My husband 2 kids and i decided on short notice that we needed a maxi taxi to and from the airport, have 2 kids under 2 you can only imagine how much luggage you need and how stressful this can be ,the gentleman i was speaking with (Sunny) was more then happy to accommodate us on such short notice. They were friendly, helpful & accommodating. I had an early flight back home, which meant i had to be picked up at 5am on a Sunday morning. This didn't bother them at all. My husband and I couldn't of asked for anything better. We highly recommend to all our friends and family and will be using them again when we return to melb. Thank you for making our trip less stressful.

Worst taxi company ever!!!!!! For our flight on a Thursday morning we requested and confirmed (!) a maxi taxi to the airport two days before departure. Very disappointingly, nobody called us 30 minutes before pick up (as it was written in the confirmation email) and thus, nobody came to pick us up at 3 in the morning! We desperately tried to call the company more than 5 times. Even though they are supposed to be open 24/7, nobody picked up the phone!! We could luckily organise two uber drivers to not being at the airport even later than we were already! This company is not reliable at all! Better look for a trustful alternative when booking a drive somewhere!

Unreliable service and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No wonder Uber is getting so big, Taxi's usage and there poor service is slowly becoming a thing of the past. Allow an extra 30 minutes even if you book a time, that's how bad this company is. They respond to my wife via a personal email because the amount of rubbish they wrote would not be suitable for the internet. This company is the worst Maxi Taxi company I have ever experienced in 35 years of using taxi's. Time to give all my business to Uber. Actually they don't deserve one star.

Never again! Paid $120 to get from Berwick to Baxter as they are meant to be a better service pfft! Nearly missed my daughters wedding as our taxi was 20 minutes late and he drove like a snail. We had to tell him how to get there and the taxi was old, dirty and uncomfortable. No apology from the driver but then again I don't think he spoke English!

Booked a cab for a crucial Doctor's appointment, specifically requesting a car seat multiple times before the date. Unfortunately, the driver arrived 20 minutes late and without the promised car seat, forcing me to cancel my appointment. This lack of reliability and disregard for customer requests is highly disappointing.

Recommended. Booked maxi taxi for melbourne airport to cbd transfers. Prompt response to my query from interstate. Fixed price cheaper than public transport for five people and much more convenient. Drivers were both on time, called me to make sure we knew where to go and very polite and helpful. Excellent service.
