Everyone from the start of my visit to the finish was professional, helpful and caring. Yolanda provided a clean cart and was very caring. Sally helped me in the art department. Cheyenne really went above and beyond at the register for me I was shocked she wasn't the manager! Rodney helped me with a question. Kim was the CEC on next register. Rosie was on the other register. Julie was the AM manager and I enjoyed speaking with her. Monica helped me in the baby area to push all my carts and checked in on me several times while I was shopping. Theresa was the PM manager. I have and will continue to return to this location because of the tip top performance of the entire staff at this location. Such a wonderful shopping experience. Oh - and all the products and items I bought and shopped for were priced right and nice.

I love all Marshall's, Tj Maxx, and Home Goods. No matter the location. I have noticed certain Marshall's have better selections of different things. Example, Marshall's in El Cajon has great selection of active wear. A decent beauty product selection. The shoes are non existent. San Ysidro Marshall's has to be my #1. Great selection and prices in every area. Love, love, love their active wear. I will say this, has anyone else noticed Ross is kinda of kicking Marshall's butt in terms of awesome brands to chose from? Either way Marshall's I take my vows very seriously. I'm with you for better or. For worse. .... Good hunting ya' ll

The store overall is good but staff needs more training i was in the cosmetics department and didnt notice my daugther who is 2 grabbed a hair gel and opened it the associate started telling another associate to check the cameras that we where destroying everything which was an exaggeration and extremely rude a simple please dont do that wouldve been enough and not made us feel like we were stealing.. I work in retail and have people spill pr break products and not once have seen or treated somebody like this

Came in looking for a Shoe rack one of those associates said they had one more the box look beat up and use. However I just thought since it was the last one the box just look like that.I spent $21 came home the box was not new and the items inside were missing and broken.Very upset and unprofessional for the company to put out used and broken items back in the box. I had to go all the way back and return the item will not be returning back to Marshalls!!

This place is very clean and organized. Seriously one of the cleanest I've seen around. Has a great selection and is super easy to shop at. The staff is friendly and make it an easy shopping experience. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only downside with my visit was a couple of ladies returning a bunch of cloths with no receipt and for some reason had no id. That is the most frustrating thing ever. It took some time to get another cashier.

I recently stumbled across this store. I've been to many Marshalls but this one was different. The store was clean and neatly arranged. But it was the store associates that impressed me. Each and every associate I encountered greeted me. Friendly, helpful and just a breath of fresh air. They seemed genuine and happy to help. I will continue to shop this store and wish to thank the store associates for making shopping a fun and enjoyable experience.

I shop there once in a while. Few weeks ago they charged me twice for a foundation, so I came back with the receipt the next day, but didn’t get any money back though, they had to check the surveillance or whatever. I called there twice with no result. The only person who was really helpful and saved the situation is Edric, really nice and polite guy, thanks to him I’ll probably keep coming back there. I brought a cardigan there two weeks ago. The next day I noticed a large hole in it. I tried to exchange it and they wouldn't let me. Even though it had the price tag, they said I needed a receipt. I will not be going back there again. That's the 2nd time I've had issues with their products and they've given me a hard time about exchanging it.

Always low and discounted prices at Marshalls. This location was clean, well staffed and looked to be adding new inventory to replenish after the holidays. Staff all greeted and ensured I was finding what I was looking for and pointed out the large rack of clearance items. Line was fast and I got what I needed for less than I'd budgeted

Love Marshalls. It's one if my go-to stores. I enjoy buying name brand clothing get at discounted prices. I feel like a million bucks. Good selection of home decor & kitchen items, too. My only complaint is that I wish they offered the ability to pay your credit card balance right there at the register (like Macys does).

Always fully stocked, clean, with a great selection! I spend way too much money here. Whoever is in charge of the layout for merchandise- they do a great job of making things look neat and appealing! The lines are hardly ever long (unlike the one in mission valley, which always has outrageous check out lines).

One of the best clothing stores in the nieghboorhood. It has a lot to choose from in the selection of guys and woman apperal. The hand bags they have at this location is outstanding. The kids toys and clothing sre also great here. Most of the items are up to date and very unique with the prices.

Great selection of shoes ,bags,backpacks makeup,sweaters, jackets, pants,active wear,workout gear and equipment,kid books,toys,snacks and homegoods for all women men babies and toddlers ..the setup is a little confusing at first but makes it even more interesting for the hunt lol

This store absolutely sucks. Not because selection or cleanliness. It is terrible because no matter if it’s a busy Saturday or empty Monday morning there is never more than one or 2 cashiers. Which means it’s a nightmare to check out. I absoutly hate shopping here!

Very friendly and helpful cashiers. Nice selection of decor but clothing section is lacking. Perhaps because it was the end of the day. But five stars because I wasnt looking for clothes anyways and the place was clean and had what I was looking for

Visited at 6p on a Saturday. Clothing selection wasn't great on this day. Housewares, candles, and hair products was pretty good. Lots of CHI styling products. El Cajon Marshalls has better selection for clothing.

The customer service here is AMAZING- I wish I had names to really put out there but I swear it’s every employee here. Always getting at the door and when you’re shopping. Everyone here is on their A-game!!

I had some extra time in my schedule and took a look around at the store. I found a couple of kitchen instruments that I didn't even know existed. The prices were good and the selection was eclectic

They have great selection for men’s clothing very simple and artistic items really good price and friendly staff. Surprisingly they have an awesome selection of organic and keto friendly snacks.

Name brands, decent prices, had trouble finding certain sizes, but that's normal with store shopping first come first serve. Was not much customer service, and this is why people shop online.

Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Store is neat, clean and organized. Selection is really good for clothing, toys, and housewares. Great place for retail therapy because the prices are low.

The staff is very nice, and they have a nice selection of high end makeup!! Anastasia, Urban Decay, Bare Minerals, etc. I was shocked, because I've never seen these brands at any Marshalls!

This is my go to Marshall's. They seem to always have new items put out. The store is organized. The lines move fast and there is ALWAYS parking.

Well i rode my bike but they didnt have a bike rack, they were courteous didnt have a big selection , but i managed to get a few things.

Decent spot to do a last min clothing item pick up but be forewarned, all the popular sizes get snatched quick...especially in shoes!
