After numerous terrible experiences, todays takes the cake. Previously we have always been parked & then received cold/dry food, items missing & terrible service, but came to the understanding that’s the atmosphere at this store. Today I went through drive through to grab 4 ice creams (McFlurrys & sundaes) for my family who were at home. The customer service at the paying window was non existent. Not once was I greeted or told my total. I paid on the new Eftpos terminal that sits outside the window & continued to drive to the next window. The girl at the next window attempted to hand me each icecream individually. When I asked for a cup tray, I was told they had none. I asked how I am meant to drive with 4 ice creams and she said that there was nothing she could do. Upon stating this, I saw another worker putting away cup trays. When I said that, the girl at the window expressed that they are only for Uber Eats orders. I pushed back and told her that’s ridiculous & she walked off with a huff, spoke to the other worker & then reluctantly started putting my ice creams in the tray. I then noticed my order was incorrect & brought this to her attention & again she took it back with a huff and remade it. Handed it back to me without a spoon. Huffed once again when I asked for a spoon. The fact this isn’t a once off is concerning, especially seeing so many other 1 star reviews. If you don’t like people, don’t work in a job where you are customer facing. A smile & eye contact goes a long way. My 4yr old could do a better job than half these people!!!

McHappy 2023… but clearly it wasn’t my experience today at this particular franchise. After ordering some nuggets and a BigMac meal for myself and my two grandsons I attempted to ask the person serving if I could get two balloons. They initially agreed but then I was stopped and was told that I wasn’t allowed until lunchtime and promptly grabbed the balloons off me. Initially annoyed by this then after requesting a reason as to why I had to give them back my annoyance turned to slight anger. Apparently the owners spent money to put the balloons out and there were no spare balloons out back to give to my grandsons ( no strings etc). I could get the balloons after 2pm I was told by the manager. The indifference and lack of understanding and the play by the rules attitude got me. It wasn’t only after the intervention of a lovely couple that I was able to get 3 balloons. ( These were balloons… not anything of massive monetary value ). Truly grateful to this well connected couple. Not coming back to this franchise … I hope you don’t experience the same behaviour as I did. Oh and… I told the person behind the counter that I was putting up a one star review.. she said “ one star?!?… Go ahead.” That’s a dare if I ever heard one..

Worst service ever. Ordered double Mc Chicken through drive through only to come home and find that there was not even a single patty in the burger. Called back and was asked to come back to get the correct order. No remourse or apologies from the manager. I had to ask for complimentary meal for having to drive back. Got there everyone could see me standing at the counter with a bag but no one bothered to ask. I had ask for the manager after waiting for 5mins. She did come and i explained my experience again. She said they will correct it but sneakily forgot about the complimentary meal.I told her that i had talked to the manager about a complimentary meal to which she was just giving a burger until i insisted. To top this off, the girl packing orders gave me such a cold stare when serving the order ad if I had killed someone. Worst experience of my life only because these guys could not provide a correct order. I would have been happy with an apology and something complimentary for having to drive back but the atritude of these two staff just pissed me off so much.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, with extra patty, lettuce and tomato. First the girl told me they couldn't, I said I've ordered it many times. She didn't acknowledge and asked if I wanted Apple juice I said no, and asked again about the patty She didn't confirm the order or price. Finally she half acknowledged about the extra patty when I got to the window to pay. It wasn't in the extras on the screen, but she said it would be added. I drove forward to collect my order. They gave me the wrong meal, then when the right meal came, there was no extra patty. I returned it to her, reminding I had ordered it with an extra patty plus lettuce and tomato. She then returned with a fresh burger. Thinking it was ok I started to drive only to discover it was missing the lettuce and tomato. I had to park in the waiting bay, and go inside with the burger to get my correct order. There was no apology or recognition of their poor service

Very bad experience at this shop. The staff are not serving customers in their teller. They saw you standing but pretend that they did not see you. So if you need to wait to pay cash or order through the staff. You need to wait for a very long time. In addition, the food they served was very bad as well. Cold and not warm or hot. Coffee was also terrible. I can see that most of the staff working there are not really enjoying the work, and giving customers very bad impression. The owner at that shop needs to investigate and look into this. Overall, a very bad McDonald experience. Note, waiting time to get my order was very very long. There was many occasion that I need to wait for over 20 min as to get a hash brown and a cup of coffee.

Arrived at the restaurant at 10.45am and went to order at the self service terminal in the waiting area. .According to the website . Breakfast Wake up to the fresh taste of a Macca’s® breakfast. Quick, easy & a delicious way to start the day. Available before 12pm in restaurant and via the MyMacca's app. Available before 10.30am on McDelivery. Plates for display purposes only. However there was only the extended breakfast menu available to order . There was no selection for a Mighty McMuffin . Not happy Jan . The extended waiting time before my number was called didn't help. As numbers after my order were being announced before mine . Wife was disappointed with her bacon and egg McMuffin as the bacon was stiff and overcooked. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

It is 3:53 am on the 24th of Sep 2023. I, a hungry worker after 12-hour shift, go for a bite at this McDonalds outlet and am rudely told they don’t have any kind of chicken burgers at all. And I don’t eat beef unfortunately. More than hunger, the rudeness of staff hurt. The girl at the drive-through was the rudest, the most mannerless staff I have ever encountered at Maccas. Yesterday was the same behaviour from another lady. The owner of this joint and McDonalds need to impart the basics of customer service and etiquette on these ill-raised empty-heads. No manners, no customer service, no apologies, no food, no respect for customers, no nothing. This has to be the worst McDonalds franchisee in my entire life.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I went through drive through last night as I had just come back from a concert. Got greeted with ‘ what do you want ‘. When driving through to the next window the lady didn’t even look at me just shoved the eftpos terminal in my face. I sat there for about 20 seconds holding the cash in my hand before she realised. Then upon getting my food, everything was cold. I know it’s McDonald’s so you pay for convenience not quality but that was a joke. Will never shop at another McDonald’s again no matter how desperate or hungry I am.

Incompetent staff. Most unqualified and trained un-correctly. They encourage bullying to customers and I waited half an hour for my meal when there were only 3-4 people waiting. I'm sure managers make wonderful speeches to their employees but you should not encourage bad behaviour to customers. Employees should not yell at customers if they decide to discriminate. You are not a good franchise to team together against customers. You should start a movement which will be meaningless.

The order machine didn't print a receipt and there was no screen to show current orders, so I had to ask one of the staff in order to find out if my order has actually gone through. Food itself was good, though the presentation of the burger could be a bit better. Something that bothers me with Australian maccas is the excessive packaging used and that all the trash is thrown in the same bin with no sorting for recycling...

Ordered 2 happy meals, both had no sweet and sour sauce. Advised the staff, she affirmatively said it’s in the bag, what bag I got 2 happy meals in a box and there is no sauce in either. Ended up getting the 2 sweet and sour sauces after a short argument with an unprofessional trainee manager.

Manager is not good, she call me for an interview last Saturday and now she yesterday asked me that I will get mail, but I never get any thing. Today I call at restaurant, I don't know but some one from team cut the call immediately when I asked for my results for job. I forgot the name for Manager, if you people don't want to give me job and don't have any vacancies, why you call me for interview?

Poor customer service and product knowledge is nill, should learn to respect a customer, seems crew is blindly following the commands among crew No one here to take responsibilities. Place of choice for phone hackers Vietnamese men on laptops ordering no food sitting for 45mins then literally runs for their life and speed off in their little Hyundai gets. They tend to sit outside of the restaurant on the patio of McDonald's while they work, cloning phones, hacking phones and sim cards. So get your food and get out of there. Turn off your Bluetooth data etc when instore

Don't recommend ordering apple pies unless you want them soft and 2 and a half hours old. Also seems to be that there is always a problem with the ice cream machine on a hot day. Rookie mistake
