The guy at the counter Eivan is a good guy. He's a little stubborn but really a good guy and will help as much as he can. Don't tell anyone he's really a softy when it comes down to it. But I've been going to his store since before he owned it and although he isn't George, he did great filling those shoes. Love this store.

Hands down the best variety of goods available in the Mayport food desert. The vibe is local, kind, and more like a family than any of the other corporate franchise stores in the area. I highly recommend Mayport Food Store for any convenience store needs.

Remember, alway get a receipt when you buy something at this store. I purchased an item that cost $3.79 and with tax, I was charge $4.56, which is 26+% tax. That is unheard of in Florida. ALWAY GET A RCEIPT! He marks items up for a few extra coins.

Great local store it is a small business so yes things are a few quarters more then usual, however it is the first store I go to, if I just need an item or 2
