I needed a black, dressy, blouse and wanted to shop within my zip code. I have window shopped here but this was my first visit. The store has a nice selection of moderatly priced, clothing for a wide range of ages. Not all teen clothing so us older gals can find something. They do spend energy on creative displays and the music is perfect. The best part is the staff. Madison helped point me to everything black. This saved me time and energy. She and her colleague were so helpful and knew their merchandise. It is much appreciated to get other opinions when you have many try-ons. I don't join clubs from any retailer but if you do, this one has promise. It's also a plus that there is plenty of parking in an easy to get to location.

I don't have a problem with their employees or items. But beware of their policies! If you order online for curbside pick up, it does NOT mean they will fulfill it with store stock. It ships from a warehouse and they do not provide any info on it. They also only allow 1 hour from online purchase to cancel. Otherwise you must wait until it is delivered even if it is still processing andchasnt shipped yet. I ended up going into the store and purchasing the item there and now am waiting for the exact same item to ship and be delivered before I can return it. Oh and if you purchase with PayPal, you will only receive store credit.

Walked in today and was automatically greeted by friendly staff. The selection was awesome!!!! A ton of stock plus different sizes!! The store was clean and organized. Every stores layout is different but this stores layout was very manueaverable. I also want to mention that the staff helped me find a pair of khakis, by looking up the item in the computer. She also printed off a list of stores in California for me. I'm very impressed. Every time I visit Phoenix- I hope to visit this store. Where I currently live we do not have a Maurices . I'm thankful for the great customer service.

The lady who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She helped my daughter who is 6'1 and has to order specialized pant due to the length. She took the time to help her look up her length and order them for her . My granddaughter got a pair of pants and a top. My daughter also bought some really nice sweaters . I was there another time and got a pair of pants and some tops. I love the fact that they had Plus sizes. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to EVERYONE . The employees are absolutely wonderful.

Every time I visit this store I come out smiling. Their customer service is top notch! They are always so friendly, helpful and very professional. The manager at this location is so nice. Great customer service is very hard to find these days but Maurices has it right and their staff at this location is exceptional. I feel like I can never walk out of this store empty handed. Thanks for all of your help throughout the year.

The clothing items are amazing. But the staff can be very unprofessional. One worker seemed very polite and kind. Then when she thought I couldn't hear started talking to her boss. They then decided it would be a wonderful idea to mock me and joke about what I was asking for. Ordering online from now on. I will go in to try on but refuse to purchase from a store that thinks it is acceptable to mock their customers.

This is a new store for me. I'm bereft at the close of the Catherine's stores and wanted to find a new source of plus-size clothing. A very nice store with great staff. Clothing design is more trendy and geared toward a younger demographic, but I found some nice pieces for my COVID-tired wardrobe. I wish they had a larger selection of intimates, but maybe that will improve. I'll check in again another time.

the only thing i dont like about this place is there "plus size" its confusing i always go here with my mom whos a thin woman Xl at most while i myself 3x cause its comfier and i got lucky last time i went and got 2 shirts that fit big but the time before i wasnt my 3x shirt was like 2x to small otherwise ive heard good things but there sizing is confusing

I have never been to Maurice’s before today. I unfortunately didn’t find anything that fit like I wanted it to. I did want to give a shout out to Miranda! She was so helpful and so kind to me and gave me extra time and attention. I am discouraged I didn’t find anything but I am very grateful for Miranda! Thank you so much!

A friend from the Midwest has raved about Maurices for years and when they opened this stote I had to see if it lived up to the hype. Not only do they have awesome clothes thay are also always rotating in new stuff. They're customer service exceeds that of any of its competitors. I have since been back several times.

I probably would have left this place empty handed. Then a couple of sales associates approached and asked what I was looking for and helped me put together three different outfits. I just didn't have the vision to pick it out myself. They were so patient and kind while I tried on different sizes and styles.

I bought a shirt and had to return it for a smaller size...no big deal but it's been over 2 weeks and my top is still awaiting carrier pick up w NO updates. If an order can't be filled, just refund my money. It may not this store in particular but it's my only reference to complain.

The young lady who helped me was wonderful. She was very nice, very accommodating and very helpful. However I couldn't find anything that fit me right everything was too long and the one pair of short pants that she did find for me were way too short. I'll go back again though

Maurices sizes have been changing recently and what I have from over a year ago still fits but clothes in the same size are too small in store. Unfortunately I can't stop here anymore, which I hate because they always had cute clothes.

Absolutely loved the customer service and selection of plus size clothing. Being able to walk in and find my size was a relief. I will definitely be back. You can tell the clothes are made really well and will last a long time.

I was delighted with the store. I found several articles to purchase, and will go back soon The store was busy but the representative found time to assist me and help me as needed A good experience overall.

Look out for sales associate Anita, she can sell ice cream to a Eskimo, (no insensitive intended). I totally lost my budget but I'm feeling good again, thanks Anita. I'll be back ladies, great crew.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a sale (bonus!) and I bought two shirts. Best jeans ever can be found here and the jeggings are terrific. They have them in tall/long too!!! :D

Love this store. The prices aren't exactly budget friendly but they do a lot of good deals and sales! Sizes for literally everyone! Love their shoes, jeans, shirts.... everything!!!
