I went into this store after shopping at PINK and H&M. After having no problems at any other store, this stores security system beeped at me as I was entering. I had two employees come up to me asking questions and looking in my shopping bags from other stores as if I stole from them even though I had just walked in for the first time seconds before. They told me to leave and go back to the stores I shopped at and have security tags taken off. There were no security tags on any of my previous purchases. I told them that I would just stay because it was only this store that had an issue and I was already inside. My friends and I were then followed around the store by the employees. My friend picked out a dress she was planning on trying on and as we were looking around at more stuff, an employee took the dress from her and put it in a dressing room as if we were going to run out of the store without paying and she wanted to stop that from happening. While my friend was trying on her dress, the employees continued to watch me and follow me around. After my friend came out of the dressing room showing off the dress, they continuously asked us if we were still shopping. Hello? She's still in the dress. While getting back into her personal clothes, I looked around at the rings in the store. An employee came up behind me and said "excuse me" I got out of her way thinking she was just trying to go around me, but no. The employee then went into the ring case and picked some out for herself. I gave up in shopping and decided to stand in an open area so the employees would leave me alone. When my friend went to check out, the cashier told her to wait so she could check out another employee buying rings from the store. For a place that seemed very enthusiastic about us leaving, it was funny that they made a customer wait to check out so an employee could go before us. They then proceeded to stare at us as we left and I overheard them deciding whether or not to stop us and check our shopping bags for stolen items. Though they did not, good thing. This experience was horrible and made me feel like a criminal, as if I would steal your overpriced resin art and millennial clothing anyways. I will not be returning.

What an unexpected and completely disappointing experience there today!! I just purchased a dress and other items 5 days ago. I came in today because I wanted to exchange the dress for a smaller size. With all requirement met for this exchange; receipt and all tags on, no damage and never worn. This sales girl at the register was beyond nonchalantly rude and degrading. She told the other sales girl there with her to inspect the dress extra carefully and make sure it’s not damaged. She herself then rechecked the dress after the other sales girl just had done already. She then proceeded to tell the other sales girl to go get the blue light! What possessed her to be so passively aggressive is beyond me! A blue light insinuating I had worn the dress and who knows what else! I made her aware of her over exaggerated way of checking this garment was absurd. She then stated because they are a small boutique she has to be more cautious. I then proceeded to let her know this boutique is not my first! I am an only small high end boutique shopper for the last 25 plus years and this was a first! I did tell the sales girl because of her this boutique may have lost a customer. I Definitely will be rethinking ever shopping there again! Let me add, the only reason I stopped in there in the first place was because my granddaughter asked if we could go in after seeing a movie. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I don't understand how this company hasn't already sank. The clothes and accessories are cheaply made and extremely overpriced. It seems like they put more money into their decorations than their actual product. Workers seemed to be some of the saddest and angriest people ever. ( There's usually only one person working the whole store. ) And after reading the reviews on Google, either the owner paid people or got their employees to write good reviews for the store. Notice most reviews are by people with only 1-2 reviews EVER and rate it 5 stars. Whilst the actual reviews rating it 1 star are the ones getting Helpful likes... Anyway, only have been in this store a handful of times, employees were rude, prices were steep for the quality, and no returns only exchanges. ( Which there were a ton of people "returning" product while I was there ) Overall, dishonest and unprofessional company. Also may I mention the owner threatens to sue their employees if they talk bad about the company or wear a different brand of clothes OR even post a different brand on their social medias. Had a nice conversation with one of the employees about it. Disgusting.

We went in looking for some new clothes for my daughter. The sales ladies were very nice, called her by name and picked out things they thought she might like. We found 2 t-shirts (very over priced at $45 each) that were cute and edgy. My daughter loved them and decided to purchase them (against my better judgement) and she spent her own money. Tag says wash before wear, cold and tumble dry. We did just that, delicate in fact. One shirt comes out damaged. The glitter lettering is literally flaking off. Its 2 days old, never worn. I take it right back to the store for an exchange/store credit/refund...whatever just to fix the damaged shirt my 12 year old purchased for herself. Manager told me since they can't sell the product, they won't take it back. I asked her why they don't stand behind their products, 'we don't make them, we just sell them'. We will no longer patronize this store. I won't shop at stores (mega or small business) that are more then happy to take your money but don't make any effort to resolve an issue with something THEY sell. That was our first and last time shopping there.

the employees are incredibly helpful and supportive. they had no problem helping me pick out an item and they also have the perfect heels to match them! not only is the store beautiful and aesthetic, but it’s a complete different vibe from the other stores in the outlet. it reminds me of shopping at a store in the big city like LA or NYC. i enjoy going into this store and i love everything about it. Crystal (i believe that’s how it’s spelt) and another employee (whose name i wasn’t able to retrieve but she has short hair, a pretty septum, and pointy eyeliner) were wonderful and helped me with my purchases. i am definitely coming back! i recommend to all my friends, especially the girlies who love pink

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. First time we come into the store, while my wife was shopping their clothing I was entertaining my girls taking a picture of them at a phone booth that is part of their decoration. The woman that worked there told us no pictures allowed after completing the purchase. Then we are allowed as a thank you for the purchase. After hearing that.... My wife left all the merchandise we were ready to purchase and we walked out the door with a very bad feeling of this place.

My sister and I went into the store because we loved how cute it looked and we were so excited with everything in the store. However, I felt icky being watched constantly by the staff and I wasn’t sure why. It made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed into the store. I don’t think my sister noticed but it made me feel badly because I’m not sure why we were treated differently. Even though they have very cute items, I don’t think I will return to this store.

To say this place is unprofessional is an understatement. There is only ever one employee working at a time to help me out with purchase. When they do help me out, they choose to yell at me for taking pictures. Mind you I was looking for a gift idea and needed to send it to a friend for help with deciding. I wouldn't waste my time here id rather starve to death. Its too bad, because their stuff is cute, but I can find it elsewhere.

Was shopping in this store. My four year old daughter went into the phone booth there and I WAS going to capture the moment with a photo… I was told “ you can’t take a picture if you haven’t made a purchase”…. Meanwhile I had items in my hand to pay for. (I put those items back) I thought that was a bit ridiculous. I would never shop here. Extremely rude!!! Wish I could minus a star!

Cute items but extremely overpriced for the quality, and the sales staff was constantly looking over our shoulders and interrupting our actual shopping. Many, many, many signs about shoplifting like they don't trust any customers whatsoever, and if you photograph anything you are expected to purchase it apparently. Cute to browse once but I won't be headed back.

This store is one of my daughters, best friends and mine favorite store! Everything is so pretty and also hilarious sayings on the items! They have 4 locations around the valley. Every single worker has been an absolute joy, helpful, and personable! Get yourself lost in this magical and glitzy store!

Rolling Rack Boutique is one of my favorite stores to shop at! The clothing selection is incredibly cute and on trend, but the staff is what makes it a special experience. Shout out to the manager Laura and team member Emily who made our experience today extra wonderful. Thank you ladies!!

Clean. The dresses I get are of a really nice texture. I always feel lovely in the dresses I get from here. I don’t love the Ed Hardy bling looking stuff but I would say there is something at RRB for everyone.
