My first visit to the restaurant and I was very disappointed. First the empty table I sat at hadn't been cleaned after the last client used it. I had to call for that to be done - I saw it happen with other tables while I was there. Service was very very slow even though the place was neither full nor busy. Seating was also uncomfortable because of the way the table legs were positioned. After waiting a "loooong" while for the food to arrive, my partners order was totally wrong. We had to make do because to reorder meant another long wait, as confirmed by the waiter. There were a couple of other issues too but I'll leave it at this in the hope that the Management will follow up to discuss these points with me because for some reason, the whatsapp complaint number boldly displayed on the table just wouldn't connect. One plus though - the waiter who served us was extremely polite.

You have a very rude telephone personnel today. I placed an order at 1:17 pm. I was told it was going to take 20 minutes. I called back after 25 minutes and she told me it was ready so I got a dispatch rider to pick it up. Rider got there and I called again, now 40 minutes after order she tells me shes giving the order to the rider. It's been an hour and 40 minutes now, she tells me order is not ready and starts talking to me disrespectfully. Look, you're not doing me a favour here. If anything, I am. You are overly priced compared to your competitors and so I expect quality service when I order. Nasty Nasty service

There is a place for parking where security personnel will direct you to pack Well and direct you to drive out safely by stoping cars using red flags to stop cars so guest cars can pass through.

Got there , waited about 10 mins and still no one has approached me co edit my order, was given 15 mins for food to arrive when my order was finally taken, it exceeded 20 mins for food to come . Portion wise , it’s a lot for the price . But taste was bad . It was dry and it didn’t taste fresh, more like microwaved rice . Also , the food got cold really quickly due to being under the AC. Also not my personal experience but they got the table next to me order wrong and wasn’t willing to take care of the cost and expected the customer to shoulder the cost .

This a well organised eating place, they now even have more beautiful room inside without noise as you chill to take you Lunch. Very good customer services and delicious local and continental dishes. The samosa and spring rolls are exceptional.

Usually okay since I have food delivered until recently when I decided to pick up. Struggled to place an order, kept calling for about an hour. Either no one picked up or I kept getting the busy tone. Finally placed an order, arrived 40 minutes later, food wasn't ready, they were unapologetic, wasted 10 extra minutes of my time, dragged their feet to refund my money so I can leave for my appointment, not a single sign of remorse or actually caring about the customer. Customer service is right there with sewage! Utterly disappointed.

Food portions are more than enough for 1 person. Two people can even share and be ok. When I visited they were renovating so the restaurant part was a really good ambience. You can definitely hear the conversations of nearby tables. Especially if they are loud. I ordered fried rice which has a neutral spiciness to it. It is good for people who don't like spicy food but I feel they should provide a spicy option, for those of us who like spicy food . You can order for delivery

There is a dedicated seating area for customers ordering takeout. For quick bites such as spring rolls, samosas, meat pie, other pastries and juices can be found just before entering the building. I go there on several occasions.i mostly take my snacks there ..i usually buy spring rolls,samosa,pie,fruit punch and humburger and sometimes sausage roll pocket pie.They are sooo delicious.i also went there on my birthday for banku and tilapia and i enjoyed it.sometimes when am fixing my hair and i order food which is their assorted rice it get to me on time and i enjoy that rice.Thats all i can say about perfect touch Restaurant.

The salad, fried rice, sandwiches, spring rolls, samosa, pie, local dishes (Banku, Fufu, gari foto, tilapia, ampesi), variety of drinks it’s fresh fruit juices. They are fast in delivery, prices are manageable, the services is ok, small car park but there’s someone always available to help you park and also to join the Main Street it’s located in the Annum Abam building very close to Dzorwulu Junction

The customer service is amazing. The place tends to be extremely busy so I would recommend calling the restaurant first to place your order before getting there, so as to speed things up for you. There is a variety of food options to choose from, and without a doubt, the food is some of the best you will taste in Accra at affordable prices. I can very easily recommend Perfect Touch to you. A nice cosy place with exquisite foods at affordable places. Just a walking distance from Dzorwulu Perez Dome. Waiting time is 10 - 15mins minimum for orders but totally worth the wait. Higher prices for the food than one would expect given what is served. Service is atrocious, everything has pepper whether you request it is not (even Oriental dishes). Fufu and other foods commonly served cold, waiters appear upset when requesting it be heated. No longer accepting Visa anymore either it would seem.

Almost 2h wait for a jollof order. Cashier has no clue whats going on in kitchen and keeps saying it soon will be ready while taking more orders. Other people shouting and frustrated. To top it all, we eventually received a tasteless tomato rice without the spice and veg that make a jollof. No comment

Be ready for uncertainties, food delivery takes forever. Sometimes no delivery riders are present. You have to do your pick-ups by yourself if you are hungry. But they have an exceptional food menu, especially the chicken.

The food is delicious, the price a little bit above my average, I would have given 5 stars but there was some error in the pricing, I was billed with a higher amount than what's on the menu. (Kindle update your menu prices) I will highly recommend their food and will go there again.

Perfect Touch has some of the best spring rolls and samosas in the city. Their pastries like meat pies etc also are very tasty and baked freshly every day. The food is not bad at all. I love their assorted jollof rice. Service is decent and the prices not too bad.

I like their pastry and natural fruit juice. Their fried rice and jollof rice is on point but their customer service on the phone is terrible. No urgency, no commitment to serve their customers well. It is as if they have never been trained on customer service.

The food and drinks are seriously awesome;food takes some time but it's worth the wait. Not so pricey but you would love the quality and quantity. I've been there 4 times already and I think I'm hooked. Also, giant screens for soccer fans this league season:)

Although the food is good. They keep increasing prices far too often. Menu prices are too expensive in comparison. The local dishes more expensive than the foreign menus. Very odd. The waiters could do with some training.

By far, one of the best restaurants when it comes to local dishes. The quality and quantity of the food they serve is superb. They give value for money. Try them and you will understand this comment.

Perfect Touch Restaurant serves delicious and hot meals. Their French fries and fried rice are yummy. Their black pepper sauce (Shitor) and green sauce (Kpakposhitor sauce) are very sumptuous.

Their food is great. You can also call ahead of time to place an order and pick it up quickly when you get there. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because they don't do deliveries.

Their food use to be nice till this evening. The jollof rice was terrible. The chicken was cold and blunt and didn't feel fresh. I think you can do better with the seasoning of the chicken

This is the worse place to order food. The food is not that good and they will lie to you about when your food will be ready. Eg. When they 20mins it means 1 hour 30 mins.
