I’ve gone twice to this location because it’s the closest to my house. The dark skin lady that works here gets mad everytime I have to ask for a box for the things that I’m shipping out. Last time I was here she said fedex boxes were free to one customer but made me pay. Also made me pay for tape… TAPE….. basically she gets mad bc she has to do her job!!!! The owner should really look into replacing her. She also has her kids laying on the floor and a older man “trying” to work the register but has no clue what he is doing while she’s not there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Monique Nwembie: She is super rude and does not help at all. She does not give you the correct information. After wrapping my package, she told me that I should pay for the adhesive tape (which is not for payment, it is because she had to tell me before doing so). I felt distrust when leaving my package. I do not say that they took away her job, but she urgently needs to pay attention to the public. I couldn't give her 0 because the app doesn't allow me to, but she definitely deserves it. She must change her attitude.

Mailbox-U haul rental business, this is the worst business to rent a mailbox from. The lady that works there comes and leaves whenever she wants and CLOSES the store to run errands and pickup her kids from school. When you walk in the place smells like diaper. This business was closed for a week and could not get any mail. Amazon, FedEx, Ups, have a hard time delivering because she opens late and leaves early. The business is very unprofessional.

Very excellent services. Let me know if I get package, if she know I'm looking for one. I can pop my head in and just say: anything? She knows im waiting on a package. Sometimes she will handle the package assoon she see me coming. Oh she not rude, because sometimes there are two of them working. Some may she rude, because she does answer the way they want someone to answer.

I was lied to by Monique who works there telling me a fedex driver had picked up my package when they allowed a non authorized driver to take my package to a usps facility. My package is now lost thanks to the lack of service this place provided. Stay away from this place they do nothing but lie to their customers.

They helped me ship my package Fed Ex and found a way to get it a few dollars cheaper! Very nice!
