Today I went to check my mailbox at my apartment complex, the female mail carrier happened to be there so I asked her if I could bother her about my package because it wasn't in my mailbox yet. She had earbuds in her ears & didn't respond just glanced at me and kept working. I've had mail carriers acknowledge me my questions multiple times and take the time to help me find my packages. Anyways, I just looked for my tracking number on my email from USPS to show it to her, but instead she just YELLED at me something like " YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SO I CAN KEEP ON WORKING", with so much ATTITUDE, and just kept working. So unnecessary. I was just looking for my package, I don't understand why I got yelled at with so much attitude about such a simple question. So I just told her never mind and started making my way back home, as I was leaving she YELLED AGAIN, "HAVE A NICE DAY"! With an ugly attitude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if older ladies just have attitude but she was so rude for no reason. I hope their employees act professional next time.

AVOID this post office at all costs! There is constantly only one person working the window to pick up a package. I will arrive before they open and there’s already a line. The woman working the window in the morning during the week is absolutely of no help. I have come here 8 different times over 4 weeks to pick up a package and they can never find it. She will blame my carrier, my carrier says they brought back to the office for me to pick up. She looks for 30 seconds before trying to send me away, doesn’t listen when I try telling her it’s an international shipment. I fill out a form for a supervisor to call, never does. She tells me they will call in a few days, three weeks later nothing. When I say something she says they’re busy. My CARRIER went out of his way to not only find my package but put it deliberately where she could find it so I can pick it up because I am not available to sign for it when arrives. I have been to several post offices around town and have a good experience with all of them. EXCEPT this location!

I receive international packages every few months to the same address. This time I didn't receive a package that was sent 6 weeks ago. I went to this location to ask what happened they said the system is down and there is no management on site to answer my question. They said you can fill a form and that's it. I searched in the website and it says that address that the sender was incorrect but that is not true because I have a picture of the sticker that has the address and tracking number and it is 100% correct. When I asked why I didn't receive a call they said thry don't call but then why you all ask for phone number of the sender and recipient??? Overall I didn't get any answers so I lost value of $150 of the package plus $45 fee for international shipment because of a lazy person that decided to send shipment somewhere and got it lost. They even give me a hard time to speak to a supervisor. Bad service, bad management.

Our Community mailbox has been broken into numerous times for the past 4-5 months; there are numerous police reports. Finally they placed a sign on the box and mail carrier said that a new box would be installed. It’s been MONTHS and still nothing. All of mine and my neighbors mail gets held at the post office and the lines are over an hour wait. I go to school full time and have young children so I’m not always able to just rush over there and wait over an hour. I have had my health insurance canceled due to not receiving mail. These people here are trash except for the mail lady who will at least bring packages to the door. I am currently trying to figure out what federal entity I can contact for support and to report these people here who have ignored maintenance requests from numerous mail carriers about replacing that box. Whoever runs this location is absolute garbage and lazy.

I totally goofed and wrote the put down the wrong street number when ordering my fiancés wedding ring. They tried to deliver multiple times, unsuccessfully of course, (since the address didn’t exist). It was being returned back to sender and we needed it asap since the wedding is in a few weeks and it still needed to be resized. I called the 1-800 number and explained my situation and if they could hold it here in town, they gave me a case # and said they should call within the next 3 days with what to do. That evening, Jennifer called me and said she searched every single package but found it!!! She apologized for calling so late but I was just SO grateful it was there and they would hold it until I came by. Pickup took less than a minute. Thank you to Ms Jennifer and my local USPS team!!

I had an appointment for a passport and brought in all supporting documentation. The representative Jessica informed me that I needed to also have a copy of my drivers license front and back. I explained that my sis and mom who had also applied for their passports at two different locations didn’t require a copy of id’s. So I asked if she could just make one and she said no the state or government doesn’t allow them to make copies in person and that I would now have to cancel my appointment! This isn’t the first time I’ve ran into issue specifically with her at this location ! When asked for a Manager she could only offer a persons name but said there’s no number to call to reach the person. I think she hates her job and life !

Yep, I echo all the other complaints. Apparently there are only TWO main post offices in San Antonio (or something wildly limited in this very heavy populated area). This is the line I've been standing in since 4:35 pm and it's 4:50 now. The same people were being helped by ONE person for literally 15 minutes. Finally a second person came to the window. It takes TWO or THREE weeks to rekey a neighborhood mailbox if you lose your key. Until then you have to come here and wait in this line.... always the same. I'm 8 months pregnant and there is no place to even sit! This is a human health and safety Hazzard! I will be contacting the US Postmaster to file a complaint.

Great service on a Saturday right before the long holiday weekend. Every employee was attentive to each customer waiting to be helped. They made sure the process would be seamless and simple for everyone before they got to the front of the line; they even took a few customers to a different section to get them served quicker. When it was my turn, Joel at the front desk helped me prepare my shipment and made sure I was using the right service; he even loaned me some tape. Coming to this post office always!

I am an amputee on a wheelchair. For last ten years, I got the mail delivered to my door. My mail lady Juawana Jordan has been extremely friendly and never missed a single mail. Now she is on vacation for ten days. I have not received any mail for four days. I called the Heritage Post Office and the automated answer service was so poor and embarrassing. When I asked for representative, instead of connecting I was asked to participate in a survey. I do not know how how poor an essential service could be.

I have never been treated so well at a post office, anywhere I’ve lived. They are fast knowledgeable and they work at finding ways to expedite your trip to the Richland office. Their one way line leads you out an entrance to exit the building. I also appreciate their supplies are always stocked. Only complaint? That they are not closer to my home.
