Update: I STILL stand by my first review! The shop is now under new management, Jose and Martin. They always take care of me, work hard, and cut the BS! They always explain what they are doing to my car. I will always take my car here, no matter where I live! …. Ron and Martin are AMAZING! They take the time to really see what’s wrong with your car. I’ve taken my car to other shops and, if the check engine light isn’t on or your car isn’t falling apart, they say your car is fine and they move on. Ron and Martin took the time to see what was wrong with my car and it turned out I needed a new motor mount and ignition coils! My car has never run so well! 10/10 would recommend you bring your car here!

If you get anxiety like I do whenever something goes wrong with your car, this is the place to come! I have never felt so much relief after being told what could be wrong with my car and then finding out what was really wrong and being told it was a simple fix! Jose definitely takes care of his customers! I don't know much about cars butJose helps you to understand what's happening and how to best get your car back on the road! I feel comfortable enough to bring my car here with out feeling like an idiot when all it could be is to refill the coolant. It's definitely important to find a place that makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, dealt with honestly and with respect! Here is that place!

Pops is too nice a guy, and instructed me to not say anything to them when I picked it up (the second time) Jeep engine replacement, ran great. Yay new engine! However the vehicle was returned to him with unready monitors. Service engine light illuminated for EGR valve. The executive decision to Not swap the valve from the old engine during the initial replacement was specifically mentioned during the first debrief If a full drive cycle was done during function test it would've been found. He took it back and was charged for both the new valve and the labor. Stars lost for each charge he shouldn't have paid for.

It is so hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust. After a terrible experience with a different shop we were leery about trying a new place. I did a simple google search and came across this shop. I looked at the reviews and they are all great so I decided to give this shop a try. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. He was so polite explained every repair before doing it and went above and beyond our expectations. I can't thank the guys at Auto 1 Group enough!! If you are looking for an honest, and reasonable mechanic this is the place. I would recommend Auto 1 Group to everyone!! Thanks again guys

After having trouble with my auto starting, I called Auto 1 and many others for a quote when it was discovered my starter was needing replacement. Well that was a great call as I took my car to Ron at Auto 1 and not only was he 40% less than any other quote , this was a real repair shop with quality mechanics. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this honest auto repair shop! They do superior work as well. As a single working mother, I need an honest mechanic I can trust. Ron and his associates are exactly that! I cannot rave enough at how well they treat me and my vehicle when it needs repair. They are the best!!

Ron was able to work with my budget and also correctly diagnosed my trucks problems. I thought I had a costly transmission repair but really only needed my spark plugs changed. Thanks again Ron and auto 1 techs! I will definitely be back and would implore anybody to go here!

Martine and his team replaced an engine in my 2007 Wrangler. It runs perfect, the price was unbeatable. Its a no frills shop, but the quality of work is what's important! He helped find an engine, I paid and had it shipped there, and he did all the rest.

Ron was always the best; and I trust anyone he put in charge. Happy to see this wonderful shop live on and proud to see the new management. I moved across the valley but will still come and have anything important for my cars done at this shop!!

I have been taking my cars and comapny's cars to Ron at Auto1 for a few hears now and before him I hadn't found any one more price and quality concious than them.
