Horrible experience and wasting 30mins of my time, first was calling Victor in the timber department which took 10mins for him to arrive and the 20mins between him and Sbu to literally punch a price in the calculator, they kept saying just give him any price and even further saying call Eddie to give a price. All this frustrating for a price and numbers they're looking at and eventually after wasting all that time they give me literally whatever price coz they can't find a price on the system, this is frustrating.

Staff is friendly and approachable, from the security guys at parking to the security at the entrance and the security guys and lady's inside they are friendly and helpful and very one working there is professional.Love the place.Was there this afternoon, love the plc and the staff is professional

Main hardware is one of the best hardware around Johannesburg. The managing director Mr Hilton and one of the sales person Mr Peter are the most friendlies people there. They make you feel important always when purchasing from that store.

Over all a one stop shop,friendly staff but for the 3rd time we get charged more than the price tag says,and the only reply we get is "Sorry the price changed" surely with that much staff someone can surely update the price tags?

Very dusty & dirty. Staff couldn't be bothered to assist patrons. 2 stars because the ladies by the tills were apologetic & were willing to go beyond their call of duty.

Its a good hardware store, its just the service blows hot and cold. Some days its great others its proper frustrating and Im a regular.
