Worst service ever I travel all over the peninsula...I made a mistake and asked for a Cajun Chicken Wrap ...but McDonald's lingo is fold over instead of rectifying me the Drive through cashier Rings up a Burger ...Really.... before leaving the shop I checked and saw its a burger not a wrap ??? when I go inside and explain my meal is taken from me and the Cashier then comes to argue with me saying she now has to pay for my Mistake the manager by the way asks if I was helped when I explain to him he walks away never to return...I go out to my wife in the car who agrees I said spicy chicken wrap the cashier said Cajun and I agreed I go back in and say just give my meal that I paid for you people clearly don't want to rectify it this takes another 5 minutes just to get what u paid for back in mean time other employees appear who now want to offer me a spicy Cajun fold over that I was told doesn't exist I had to raise my voice and repeat give the meal I paid for I want to leave I don't want the fold over I've been waiting so long ..... eventually someone with brains gives my burger with fresh chips ...wow I will never go back again I tried no stars but can't post ...u don't even deserve the 1 star ... I enjoy McDonald's normally, but despite living in walking distance from this store I generally avoid it. Especially the drive through. Unfortunately I had to use it recently to get a meal quickly for my son. Trying to order something as simple as six chicken nuggets and nothing else was a nightmare. The drive through operators often have a limited amount of English. Admittedly I speak no African language at all, but I don't work in an environment where I am required to. I just wish that employers would put people into positions where they are required to do something as basic as speak the language the majority of the customers they will be dealing with speak competently. "Six nuggets" sounds nothing like "four royales"

Your typical McD's. Play area for kiddos. Loads of parking. Great spot for that after beach don't feel like cooking moments. Big fan of the night shift drive thru staff. Keep smilling ladies. Great job

McDonald's is a beginning however we have to be very careful about their name and their quality control today and my visit to one of the branches in Cape Town only Phase 2 problems and both are related to the quality control I have one Big Mac contain hair not only one it is to hairs and after I show it to the cashier they just replace it also there is another meal contain pieces of hair which is also being changes I like there process to change it fast I will work I don't like the control the cleaners on this the price is very smelly and contain smell like a chemical or something also their food are not clear at all

Normally the service is briiliant . But tonite there was no stock of most of the menu and there was no prior notification as to the limited availibilty . We stood in a long Q in the drive thru - only to get at the ordering machine to find this out . I feel there should have been a notice before hand this would of managed myself and family expectation . Also no apology was actioned when we were told that there was no fries and certain burgers available . I am very disappointed

My daughter wanted a McFleuri and two other stores we went to was just too busy and we ended up here with virtually no customers, only delivery guys collecting. Was advised to use the 3rd auto ordering machine, only ordered 2 mcfleuries and a coffee, card machine did not work so we had to go to the counter. No other customers as mentioned, but it took nearly 20 minutes before we got our order. So the only thing I can say is extremely slow service. The store itself was nice and clean, even the toilets.

The service her is great, quick and easy. I ordered in the drive-thru and picked it up inside because I wanted to sit down. They greeted ne at the door and my food was ready waiting for me. The new look is great and the insides are super clean. The only downside is the bathrooms. I think it can do with a brighter look and perhaps have the staff get their own bathroom.

It's well-known, it's quick and it's accessible - right there, that's the recipe for this venue which high numbers of foot traffic and people at the drive through. To speed things up, they (like many others) have implemented the self-order and payment system which could do with a UI clean-up, but at least its functional. The food is typically McDonald's. The service is sharp and there are staff on standby to assist with orders and changes that you would like. Clean bathrooms and in this particular venue, a wonderful afternoon sun which is perfect during winter.

I ordered a hazelnut latte and a carrot cake. It took 15 mins for someone to tell me there was no hazelnut syrup. I was running late by this stage so asked for a refund. The manager said they would make my coffee immediately. I received an ice coffee and a vanilla cream cake. The cake was still frozen. I didn't have time to return and point out the errors.

This McDonald's is something different... More often than not, a 25min drive-thru wait is the norm. Your order needs to be repeated qnd shouted multiple times and they randomly close without any loadshedding happening. If you really want McDs, use them, otherwise go elsewhere.

20 minutes from time of placjng order to receiving in drive-thru, the next time went to order inside, waited half hour for my order!!! Unacceptable, other branches do better. The KFC in Capricorn has almost zero waiting time for their drive-thru even though you'd expect chicken to take longer.

I often pop in for a cappuccino as I wait for my Laundry... Mostly slow slow slow service. I once had to wait 30 mins for a cappuccino! The manager told me that the reason was staff changing shifts, as if that was acceptable! You need to get your act together Mc D's.
