Cop here dont bother to listen to you, they tryna make u listen,if i am international and have come frustrated to talk to you, what are you guys being frustrated for, U r a citizen, i am temporary resident, we have equal rights to speak, if you are a police officer that doesnt mean you got to have to be listened, its nowhere stated, we know rules too, Both the officers we talked to were like trying to prove us making faces of not caring like its not serious, that we will do nothing, even if u were get almost killed, u dont hv a video or evidence we are not even gonna try to investigate! That is why people here dont respect police officers because they know , they gonna do nothing! The person I came to report about had clearly shouted to me, go to those ***** blue cloth people, they are not gonna do anything! and he was right! I miss my home !

Today ( 4-Jan-2018) around 8:16 am I went to Mascot Police station to complaint about my neighbours that damaged my pergola roof on 22/Dec/2017, and ignoring my calls, despite he promised to fix , but for 2 weeks did not answer my calls , sms, or letter . I have explained the incident to the Police officers ( female and male) they were very helpful, the Police officer made a call to my neighbours and he answer the call. They also guided me to seek legal advise, as this matter falls under civil and not criminal act. This is not the first time I have request assistance from Mascot Police and always helped me explained with details the options and guided me the steps and action to resolve the issue. Great and outstanding Police officers.. that are serving the Mascot Police.

Rude, doesnt understand somebody is frustrated, throw back comments that we are not talking right, if we were not frustrated why would we come to you! Somebody almost tried to kill us by his car with road rage, and these people cant do anything because we only hv a registration number of the car but not the video of the person trying to kill us, racism,,,, I knew the police in Australia is just to brag about things,report crashers,report bad drivers, and here,,,,, a person on scooter is not safe at all,,,, Shame!!!! If i was in my country, the person would have lost his licence by now,, or atleast would have been given a warning! Thank U So much for ur help!

Yes I am grateful of the police and the service they carry out. Dealings with representatives from Mascot police station has been negative for me always. The most recent encounter, I reported a matter of concern to them while dozens of people just walked past and ignored it. This was a matter of someone life at risk. I received unappreciative/rude affect from the police woman at the location. I believe further training in appropriate communication skills with civilians is required.

I spoke to the officer Feng ( or maybe Fing) who was at the reception this afternoon and he was incredibly rude to me. He told me that I was talking too much (when I was explaining my situation) and that if I wasn’t happy I can get out of the police station. I came there because I was afraid and I needed help and the way this officer answered me is not acceptable. It’s disappointing that some people acting like they are on a power trip when they are meant to be helping citizens!

When you are leaked or threatened by others, these police officers will tell you, why don’t you offer your personal privacy to those people? Maybe you can get your money back. When I provided all the evidence, they didn’t have any patience to look at it. One of the police even rolled her eyes at me when I felt the most desperate. Hope next time she will be leaked at Twiiter or Ins, and someone will say the same words to her.

Been there this morning to see a JP the officer's attitude was really bad and said no Jp till 12pm but when I said as I was there last nite and that police man was very nice and he said JP will be here 9am so that rude so called lady police said let me check and then Yes the JP was there..To that so called lady police officer pls dont treat everyone as a Criminal

I called them on a incident in which a drunk, unstable and intoxicated male was going around and knocking doors of units in one of the building. They turned up in few mins to check on the issue. Was working late in my shop on King St mascot..left the door open slightly..two patrol police yelled inside anybody there..everything ok. .great job.. people..got to say..with all this covid stuff and what we have been through..haven't had a bad experience with the Mascot police..ever..top people..

Getting spoken to like a piece of shi*t and i havent even done anything wrong... the attitude is purely disgusting. Cops are there to protect us right? And here they are acting like they have the upper hand over peoples lifes and that gives them right to be completely arrogant and rude

Called a few times but nobody on other line wanted to help, decided to go in because i needed to view some footage. told me couldn't show me until another officer was in. So i left - he followed me out to see if i was driving but i am much smarter him.

Very respectful and humble staff. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. They explained everything thoroughly were very kind and polite. I was treated with dignity and it felt like they really wanted to help.

Called twice in the early hours to report a very loud techno party which is still going on at 640am! too busy to drive by & check? Yet residents have had no sleep! Great work mascot police …

Responsive people in it. Rang them about the manhole lid that opened on the road near the airport which was dangerous , police car attended the place within 5 minutes

Officers did not come across to care, feels like he feels bothered by our enquires, he’s attitudes was like “well, did you die?” We didn’t, no thanks to you though
