Worst Pharmacy i have ever used, these reviews are so true!! The only reason i use Mattocks is because its convenient for me, very close by to where i live. However, on more than one occasion i have had prescriptions sent over from the doctors (for my baby) on a THURSDAY but not able to pick them up because Mattocks is CLOSED!! Many times i have visited to pick up a prescription and the staff always have the same old rude attitude like they dont care‍♀️ Also what shops even have card limits now? You cant pay on card unless its over £5 Appalling Customer Service - My Advice Use A Different Pharmacy I will be changing mine and having them sent elsewhere

Awful! The most unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful, disinterested staff I've ever come across in a pharmacy (apart from the blonde lady) - treat you like a leper when you go in, everything seems to be a problem for them and just downright rude and miserable overall, hardly any eye contact. I go there for pure convenience and nothing else - I don't recommend it to anyone I know.

The worst experience ever. This times at least the pharmacies should use card payments and not force costumers to buy for minimum 5£. I left home today without a mask(forgetting), and had to go back home to take it because the closest farmacy is the worst that I've seen so far.

Terrible service!!! Staff are extremely rude and unfriendly, Always get your orders wrong and are not sorry for the inconvenience they caurse. Change their prescription rules and expect you to be psychic about knowing them. Go to any other pharmacy this one is a joke.

My household switched to mattocks earlier this year after having nothing but problems with my previous pharmacy in the handling of our prescriptions and they have been great! Friendly staff and never had an issue my prescriptions are always ready on time.Thank you

This is the worst pharmacy in Leicester they can never get repeat prescriptions right and when you question them they blame you for getting it wrong I will never use as pharmacy again and I recommend nobody else does

So releived to hear this pharmacy is under new management!! My partner went back in today and signed us back up for mattocks. They were really helpful and welcoming :)

Very good service staff are very helpful only move to mattock last week and never let me down so if anyone is looking for a good pharmacy mattock is the one
