Absolutely disgusting, The bins are overfilled there is food all over the floor, rubbish has not been picked up for hours. The Mens bathroom absolutely stinks, there is urine all over the floor and the toilet’s have not been cleaned. The family bathroom was also not stocked with toilet paper or soap. The food is also very poor quality, i had received an incorrect order which i returned, it was supposed to be a double cheeseburger, cheeseburger, Classic crispy chicken salad. The cheeseburger was missing ingredients and the salad i was given was Caesar salad, An honest mistake which has an easy fix. The employee rolled their eyes and complained but went to go fix it, when i recieved the order it was missing a cheeseburger and the salad was literally burger lettuce and two slices of tomato, like mate where the chicken and dressing at???!!. Not even the worst of it, i went to return it and she rolled her eyes, and said isnt that a chicken salad, (yea cause a chicken salad has no chicken‍♀️) then she asked the manager how to make it and the manager didnt even know, the employee then told me then are missing all the ingredients and said can i exchange it for something else , i said yes thats okay exchange it for a medium cheeseburger meal (since theyre the same price) She laughs and walked away to go laugh with her manager, She then came back with my order i and it missing a burger , i said it missing a burger, she then looked at me blankly and i explained again, she corrected it and it was all fine although i thought, get this right, THE BURGERS WERE RAW, Honestly this place is a Saftey Hazard and the employees and managers need to be taught manners

@Auburn MacDonald’s hear this out. At 10pm on Saturday 9sept, I’m absolutely disgusted by the workers at the Auburn Maccas. Ruined my whole night. Went in with hope to get ice cream from drive thru, and came out with dirty comments. Tried to order ice cream but the boy taking order said they not selling ice cream when we saw with our own eyes a staff member of theirs having Mc Flurry. Lying? wow. He again repeated no ice cream and I said that’s all we can expect from you, please fix your machines. As soon as i past thru the window machine the little boy around 15-16 with attitude over 100 screamed “Dog”. i mean how rude as soon as we reversed our car, he hided and we horned multiple times all MacDonald staff are sleeping thinking will take it lightly no i confronted that boy after numerous horns and ignores he finally opened his window and i asked that if he called us a dog and he agreed and started being more disrespectful, is this how they will talk to their elders shameful. I told the lady to tell the supervisor to fire or retrain him. i request them to fire him asap that boy needs re-training on how to respect and treat customers, otherwise I will take this further. I’m saying this now and clearly as I don’t want customers like us to be treated in away that we have no right for. how dare the worker commented a dog, we didn’t even swear or spoke rudely just told that worker facts. Very noisy,car reve heads get in there and there are punch up's in maccas and also out in the car park.There was a fight, Then a car chase around all of car parking area at night. Not good or safe to go there at night time. Rubbish every where.people are grubby throwing wrappers out vehicles and onto the ground and they drive off leaving the litter every where.(Bins would be great) Area is not cleaned up properly. Tables "NOT" always cleaned down & amenities "NOT" hygenecly cleaned properly. And this seems to be in many of the Mcdonalds stores ever where you go to. I now go else where for fresh healthy safe food that i wont get sick from. That i truely know is good & safe to eat & (Not trod on) when being made and put out the service window for customer to pay boxed or packaged off to eat. And your coffee you pay for not nice chewing on coffee grinds which tastes vile. Since digital ordering, this has become one of the worst branches for basic service: The touch-screen board kep freezing, then it froze on payment - then stated it failed, then suddenly said it was order 75, processed. Then I wait, and wait and wait untill I ask if my order is coming. No record of recieving it, I was told to try again at the ordering touchcreen. I said no: the machine clearly doesn't work, could I place the order in person and the machine given an out-of order note. No, sorry we are too busy - and the server left. So, I left and tried to order via drive through in my car - the order I got was completly incorrect and the fries soggy and cold. In total, 40min just to get an order, and it was wrong and inedable, had to throw it way. I attempted to go in and asked for it to be corrected, but the staff completly ignored everyone in the restaurant (not just me), they just focused on bagging food and handing it out through the widow, near no human interaction at all. Food-less and down $40, I went to subway around the corner, no issues and actually cheeper at $25 for two meals.

This branch of McDonald's is one of the worst managed ones that I've seen so far. The toilets are one of the dirtiest in Australia. The orders are mostly messed up. Probably due to being understaffed or the staff being under-trained, or both. The dining areas look clean most of the time (but not always). The bins are mostly overflowing. The architecture and play area for the kids is good. Occasionally, the food comes out cold. The ingredients are mostly wrong when you choose an alteration due to dietary restrictions or otherwise. I've paid enough visits to come to the above conclusion. I know that McDonald's as a brand has the ability to recover this branch from its highly disappointing state.

Hygiene is just poor here. Tables not cleaned and staff don't care about their job. Poorly managed and supervised. Have some pride and fix this place. Had a manager who was unapologetic about how our order which was not being handed over for 15mins despite it was ready in front of us. Fries were upside down in the takeaway bags and the girl serving at the counters might as well be terminated from their jobs. Your untrained and unprofessional staff managed to roll their bloody eyes in front of me. I'm not sure who their parents are but they should learn respect at work if not at work. They don't give two hoots about respect for customers. If you have a manager then you should have them manage the operation of how food is being prepared and served to customers in a timely manager. And the supervisor at this Maccas needs to wake up and see the shame they bring to Maccas brand for their poor attitude and lack of motivation to provide a positive experience for customers! Teach your staff some respect and cut those who don't want to be there!

We only go there for breakfast, drive through is a great service. Edited my review for the dine in service. - The place is filthy, you have to clean your table, even the floor is like a public toilet, try to rub a wet wipe and you'll see - You'll need to wait in the line to get your order, if something is missing then get ready for a cold meal, everything else would become cold while you wait - The place is run by school kids - McDonald's is an absolute low of eating out, I would never feed my kids for a bunch of free toy inside a happy meal, we can get a better meal and a toy This was my last visit to any McDonald's inside Australia. Reducing to a single star. Even they don't deserve that.

For starters my meal took around 25 minutes and there were barely any other customers. I would understand if it was packed but it was almost empty. Even when i got the order one of my drinks was half empty and the other drinks were spilling. My friend also had to ask multiple people to bring out her drink before the worker pulled it out from under the counter. Apart from the food, the whole place was filled with rubbish. There were chips al over the floor, bags on most tables and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It was honestly like a zoo. There was paper in the sink, water all over the floor and it stunk so bad. AVOID THE MACCAS AT ALL COST. Worst fast food experience i’ve ever had.

Speed of service was atrocious. I had ordered 1 burger meal and some nuggets. Waited for 25 minutes only to be told they were waiting for ym nuggets. Food had arrived and the nuggets I had waited for was cold, my drink had no ice and was warm. The burger wasn't any better. They had 5 guys at the back, 2 managers on duty, was not busy but not quiet either. However the speed of their service/delivery was nothing but slow. As for the venue, it was in a awful state. The parking lot was far more cleaner than the restaurant itself. Whomever is in charge or even corporate should really look into bettering the place as of now, it has been the WORST MacDonald's I had ever been to in my life and I have been to the MacDonald's at St. Peter's.

Im normally a big fan of maccas but this place is an absolute shtshow. Waited 30min for my meal, food was cold. I got sick of waiting and asked for a refund, staff ignored me. Asked multiple times and only then one staff attended to me and finally made my order. My wife was extremely frustrated with the waiting and lack of response - and when she complained the staff laughed at her. Absolutely rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and frankly the staff all looked like they didnt want to be there. The restaurant was extremely dirty and i was not the only customer who was frustrated and shocked and the poor level of customer service.

Google review needs to make a thumbs down or middle finger up option. Doesnt deserve a star. Decided to go here after a wonderful night out and they successfully ruined the night while unsuccessfully providing my family's meal. Waited over an hour for a family box plus dessert. Both managers avoided my gaze, and the only other workers to make eye contact could only offer sheepish looks before turning away as well to pack other people's smaller meals. I've worked in hospitality and this was so poorly managed, it is just ridiculous. Take a hint from the other 1 star reviews and take your money, and use your time wisely elsewhere.

We order a big mac and a double cheese burger and 2 apple pies. We waited for around 30 mins while there was no other order at the moment. Staff was doing gossips and when i asked they said we are waiting for apple pie and it will take around 5 more mins. After 10 mins i asked them again and they said you start eating your burger and we will bring your apple pie. When i opened the burger it was freezing cold. We come all over the hornsby to here just for halal option and that what we are getting. Extremely disappointed. Have a lot more things to tell but don't want to waste my time on this awful place.

It was an absolute chaos. I have been to busy restaurants but this was not busy it was messy and chaotic. Seemed less like a McDonanlds and more of a street vendor where people threw stuff where they felt like. It took around 35 minutes to get a soft serve, some fries and a frappe. After the long wait they told me they don't have a frappe so I had to spend another 20 mins in a different queue to get the refund. I met an old gentleman there who said that he's grown twice as older waiting for the cheeseburger to come. Its probably the day, or the staff or my luck but the experience was horrible.

I ordered a chicken burger via drive through, had to wait nearly 30 mins and arrived at the pick up window where I had to wait for another 10 minutes since no one was handing out food and the burger was just lying there. When I asked for some ketchup the lady just turned away as if she didn't hear me. Most of them are really young and don't bother about customer service. While I was there I witnessed an elderly lady who bore the brunt of this behavior. They literally giving out orders of a new round when they have completely forgotten ours. We asked 4 times but completely ignored us and told us to wait, not even bothering to check our order number. This is a busy store. These guys get smashed and I appreciate they do the best they can with the staff they have. That's the problem with these big companies that have big shareholders and watch every dollar..and also the state of the employment market. The food was hot but they couldn't handle the pressure there was no leader..they were busy being part of the team..not a bad thing but rubbish over flowing from everywhere and quite a few of the staff waiting for food. I think this was the worst McDonald's we have been to. The service was nonexistent, the food was cold, and bearly cooked people were standing around everywhere with lots of complaining. The staff really didn't care at all. Orders were getting called out, and if no one came straight away it was thrown in the bin. The place was filthy, the tables, the floors and all the surfaces really. This was on a Sat night at midnight. l can't imagine what a Sat lunchtime looks like. Truly one of the worst McDonald's I have been in, the staff spent most of their time chatting with their mates who were customers. The machines did not work properly for taking orders had to try three to get the order recorded. This is by far the worst and unclean McDonalds in Sydney. customer service is always slow its been 5yrs and still no change to this place at all. I'm surprised that (EHOs) haven't shut this franchise down with the amount of rubbish that is all over place broken air fresheners leaking on the wall, bug zapper is filthy including the speaker mounted to the wall over flowed rubbish bins workers on their phones doing tiktok videos instead of focusing on customers and orders. I would suggest management to be completely replaced in order to get efficient workers that want to be there.

I used kiosks to order. First one didnt work. Second one didnt print my receipt. I went to the counter to ask the staff. She said I will call your number. I said thats the point I dont know my number because the kiosk gave an error. She became aggresive and said 104. When my order was ready, I checked the bag. My chips was upside down ... :) I said where is my barbeque sauce. She said I dont have any. I picked up random another sauce. In addition to that, toilets are filthy. More proffesionalism please

Managers seem to be only ones who know how to fix the kiosk problems but refuse to tell/teach their employees how to resolve the errors. The worst Maccas I ever had!! Auburn McDonald’s. The mighty muffins was absolutely dry and hard, you cannot believe you can swallow and eat them. Staff seems not interested in serving costumer. It has been happening lots of times. On dated 07/10/21 at 11;35 pm LATE night, I ordered medium coffee, they took more than 25 minutes and after waiting such a long I got half-full cup of coffee. They were so busy in talking their own language, was very rude and slow costumer service. This place and people is completely HOPELESS.

Average food. That’s the one only thing that’s somewhat good about this place. The bins were all over filling, tables left unclean and the customer service was okay, some of the staff were very nice but others didn’t care about anything. Toilets were very unclean, with water all in the floor and no soap to wash your hands. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Filthy, multiple safety hazards with liquid and soap spills, not cleaned up. Rubbish overflowing everywhere. Service was horrendous, waiting more than 20 minutes for a simple order. There seems to be no concept of a queue as those ordering much later with higher numbers on the receipt served earlier than us. The toilets have a putrid smell. Best to avoid if you can.

This Mc Donalds restaurant has to go down as the worst maintained restaurant I've even seen. Their wasn't one clean table to sit at. It has customers sitting at the nearby Krispy Kreme. The kitchen was filthy and somebody had urinated all over bathroom floor.

Not Only was the service horrible and the managers rude but our food was delivered to us cold after a 20 minute wait when all we wanted were two large fries and a Coke then Add on top that the toilets were horrible and the place was unhygienic and trashed

Perhaps my last visit. People were waiting in lines for an average time of 45 min. All the tables were dirty and there was no one to clean them. Taste was very bad, doesn't look like we are eating a fresh burger. My kids told me to go home and leave this place. Below pictures are not from my table. Its the left over everywhere.

Ordered winter special menu, got a wrong burger so talked to the staff and waited for new one, and totally wrong burger AGAIN. Wasted 30min in meccas just to get the one I ordered. Worst service in meccas i ever had. No-one ever apologized or say sorry to what they’ve done.

Gosh, just worse and worse. Hey when you give someone a breakfast to start the day, make sure its right, there isnt that many customers to deal with. No egg in the muffin and the orange juice is just coloured water.

Horrible customer service. We waited over 30 mins for our order and they still got it wrong. The only good thing was the excellent cleaner who actually helped to rectify our order.

Went here today the restaurant is dirty , the toilet was absolutly disgusting , I've been in cleaner public toilets . There was urine on the floor the walls and ceiling and the room just reeked of urine . There was no soap in the soap dispencer and the hand dryer difnt work , very dissapointing Ronald .

Took 25 mins to get nuggets and soft serve. Got my nuggets but they forgot my soft serve. I ordered vanilla but got chocolate. Restaurant was extremely dirty/messy couldnt even sit and eat in.

Very poor coffee quality and poor service as well. After complain to supervisor Lady about the coffee and breakfast, she just hung up the phone. Several times received poor quality coffee, felt like seven eleven coffee is much better than them!

Busy slow and filthy store. For somewhere so busy I don't know how my chips were cold and like unsalted cardboard. While my quarter pounder was just luke warm, the cheese had skinned and the bun was stale.

This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to. When things get chaotic, the manager just disappears, leaving customers waiting for an unreasonably long time. Many customers are understandably frustrated with the cold food and incorrect

The staff work unbelievably slow. The line us long and the staff are still walking around so slow and lost. Heard one guy has been waiting half an hour for their order. "Fast food"...

Worst Worst Worst! AVOID at all cost. Such an unhygienic, messy maccas. Unprofessional staff and they would forget to put 3-4 items in your order then instead of eating food you gotta ask them on counter again and again.

Really need to maintain the hygiene standards of the store. No staff members maintains the cleanliness of the store. After seeing the sitting area i really wonder how is the kitchen hygiene maintained. Dissapointed.

Ladies toilets were absolutely feral! Pee on the seats/floors, toilet paper everywhere, brown marks on the walls - (looks like poo smudges) doesn't look like anyone has brushed the toilet bowl in years!

Extremely dirty and unhygienic restaurant. Washrooms were horrible. It looked like this restaurant hasn’t been cleaned for ages. Staff was aware of it but constantly ignoring it.

The best maccas dine in! Always you get good quality food, freshly made and well prepared. Never had any complaints with this store. More
