Unreliable and dishonest. I constantly had to call and ask for updates not once was I called and told what time they were aiming for after the 1st overnight stay. A $634 quote was bumped up to $1270... ! I was shocked as George said $634 over the phone... To my surprise when I went to pick up the car the 2nd day Michael said "Oh George said he explained" yeah he never said $1270 though, pathetic. Atleast call and update? As I was going to drive off the window didn't automatically roll back up a main reason I came in.. so michael apologised and said they need it for yet another night.. which was suspicious as the window was rolled all the way down needing at pick up needing me to roll it up which it didn't. And Michael said "Oh wow it's been working all day" pffft. Even offered a free rental car for the time being as this was now a HUGE inconvenience. I declined though as my mother lives locally. Next day (3 days in now) I go to pick up my car.. John was absolutely RUDE and had a very sour face the whole time talking to me.. disgusting. Not one smile or hello. Rudest man I've ever come across. Michael saying I could invoice the night before then John being nasty not even looking at me when talking was absolutely disgusting and unwelcoming. Shocker the reviews say otherwise They refused to let me invoice , fair enough service is done & needs to be paid,  however why would you lie Michael.... I would have came with the card Shame on you for wasting my time and leaving me in tears. Michael also lost his back bone. Kept looking at John instead of saying yes I said that. My car stayed a total of 4 nights. And ontop of all those days in I STILL had to bring the car back after the weekend so they can fix the back seat mechanical lock. As it didn't come in time. And that was rang up on my bill as well even though the service wasnt done.. I asked them to wipe it off the invoice as I will NEVER be back again. With slight hesitation John said oh I've already ordered it... I couldn't care less, you "ordered wrong size part" the first night, you can deal with this . They scrapped that off the invoice and his treatment was disgusting literally gross. Back seats lock is with them and my seat won't sit up. Family members are shocked at my experience as they're the ones who reccomended these "honest & quick mechanics" However the car is reliable now and for that I'm thankful. Wasnt happy. Wasnt shown anything they changed as a normal mechanic would. John gave the invoiceto my mother even though I PAID and it's my car... then sat there with a salty face.. me not realising its this invoice and still waiting and he is just looking down ignoring us ver badly. I asked he said oh there .. what a champ you are mate, absolute hero aye

I am not impressed with their work nor the way they charge through the nose. I gave them the question of the doubt. They are very friendly, which is nice. That’s why i went a few times but each time I felt ripped off. The way they communicate with you is poor and can be misunderstood in favor of them, The final bill. Which will be higher than expected. The sentence “ we will look after you” usually means cheaper or free. Sadly not for them. My opinion, they are in for the money and they take it. I won’t be returning. But they can charge many others whatever they want. I’m very disappointed.

Got a fair quote for a fuel pump replacement that I'd had diagnosed by RACV. These guys confirmed the issue with a check, ordered the part and were quick to call me to let me know how long to expect (was only overnight). Went to pick up and the atmosphere was very friendly and casual. I would be comfortable keeping them as my regular mechanic :)

Had my Toyota in for a re reg. RWC. Got a booking fairly quick. Asked for a quote on rectification works. After approval they were able to source the required parts at a fair price and get the car over the line by the end of the following day. Invoice was itemised coherently. Friendly service, fair price, good workmanship..

I have used Maidstone Car Care every time for my oil changes in recent years and for a thorough analysis for all other parts of my car. I fully trust their expertise and costings. They are very honest about how long their services take and how soon parts can be available to replace. I will continue to return.

Seems like you’re experienced in ripping off customers. We went in for fix one thing, five hours later we get a list of everything wrong with the car, but nothing done with the one thing we needed done. $230 for absolutely nothing is wrong. Come here if you want to be ripped off :)

I had my car serviced today, my first time with this company. Phillip, picked up and dropped off my car. It came washed and vacuumed. The service was excellent. Will be taking my car there from now on. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Phillip.

These guys are amazing I dropped off the car and didn't had a mate to go and pick it up with later these guys sent their person to pick me up from home and take me to my car thats geniounly great experience will be their customer for life now.
