BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS STORE- ESP. ONLINE. I have never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered a pair of shoes that I have been looking for for a long time and was so excited to get them. They finally arrive and they are too big, I would have been happy to exchange them but the store does not carry this shoe anymore and doesn’t have my size. I asked to return the shoes for a refund because I can’t get the shoe I want and they are refusing to give me a refund. The shoes are unworn and just were delivered today and I can’t return them. All the owner said on the phone was "store policy," unapologetically. I have never dealt with a store with such poor customer service and if I could leave no stars, I would. I have not heard of a store in this day in age where you can’t return an unworn item that was just delivered and doesn’t fit. They care less about keeping a customer happy and wanting to make sure they keep their $170 bucks. Wishing I read the other reviews before I purchased anything here. Please think twice about shopping here, you will get treated better elsewhere.

Where to begin. Manor could very well be the coolest shop that Phoenix has to offer. Being a native to the valley, there is no better feeling than supporting a local establishment like Manor. Seeing their success over the last couple of years is not surprising at all because their staff is always extremely welcoming and helpful whether looking for a sneaker size, shirt size, (or in the case from my visit today) encouraging me to buy a new golf glove. My wife and I visit Manor at least once a week because they are always bringing in new inventory and every time we come, we feel like part of the Manor family, being able to get to know more of the staff and their stories. Today specifically I met Laura and Pops, and I just want to say thank you both for just being genuine good people. Long story longer, Manor rocks; and their range of sneakers, apparel, and swiftly growing golf collection is second to none! Whether you are a local looking to support local, or if you are visiting the desert and want to see what Phoenix retail has to offer, Manor should be stop #1 for you. Cheers y'all!

Manor is one of the premier sneaker and apparel shops in Phoenix. They have an amazing selection of brands from shoes, clothing and accessories for women, men and children! Their selection expands and evolves constantly. Don't sleep on their Nike Dunks and soon to be Jordan releases! Not only do they carry some of the top brands, but the team at Manor is elite as well. Jermey, Laura, Pop and Denzyel (to name a few) are very passionate and knowledgeable about the industry and always go above and beyond for their customers. Manor also does an outstanding job in the greater Phoenix community, from hosting local events to supporting local charities. Manor is a win, win all around. Check them out as you'll not be disappointed.

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. She left the store with the shoes on as the gentleman who worked at the store said they were a great fit and that the size up was too large. When we got home she had marks on her feet. I tried to return them 5 hours later and was told they only do exchanges. Would have been nice if they informed me of their policy prior to purchasing the shoes. This past Monday (Memorial Day) I went there to exchange them for the larger size and the store was closed without any sign on the door. I’m not from Phoenix so that was my last day there to deal with these shoes. Not a local business that I will continue to support!

Shopped online since no local retailer of mine carried the specific shoe I wanted, which I couldn’t even find on the brand’s website either. Aside from carrying a great selection of styles, the customer service for the online store was exceptional. I ordered a half size too large and called them about a return, which they responded to quickly with a free shipping label, although their website states that customers must cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as they received my return, they emailed me back asking if I wanted to do a size swap, which was shipped out the same day. Overall great online shopping experience!

I was trying to shop local for Christmas this year and found Veja shoes at Manor. As my whole family came down with Covid during the holidays, we just recently all tested negative and started feeling better. In an effort of being cautious, trying not to get other people sick, we went in to exchange/ return the shoes and were informed that there’s a strict 14 day return policy, no exceptions and they would not take the shoes back. It had been 21 days since purchase. So much for trying to support local… Nordstrom would have taken them back no questions asked. Really bummed with the experience and level of service.

First and foremost, the staff at Manor are incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable about the vast selection of sneakers they sell, as well as the current up to date trends for sneakers and streetwear. We were visiting from Seattle and found the boutique to be very clean, well kept and stocked with plenty of the most recent sneaker/clothing releases. Manor also has in house merch and the merch is some of the best shop merch I have ever seen. It was a pleasure visiting Manor and I highly suggest going to them for all of your clothing and sneaker needs!

This store has nice stuff but their no return policy is lame! My husband bought me some adidas pants as a gift at the same time buying himself $180 boosts. The pants didn’t work out but he loved his shoes. When we tried to return the pants (with the receipt less than a week later) we learned of the no return policy. Apparently it’s printed on the receipt. Anyhow wanting to support LOCAL is awesome, but when I can buy and return online why bother with this shop. We spent and would spend good money there. Not anymore.

Cool gear, but staff felt a little judgmental and business is kind of odd. I bought shoes from a store across the street, received free shipping, and an item. Ask them about shipping since I live ten minutes walking from both stores and they set the bar super high at $125 and still charged me $10 for shipping. I can fedex my friend a package overnight several states away for the same price. Last purchase from here I’ll make

WARNING! Experienced problems when trying to make a return. Firstly, the order arrived with no return instructions in the box. There are also no instructions listed on their website. I contacted them multiple times (by email and phone), and never got a response. If you read the reviews, many other customers have experienced the same issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

a defining factor in deciding what area of town to live in was when driving through the neighborhood and seeing tennis shoes hanging from the utility poles indicating GANG activity , made it easy to decide not to live there. sadly you have chosen the similarity of that gang mentality in your logo, has also made it easy not to patronize your business

I suggest shopping here when you have time to pay attention to detail. Theres a no returns policy, so before you hand over your card make sure it fits. Take your time. When I was here I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase. Plan on spending more than $100. The shoes are not cheap. Parking is a drag, but it is to be expected in this area.

store is alright, not really the best selection in terms of footwear and very limited sizing, raffles are usually biased and whatnot, main complaint comes about the girl who works there with the glasses, extremely stuck up and rude, just not a pleasant employee to interact with, other than that its a pretty cool store, i do like the golf selection

Great first time, seamless experience. I gifted myself a pair of sneakers as an early birthday present. I ordered them Friday evening, they were shipped on Monday and I received them on Wednesday morning. Not bad considering that I live in Connecticut. I got exactly what I ordered and my sneakers fit perfectly. Thanks guys!

Amazing staff, amazing products. You have to always shop locally. Manor and Undefeated are our only real sneaker shops that actually give our community a chance to get a hold of sneakers for the true collectors and casual buyer . If you have a chance to stop in, do not hesitate. They will have what you are looking for.

Had a 15% off coupon in email that THEY sent me.I used it on a pair of Air Force 1s and they canceled my order immediately and said that it doesn’t apply after the order already went through.Tried to order without the coupon and there was an additional $15 shipping cost.Bad business don’t shop here or online.

One of my favorite shops in Phx. I just noticed they have a “purchase online/pick up in store” option in their site which is amazing and difficult if you suffer from addiction… of shoes. I appreciate the sales being real sales and NOT 5% -10% lol. Glad you guys survived 2020. ✌ …

Poor customer service ,they show favoritism toward certain individuals during raffles and releases, attitudes were atrocious especially from girl with glasses. Humility please. So many other great stores to pick from try rerun they super dope or pick and roll they got tons of heat

First and last time I will ever do business with this place. They advertised 40% off on a Patagonia bag and ripped me! Folks don’t give them your hard earned money they don’t care about the customers, especially the chick who wears glasses and looks like Michael Jackson.

It’s always a vibe in Manor. Awesome customer service, and a huge variety from clothing to accessories and even to footwear. The environment felt inviting and I have never felt judged coming in here. It’s the best feeling to be able to shop locally!
