This is my second visit to Masterwerks (because I was so impressed with the team the first time I was there). From entering the building and being greeted by the wonderful desk technician through until I drove my car off the premesis, this was easy, fast and friendly service. I will definitely be taking all my auto work to Masterwerks!

I am incredibly happy that I brought my car to Masterwerks to get my door handle fixed. The cost was very reasonable as compared to the dealership. They did normal maintenance and an inspection on my car, letting me know what to expect in the future. They also fixed a problem at no charge to me. They have gained my trust!

I have a 1977 F150. Aaron scheduled me in for an alignment and had the truck ready when promised without any additional charges. I think that is very commendable these days. After a slight communication break down, and a follow-up by Sara, my 2006 F150 got new plugs and a belt. Everyone there worked understand my needs and did an excellent job. The pricing is more than fair compared to the dealership and chain shops. I would recommend them if you are for a good shop.

Recently lowered my car and needed an alignment. Masterwerks did an amazing job bringing my car back to factory alignment specs. Very professional and I could tell they took care of the car. The car drive straight now and happy with the results. I will definitely use their services again!

Won't use them again. Left a wheel bearing loose and the outer wheel bearing nut was not even hand tight. Also a part of the manual locking hubs on a 4x4 was installed backwards on both sides. Wanted to change an air filter that has a couple hundred miles on it.
