Very competative group to sell your home. But I was very dissappointed with their property report- inaccurate land size for my property on their report inspite of been given correct information. Kuringai Council website has information on land size based on the DPP. Yet most of the Real Estate industry gets this wrong!! I was given an estimate sale price based on comparative properties. Sadly my property has suffered neglect and damage, and cannot be compared to any of the properties sighted. Very dissapointed. Please refer to photos of the report submitted to Google reviews.
