I attended a birthday party that was hosted at Masti in Wembley. My initial reaction of the venue was not good which unfortunately did not change as the night continued. The place is on the High st, you enter between some shops and are immediately met at the door by door men and hosts who are checking people in. You then continue down to the main area via unsafe, hazardous and rickety stairs. When I entered, I thought I'd stepped back in time, decor and vibe was very 80's and to be completely honest seemed dirty. There were tables crammed in on this floor: this floor has a mezzanine that looks down onto a dance floor and DJ area. I was impressed with the service I received from bar staff and staff that were serving food. The food served was nice: starters were bought to our tables and consisted of fish pakoras, chicken tikka, paneer and aloo chat. Mains were served buffet style and consisted of tarka daal, pindi toori, keema, chicken curry, yogurt, salad and naan breads. Unfortunately the night was ruined by two of the security staff who for no apparent reason hurtled up the stairs from the dance floor area towards members of the group. As a family we have no idea as to what actually made the security behave that way. The incident escalated to three staff attacking and pinning down two men and stamping on one of them in the face! And as female members of the family intervened to try and calm the situation they too were hit, pulled about and hurt during the incident. I would definitely not recommend this establishment. AVOID!!

Dear Roxanna Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Can't express in words what a wonderful evening it was. Each and everyone of the guest were singing praises of the amazing venue, impeccable service, delicious and mouthwatering food & last but not the least awesome DJ. All in all completely perfect package. Food was mild but very tasty at the same time. Starters were fresh and not soggy. Naan bread were very soft and rice were fluffy and delicious. Dj rocked the dance floor! All men in the group had a blast at the bar followed by tasty starters. All the service staff were extremely polite and helpful. They did an amazing job and calls for standing ovation. Finally, as they say we leave the last for the best. YOU took away all my pressure of organisation and management of this huge event. As you know I didn't get chance to visit the venue before booking the party, but you were so patient and supportive since the early days and provided me with all the information. You were always there to answer all my questions and were very prompt in your email responses and calls. At the party as well you checked number of times to ensure we were all fine and that everything was OK. Give a huge pat on your back for the amazing person YOU are I know thank you is not a word enough but I can assure you this was definitely not the last time we were at Masti. We will be back again soon. Until we meet next have a great day and week again.

(Pictures attached are from a food tasting) We hired Masti to provide catering services for our wedding reception (August 2018) and are very happy with the choice we made. We had roughly 300 guests and a number of non-trivial requirements which Masti was able to cater for without any problems (our requirements included the need to completely separate preparation of non-veg dishes from pure vegetarian dishes and also to provide food which contains no onion or garlic to a number of tables). Our main contact from Masti was Indi, who, from the get go, was very friendly and professional. Indi organised a number of food tastings prior to the event so that we would be able to sample the choice of dishes, decide on the final menu for the event and also allow us to set our preference with regards to the level of spice for the different dishes. The food served at the event was delicious and the guests continually complimented the food. We were very happy with the presentation as well as the taste. The service by the staff was also extremely professional. The comments from the venue were also very positive regarding Masti – all documentation (insurance/risk/etc.) was provided from Masti to the venue manager promptly – which ensured a smooth event. Overall, we would definitely recommend Masti for your catering needs.

we went to the restaurant which was not busy. Just us and a couple sitting on far left. We were having birthday celebration and among us were my disabled parents on wheel chair including 3 small children. There was just one person in the restaurant who was handling the bar, serving, arranging plates etc. Though he tried his level best he could not manage as he had a lot of things to do on his own. Another person probably Manager had a lot of attitude and was not willing to help the lone person. All of a sudden we got suffocated with smoke and there was a strong odour of weeds. I informed the lone waiting staff who immediately opened the ventilation but no one dared to stop the person who was smoking even though it was a no smoking zone. I was shocked the manager was chilling with the same guest and not stopping him from smoking. We had to wait a lot of time for food to be served including drinks. I had a dinning membership card which I had informed at time of reservation but I was not informed the benefits I could avail in the restaurant. Overall it was a dull atmosphere, heating was poor. Starters were average and main course did not meet our expectation. I will not take anything away from the person who served us since though he was alone he tried his best. I will not come back again or recommend anyone

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The owners are extremely unprofessional. They don't care about customer service. They overcharged us for our bill and refused to refund the difference. Made up excuses to avoid refunding. Be very careful and check your bill carefully. Better still, go elsewhere. You are not missing anything. Wish i read the reviews before booking this as it would have saved a lot of unnecessary upset and hassle. The owners obviously have very thick skin as they were not bothered about upsetting their customers. They charged us for more people than were in our booking. When I complained they said they had a policy of counting people at the door but we all arrived at different times. The tables only had the exact number of seats for the guests we had, so how could we have had more guests than seats? Times must be tough for them if they have to resort in adding extra fantom people to the bill. Could not believe it when the owners Roxana and husband actually said leave us a bad review rather than refund us the overpayment they took. Very bizarre behaviour. Don't waste your time there. Anywhere else is better!

Food was not bad. But didnot like the fact that I was not allowed to take home the left over food from my party which I had paid for which is totally unfair. I saw the waiter packing the left over food from my party buffet in small plastic tiffin box clearly to be take away by the staff. It was food ordered and fully paid for by me and I was not allowed to taken the left over food which was a lot. Also to make matters worse I was told that the buffet I had ordered was only for my party guest. I the middle of the party a couple who didnot belong to my party paid for buffet at the counter and ate from my buffet. Such cheap standards of making money by double selling my buffet food to other people. I have held parties at many different venues and was allowed to take home the left over food as I had paid for it , But was not allowed to do so at masti. Cheap dirty trick by mast. Dont know if they are saving the left over food for another party. Never coming back again and suggest others also to go some where else .

We have now visited 2 years in a row, and the service from booking to getting a table etc was excellent and we can’t fault Roxanna for her job. Bar staff are not so friendly or helpful even though as a group of 13 of us, we want to spend to buy drinks all night.. The food quality is excellent, it cannot be faulted and the starters to the table is excellent. The whole atmosphere here changes very quickly after 11pm, and it can become uncomfortable for women as this was very clear by all the men just stood around in groups staring at the women whom mostly enjoying themselves with their own families. It is great for families up until about this time and on leaving the groups of guys just stood eating outside gives you an idea of what this place becomes like after midnight.

Thank you for ruining my evening MR.MASTI MANAGER with your kind words. The first item is STALE SALAD which is not mentioned in their menu and I am glad no one ate it or else we would be running to A&E. Second picture refers to ROOMALI ROTI which is made from NAN AATA and not special AATA for ROOMALI ROTI which was prepared by 3 chefs who were working for TAJ Mumbai as claimed. Also the shape of both the rotis were special. WOW. Thank you CHEF from TAJ. Third item which you see is chicken WATERY kept in the fridge added water and served from yesterday. Thats the speciality of MASTI Wembley as they have NEW MANAGEMENT and do not know how to run this fantastic place. Kindly look for other amazing options in the area and do NOT order from MASTI. They will ruin your meal and your experience with their amazing chefs from TAJ MUMBAI.

Attended the Friday night dinner and dance event. Like being at a really bad Indian wedding. Over-spiced food (good otherwise) that you have to continually ask for (starters), even though common sense should dictate that eight pieces of small chicken tikka will not really suffice for eight very grown men. Waiting staff are clueless. Our waitress brought over six pints of the different types of beer, and when brought to the table, literally just handed them out randomly to each of us (would've helped if each beer had been poured in the right glass, removing need for guesswork). Security staff rude, and probably had a hand in the (at least) two scuffles that kicked off last night also. Overall, don't waste your time, especially if you're looking for a good evening with family. There are better places to spend your money.

Very disappointed with this place, went for a birthday and one of the security guards started a fight because we were leaning on the balcony. No conversation, just charged at my nephew and jumped on him. There were no signs or no verbal warnings to stay away from the balcony or the security will start throwing punches wether your male or female. Serious power trip by the guards. Ruined the whole atmosphere of the night. Also after 12 the clientele in the venue were mainly drunk freshi men and the few women in there were prey, or all over the men/ man. Apart from the security the music was good. Just a shame they don't vet their employees.

I happened to visit Masti the restaurant and club, and had the most enjoyable experience. I made a lot of Masti ( Fun ). The food was nice value for the £20 you pay as cover charge. Alcohol is reasonably price. The staff are very courteous and professional. Was served by a person named Manav who took care of my table very well. All in all it is a very nice place to enjoy with family and friends. Birthdays and special occasions are their forte, and could be celebrated in full style. I will definitely recommend this place to all who like the Hindi / Bollywood tadka and songs.. Will definitely visit the place again.

A wonderful experience for me. I attended a fixed menu meal and music night with some Indian friends. The restaurant is clean and very well maintained. The bar staff a pair of lovely young people are friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The food service people are excellent and can not do enough to make everyone feel welcome and happy. The evening I attended the downstairs had a small band with a duet, a lady and gentlemen singer. Band and singers are dynamic and entertaining. Due to my health condition I can not eat spicy food but if I could I would love to eat the colourful and fragrant buffet. If you ever want to travel to a exotic land during a pandemic, this is as near a one can get. Five stars because I can't do six

It was odd. I went on a Thursday night. Asian pop music but no bollywood as expected and all men there. The food was very good and I enjoyed it. The cocktails were good too. I thought it odd that you eat at 8, then dance a bit, then eat main course at 10, so the music pipes down for the dinner "sitting". This was not notified so we turned up at 9 and could not have dinner til the sitting time at 10 and could not have the set price Thursday menu as were apparently late for the starters. Odd. I'm not sure what their business model is but I'm sure a better approach would be to have set menu for 7pm onwards and loud dancing music after 9.30pm. Our waitress was very nice however and a great asset to the club.

Roughest club. Stay away if you have valuables. This place is a hub for creepy South Asian men. My bag was left since there is no cloakroom. They wouldn't let us go back in and search for it as the doors were closed. I called the next morning and the lady said her cleaner has seen nothing. My friend who formerly worked there told me he rung Security and they were overwhelmed with the number of bags they stole and require bribes in excess of £50 to bother returning anything, and are hustling at the door to rip people off too. You've lost a good customer and I'll make sure other women don't fall into the same trap. What a disgusting way to do business.

This is a good place if you like Bollywood music and dancing. However, the place is not very chic and the bar is quite sad. The bartenders can be more fun. The dance floor is small and the music selection by the dj is just about average. In London, they could probably do a mix of hindi and english. The food is fine, better than I expected. Overall you can’t get a better place in the Wembley Central area for a night out. I would rather skip and spend time in the more trendy places like White Horse in Wembley Park.

This place is either hit or miss with you. My review is on the fence as i didnt really like it or hate it. The good bits - staff friendly, food is ok, music is good. Bad bits, drinks over priced and the male crowd in the place is awful If i was to best describe this place i would discribe it as a desi hangout... a majority of the crowd is drunk groups of men on heat (all desi) who want to try it on girls regardless of age or marital status. I would definatley say this is not a family place for sure. Maybe couples but not younger children Im sure this place has its select audience but its just not for me. I wont be returning here ever again.

Went there with the family Saturday 8th October.. were warned no trainers and jeans allowed.. the place is dull decor is downmarket. The dance floor was sticky. Food was ok. N the waiters too. Guys if you are going with your family make sure u leave the place by 11.. cause they start letting people in at cheap price mostly guts.. freshies n they would creap behind u n staring at your daughters or wives. They are let in with their jeans n trainers n they smell.the owner shoukd make an effort to do the place up n putting new floors. Oh DJ don't just play bhangranonstop Its not a place I would go again with families. .. very down market...

I had an amazing time, The food is solid and there's a bar woth lots of choices (I do not drink) but the dance floor is the best part.

Best bollywood club in London with excellent services by the Staff and specially on saturdays with the best Live singer Harsh(Madhav)❤️ loved the way he sings and entertains the audience. A huge kudos to the DJ Pavan with his excellent mixing skills and best part is the collab with the dhol player. Best bar staff and amazing varieties of drinks.

The low rating is for the service. The food is good and mostly north Indian taste. Staff are friendly but not attentive to the needs of the customer. The entrance is a bit of a put off as the door leads to a basement. When you open the door ..you enter the restaurant. It's a wee bit dimly lit as though they don't want you to see the food The table setting is spacious. They have a handicap toilet though I wonder how a handicap person will reach the basement. They accept credit card payment They have a party area in another lower basement area which can take in 50 people easily.

Worst experience. We told them to book a table downstairs and when we entered we were told to sit upstairs and when we confronted then they tell youuu ohhhh it was misunderstanding by me and didn't give any solution or allowed us to sit downstairs. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. They need to treat their customers better than this because what's point of me booking in advance if I won't get the table from before. Really upset by the service. I was with my friends and family. I won't recommend to anyone.

This is one of my first choice in restaurants. As a regular I rate this restaurant as a welcoming and pleasant place to be. All the staff is friendly and efficient workers. The security is excellent and there's hardly ever problems. The food is excellent and the staff is great. Very family friendly which means it's open to a range of people. It's an enjoyable experience everytime. The manager is really sweet and cares a lot about his customers. Always welcoming. My friends and I love going to Masti. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

We had 25 people gathering from work yesterday and omg the food was sooo nice so reasonable price for buffet, deserts wow! Roxanna was an absolutely amazing staff they have! So accommodating, supportive and excellent communication I have been leasing with her for yesterday’s our work gathering for weeks and she has been excellent throughout! Music was just so much fun! Good selection of food. Often buffet style when we've been before but because there was 20 of us, we had the dishes brought to us. Good service. Quite attentive, but could be better. The night was broken out into different sections of food and music which is explained on the menu. Good selection of veg and non-veg food. It turns into a club after 9-10pm. Music is a mix of Bollywood and Bhangra with some chart music. Wide range of people were present, all ages.

Food was good,not bad at all. Been there quite a few times, really good place to socialize and enjoy your evening. But, Bollywood music definitely needs an upgrade, in terms of songs that are played by the DJ, it's always the usual early 2000s song, I mean we're in 2020 now, the least they can do is play songs starting from 2015-2016 and upto 2019. That'll definitely set the mood for the night. But at the moment that seems to be a distant dream.

Decent food and atmosphere however, serving staff lacked enthusiasm. We went for a birthday and asked the staff to hide our cake behind the counter. When we went to ask for them to bring it, they didn’t light the candles, didn’t sing and just plonked it randomly on the table. Even the table next to us laughed at the way this was don’t. Apart from that, the DJ’s on the night were great. Good music no issues and almost everyone got up to dance.

This place has excellent seating and security arrangements, the only quirk is a rather small dance floor which gets full quickly on the weekends. Opt in for buffet dinner and bollywood music and dance with live DJ starting 7:30pm. Starters 8-9pm, 9-10pm is open dance floor, 10-11pm 3 course dinner. Non dinner entry at 11pm for bar and dance. Couples/Ladies are given priority entry.

Very nice and comfortable party centre (buffet ) and night club on main road. The guy (sorry I forgot his name) who served us was so kind and helpful. No parking on-site and have to look surrounding to get parking spaces ( I used PARKOPEDIA to find council parking which is nearly 10 minutes walking distance from the restaurant and free to park after 18:30 pm). Food is HALAL.

Masti - as the name says it all. It was great fun, very cool place to be for any Bollywood dance and song lover, It has a dance floor and DJ facility. We had arranged Diwali party here and It was a fantastic experience. The Food was awesome. It was all India food. They have a very good friendly staff. It is very well connected to public transport, the nearest Tube station is Wembley Central and its on the High Street

We went to the bar considering it to be a family bar. Young people around were in desperate need of rooms. Kids were watching stuff and the bar staff did not intervene. It's not a place for a decent family dinner. Bollywood dancing was worth. However it's definitely not a place for you if you do not enjoy loud inconsiderate crowd.

I am giving one star because there is no option to give negative star The security at the gate is one the most rude person I have met. It's ok if there is entry restrictions but how is "see you tomorrow" directly on the face justified. And who the security is to judge on the trousers and what qualification he has to identify the type of attire. Terrible behavior and wont ever go or recommend this olace to anyone.

We had a brilliant night out here. The food was great, staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The security was spot on so we felt safe too. The music was great too with a good mix and lastly great value for money! The venue was very clean and smart. I heard bad reviews on this place but I can't fault it as everything was spot on. Well done to all at Masti and I am already planning our next night out!

Went for Xmas party at Masti on 11th December . The restaurant was most welcoming especially the staff were very much courteous. Perfect ambience with very good dance floor and DJ. My daughter had fantastic time. Enjoyed veg and non veg mouthwatering dishes catered with great care to suit both kids and Adults.Very good service. A must visit again for all. I would Highly recommended this for everyone.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY HERE: If there was negative rating option, I would have given that. Your security is behaving like a he is the owner, letting people inside who he likes or ready to give give him some extra cash or other stuff, this is first time I have seen is happening in London.

Staff helpful and pleasant.Place needs a full refurbishment as looks worn out. Food was ok, starters limited selection and main course was a buffet which was a bit of a let down and quite hectic as you got to beat the queue. Music was ok, could do with some big screens and some dress code. Entertainers and dancers were hard to see. Overall ok if you after some food with entertainment.

Staff is very friendly and good is amazing. Every time they have a different menu. Per person £20 is absolutely worth it, with great food, lovely ambience, great customer service and music. Highly recommend.

Masti was nothing short of incredible. The staff were friendly and polite with a special mention to Roxanna who helped me and my partner organise an event here. The food was delicious (not oily) and the DJ played non-stop Asian classics on the dance floor with Dhol players that came out later on in the evening. Thank you Masti Team for an unforgettable night!

I come here almost every week to enjoy the food and dance with my family but being honest food,dance, staff on floor staff on bar they all are welcoming and the dj he really play good songs and make everyone dance on his beats, I recommend to everyone to come here and enjoy.

Very nice Indian club. The DJ was amazing, the song collection was just perfect and the songs were not repeated at all. Would definitely recommend this club for Bollywood parties.. They also have a restaurant with a bird's eye view of the dance floor which makes it even more beautiful. Didn't try the food but it looked really good.

Buffet dinner and dance. Saturday is the most popular night. Good value for money, altho all the dishes are chicken or panner. Food is a bit salty/MSG. Drinks are not included and need to be brought separate. Avoid Wembley event days as parking is impossible. Music was good.

Amazing Saturday night with great customer service by the floor staff specially Neel and Madhav. On the other hand the bar staff is trash, they don't have any sense how to talk nicely to the customers and serve them. But over all it was a decent experience being there and good selection of songs by the DJ.

This is the 4 year we having companies Christmas party in Masti. Atmosphere I mean the interior need to change, music need to little improve. Masti it's name is good but not completely satisfaction not receiving.

This is the worst place for South Indians as they dont play bollywood or any other songs. They only play punjabi songs. Its the worst thing when you request one of the dj team to play any somg other than punjabi and they decline the request and only play punjabi songs.

Really good place to eat and have a dance. However of you just want a meal, bare in mind after starters get served, you have to wait till after the DJ has played his hour set for the dancefloor before buffet main is served. A bit of a long wait for children. Also the dessert of ice cream isn't great to end the meal.

Decent food. Good drinks, service. Amazing Bollywood music. We went on a Friday night and paid 13 pounds for entry which included dinner buffet which included 2 starters, 2 sabjis, roti, daal chawal and ice cream. Crowd also was decent. Would definitely recommend if u want to dance on some good Bollywood music.

Overall a good experience. Really enjoyed the music. Nice drinks served at the bar too and liked how they had non-alcoholic options too like pina colada mocktail and at a decent price too. Plus liked how you get professional pics taken there too.

Celebrated my friends 50th birthday. I was surprised about this venue. It was a really nice venue so hidden in Wembley high road. It was like a bright gem in the middle of no where. Only downside was no lift access to get from the inside the venue to the dance floor!!! Otherwise I would go back there again

Great party place with Indian buffet and Indian music. Small and compact space. It's great for families until 11 pm, but free that it is opened for people for disco, with Indian dhol and ballet dancer etc. Not great for kids after 11 pm. Music can be too loud for young children, so must carry ear muffs.

I have always had a great experience at Masti! I celebrated my birthday there with friends earlier this year... the staff are very accommodating...the food is delicious... the dohl players were amazing... overall it was a fantastic night and I look forward to going there again in the very near future!

Small n cosy venue. Good for party with small group it's double floor venue dance floor at lower level and restaurant at 1st level. Parking is issue when match in Wembley stadium no parking available you have to be lucky to find..... Food is not good not bad ....for party people it's good place to go

visited once with my friends. The food was good looks like sth is wrong either with sound observer. After visiting this club till 2 days I could feel something is ringing in my ear, which also they call temporary threshold shift... Horrible experience ..needs work to be done on their sound system

I visited 5 Times Masti in few months. I was in ground floor.Every time I enjoyed over there. Staff are.very friendly specially a South Indian lady Ms kavitha.she was very nice and polite.we all like her service specially like her very much service with smile.

The crowd is not at all good. Rest everything was fine. Infact a very good security team to monitor these holigans but i wont visit here next time with family or friends if there are girls in our group

So disgusted with this place. Don't waste money at the door for a restaurant trying to be a club. Smallest dance floor, weed smoke smell on the dance floor, bad toilets! Like someone said, it's like a school canteen.

Lively place. Ambience was just wow... would have been more awesome if it had lesser light for the dance floor for the party... Not complaining but awesome place... would love to book for an event in the future...

Had the buffet menu and the food was excellent. The atmosphere here is really good and the mix of Bollywood and dance music had everyone up on their feet. Great value and can thoroughly recommend as a party venue.

If you really love Bollywood songs and would like to dine and dance then this is the place.They charge £15 for entry with starters and mains as they got set menu but food is really good as I m vegetarian.

Good concept, but the space is jam packed. They should reduce the number of tables. The dance floor is very small, so if you are heading on a weekend, there is not much point - you won't be able to dance.

Brilliant night out with the lads and gals from work.. Food was excellent, not greasy whatsoever.. Service behind the bars was top notch.. DJ was on point with the tunes.. Deffo recommend for a night out
