So I went in with a friend this afternoon the 23/11/23 for a takeaway. We ordered jollof and goat which took 20mins. We paid and drove back to the office where to our astonishment we got a wrong order. Our goat was replaced with chicken. So I decided to call and complain. The lady who received the call listened and said she was sorry and that since payment has been made there was nothing she could do. My questions are; 1. Isn't there a manager? 2. Why should payment be made for an order and then a different thing is given. 3. What is the short dish order waitress duty? 4. Is it the duty of the Patron to cross check the ordered food before taking it away? 5. What is the remedy for paying more and getting less? Shouldn't there be a refund of the extra amount paid? My experience was truly unpleasant!

Mangos restaurant is located at Nii Safi road, eat Legon. I mostly eat fufu with light soup and goat meat with pork at mangos restaurant, and every single time has been an amazing experience. I always take away or call in to ask for delivery to my address. Delivery rate is good, food is delicious as well. With the recent renovations at mangos restaurant, it’s a nice hangout spot to chill with friends and listen to cool music. I highly recommend. I’m updating my review at this point because I paid another visit to Mangos restaurant today the 29th of January and it was Amazing, the space looks totally gorgeous and the staffs were properly dressed in their branded T’s. I had a good time painting with friends (@groovevintage) today! And I had my fufu and light soup with pork to go as usual

Nice environment and very delicious and moderately priced local meals (average GHC70 for a good meal). We however waited an hour for our orders to be taken. Workers seem overwhelmed by demand. Would certainly recommend but service certainly not the best.

The overall dining experience was quite enjoyable. The food impressed with its delicious flavors, and the pricing was fair. The restaurant's ambiance also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, there was one minor drawback - the pork meat was noticeably tough and could have been better prepared. It's worth mentioning that, although the dishes were served hot and fresh, there was a longer wait time than expected. This is something to keep in mind for those who prefer quicker service.

Some of the tastiest loval food I've had. The red red was delicious with a huge portion of plantain on the side. A little oily but that's Ghana for you! The grilled talapia fish and the jollof rice were nice although the rice was a little hard/dry. The boys had soup which they devoured. We also ordered the strawberry flavour Drip drink! It's definitely an acquired taste but when it hits you....it hits!

I always come here from the local foods. Service can sometimes be a bit slow depending on who is attending to you which is understandable because the place is highly patronised. Food is a bit pricier than most other places in this area but it's totally worth it

Mangos restaurant located on the Nii safai road , great ambiance , serene environment. Food service was slow . Ate fufu with chicken soup . Soups on food should have come a bit hotter than it was, cause it seemed to get cold quickly aside that the food was great . Waiters were friendly and patient, Especially Wisdom

Certainly wonderful meals at affordable prices, while the coconut water is just right across the street…Best time to visit would be mornings or afternoon period just before closing hours while the meals are still pretty much fresh. Sundays on the other hand are quite busy.
