there Dang i believe his name is IS THE BEST!!! he ensured the car was fixed and ensured i was happy with the process he used to restore my new parts back to new, he is a very valued manager in your store and glad you have someone with such high levels of customers service and attention to detail. i have high respect for the way it was handled as anyone else would have denied and attempted to say it was not their fault. the workers here listen and work to high quality even though i am very fussy but that is why i take my prestige vehicle here. see you all soon. :)

Worst customer service, where I paid for full car detailing, Full Cut Polish, Steam Cleaning and wasted my day off from work, spending money in cab and realizing nothing has done, Picture is proof for you guys to show your negligence. Yesterday when I drove my car found all windows (Mirrors) were dirty and I had to clean my self, this not first time when I'm using these services,but this is the worst service I ever had.I left my car specially for cut polish for whole day and found you guys haven't done that. As I was a regular customer, having my car washed every week by Magic Kingsbury. I was surprised to see that my rear bumper had the paint peeling after my car wash, now I know my car intimately and no way was was the paint damaged before I had it washed by Magic Kingsbury, also my aerial was missing and I found it in my boot, when I returned and approached the manager to ask for an explanation and a solution, he of course was disinterested and could only recommend that I go to a panel beater, well done magic Kingsbury you have lost at least two regular customers for good. Would definitely not recommend this car wash if you care about your vehicle........

We first used MCW service at their Collingwood store in 1995. They never fail to do the best job & queuing became our tradition as they're so-o popular. Recently, we find out about MCW in Kingsbury. LOVE its spacious, clean premise. We're impressed with facilities, services handling by the whole team. Mr. DANG ( the manager) has exceptional customer care & meticulousness. Our car has been fixed nicely with cut & polish service on a rate that we could not resist. DANG actually saved our $ & time so we won't need to go to another body works. He is a man of his words!!! 10/10 score & highly recommend.

My partner brought my car here to get a detail clean and it came back filthy. The car was bought second hand and I wanted it to be cleaned before putting my baby seat in and I was so disappointed when I got it back. There was spray spots on the dash near the vents where they hadn't wiped The side mirrors were still dirty And the inside panels weren't even touched nor the visors There was blue tack stuck on the interior panel in the boot area which they just left there Crumbs and dust between the belt buckles and more We spent $200 which is a crazy amount of money! Not happy Please reach out.

Absolutely great service by far from any other car wash I had ever been to. Service with a smile goes a long way (which is hard to find these days). Very friendly staff, they even offered to assist in helping get my kids and double pram in and out of the car, they opened the cafe door for me in and out and the cafe itself is new, modern and very well set up. They also have full glass in the cafe so you can see your car getting cleaned as you have your coffee. Would definitely go there again and highly recommend this place to others. I have been using this car wash for a few years now and I find the personal attention and service from Dang and the team to be consistent and amazing. The express wash when you are in a hurry for $15 is great, my car always comes out super clean and it includes a free chamois (see pic). I have also used the full in and out over many vehicles and the quality and attention to detail when I need something extra is always top notch. Such a great place to go. I am a real estate agent, so I travel a lot and had experience with many car wash shops. But these people are the best at their job. The first time when I went to them it was quiet so I thought maybe because there are fewer customers that's why they did a great job. Later when I went the second time it was busy, they were still very nice to everyone and did a great cleaning. There was a skinny guy , wearing hat, I don't know his name, who was very professional and welcoming, seemed if a manager. Very hardworking people. Must try.

Went there for superior car wash, spend $70 and the front still looks like a mass due to all the bugs & dirt from high way. I was there using cleaning wipe cleaned by myself for 10mins. One staff was there helping me but he is doing nothing and only make it worse. He sprayed some chemicals on my plate and the letters black paint is faded into the white background. I pay money for the service not doing cleaning by myself! This type of work only worth $30. Don’t even waste you time waiting there for an hour. No one takes care your car better then you own!

Went there a couple of days ago. The exterior was squeaky clean, but the interior was pretty much untouched (sloppy at the best!). Didn't have a chance to inspect while I was picking up my car since I had to rush. But on later inspection realized that the interior was not cleaned at all. Even the coffee drops around the cup holder were left untouched. Very disappointed with the service since I went for the most expensive option ($70 Superior Wash). Was very happy when they opened a car wash close to home, but don't think I'm going back!

(With the new price, there's no pre soap included which is damaging the car paint and no hand wiping at the end as well. I'm a long-term customer since 2019. They just sent the dry car through the the washer and I know it will leave micro damages. This is very disappointing! Great service and very efficient. We took an extremely dirty car in today (car had been parked outside, under trees and barely driven for 18 months due to lockdowns etc) and could not be more surprised with how well the team did both inside and outside. They had it all finished and ready to go in only an hour too, which was surprisingly fast considering how much cleaning the car needed. We will definitely use this car wash again!

Probably the only good thing about this place is the speed. Their work is ok, not as flawless as other reviews make it out to be. You have to be there to watch them and point out missed areas. No attention to detail as they are rushing to get as many cars through as possible. Spent $119 on an express detail today and definitely not worth it. Hand prints. Sprayed areas not wiped down. Pics attached. Will not be returning.

Could not be happier with the excellent service provided by Magic Hand Carwash Kingsbury. Phil promised me that my car would be completed in the short time frame and he definitely fulfilled his promise. The guys worked hard and fast and did a fantastic job, the inside and outside of my car was practically brand new. Unfortunately, I have to pick up a lot of things after job been done. It doesn't feel good when you have to pick the work not being done. I guess it is because of the change of owner, the previous staff (around 4-5 months ago) was amazing and did the job with perfection. I got the job done twice and they were perfect in both the times. Don't think I would be coming back again.

Amazing service! Came with general cleaning service purpose but they offered interiors cleaning without extra cost. And it makes me feel like I've had just bought a new car! Five stars rated for handy staff; five stars for the facilities as well. All neat & tidy. The service was done quickly so I even did not have time for a second shot of free cappuccino at the store!

Best car wash place I have been to. Initially, I didn't visit this place for years as I thought it was expensive but then I finally did last year. The guy at the first place was amazing and offered an amazing one-year deal for my car which included inside and outside cleaning as well. Check car before leaving!! First time here - paid $69 for exterior and interior clean. Really rushed job - noticed on drive home how unclean the interior still was (photos attached). Drove back and they were happy to give it a go-over and I got an apology hence why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. But safe to say I'll be going elsewhere next time!!

They shouldn’t call themselves car wash especially the manager of the place, as they don’t know anything about it, they just know how to wash the clean cars and if the car has just a bit of dirt or dust on it then they would either deny or they’ll charge 300 bucks to clean it. Apco machine car wash is much much better than this wash.

Paid $99 for a express detailing,didn't expect was the worst one,not enough product used,cleaning was not properly done,clay bar treatment was bad,dashboard was still dirty with coffee marks,doorjamb was still dirty,rims still dirty and windows was left with dirt marks. I would drive 1000 miles to have my car cleaned here! Staff here have been trained exceptionally well. Their attention to detail is superior to any other place I’ve been to and it doesn’t matter what time of day I or night you go - the standard of the finished job is always the same - EXCEPTIONAL!!

A decent enough car wash and vacuum place. Prices aren't eyewateringly expensive and all machines have tap and go capacity. Whatever you do, don't use the automatic car wash. My car went from being dirty, to being wet and dirty. Not worth the money. The hand car wash is excellent though

Had a voucher from Kia for vacuum and clean. Was quick service due to 6 vehicles being in front of me. Did a fantastic job to clean my vehicle given car was dirty and sand everywhere from being at Mornington Peninsula for the week. Would pay for this service and reasonable price.

Can be hit and miss. I find going during weekdays after work is best as the service is not as rushed. Most times I’ve been on weekends a few corners have been cut. But every time I’ve visited after work on a weekday, my car has come out spotless. My go to is the inside and out.

Best car wash in the area. Went in for an inside and outside car wash and my car came out looking brand new. Wait time was not bad at all considering how busy they were. I saw like 5 guys working on my car at once. Friendly staff and great coffee. Will be back for sure!

I was very happy with the clean but disappointed the child booster seat in the back was not vacuumed or cleaned underneath. It was not attached just needed to be lifted . Otherwise very friendly and professional people working very hard to do their best !

Love getting my car washed and vacuumed here. They do a good job considering how dirty my car gets! A few spots inside left slightly dirty, but I was happy with the service. The wax polish makes my car look new again! And it smells clean and fresh.
