Ordered through the MyMacca’s app. Arrived at store and said I’d take my food from inside as the drive through was so full, around 15 cars. Walked in the store and ended up waiting for 40mins for my good. Order when i finally got it was wrong and cold. Had the funnest time waiting though. Watched one guy with his small children go to the counter as he had been waiting for over an hour. Had a lady go up as she was also waiting an hour. One guy tried to find out where his food was but was ignored. He walked off. 20mins layers came back with other food. By this time his food was waiting for him at the counter. He literally threw it all in the bin and left. A tradie guy went to the counter after waiting 45mins. Asked for a manager. Asked why we are all waiting 45 mins for food while all the staff focus on the drive through. The manager was giving very poor responses. He then asked for a refund. During all of this, two young guys had asked where their food was as they also had been waiting for a very long time. They finally got their food, however ended up returning as their order was completely wrong. Overall the staff don’t seem like they have been trained very well, and that is completely managements fault. 10/10 don’t recommend EVER coming here.

Last night, being Friday the 12th of August at about 11.15 pm. We pulled up at the brand new McDonald's at Edinburgh, SA. I walked up to the counter to make an order and was waiting about 30 minutes, there were no employees serving customers. A young lady next to me had been waiting nearly an hour for her order. I poked my head over the counter and asked in a slightly loud voice, "is anyone serving here tonight?" 4 employees all looked blankly at me, and then went back to serving drive through customers. Finally an employee came over and begrudgingly took my order, but was less than helpful. I waited another 40 minutes and spoke up again. No apology. Just rudely asked for my receipt and walked off. Another 15 minutes passed. By this time, there were at 6 other people waiting and about 5 food delivery drivers waiting in their pick-up area. Another 15 minutes passed after I had complained and finally got my order. Got home and opened the Big Mac containers and guess what? No burger patty on either. McDonald's does not provide any form of adequate complaint feedback on their website. So this is the only place I can air my grievances. Lift your game McDonald's. Your newest restaurant in South Australia needs to have a good look at its staff training!!!

Worst mcdonalds experience we've ever had! Ordered our food in the drive through, pulled up to the window and was handed our drinks, one was half empty and the lids weren't even put on right. Tried the drinks and they were just syrup, returned the drinks for new drinks which the lady didn't understand what we were saying. To then be handed drinks again with just syrup. After waiting 15 minutes for our food we went in to see what was going on. It took another 5 minutes to even serve us inside with everyone in the joint just looking around like they don't know what they were doing, the food still wasn't ready. Once asked for a full refund the manager couldn't even find our meal on the system nor the deal that we used. Whilst we were in there for another 5 minutes there was about 8 employees just standing there looking lost and unsure on what they were doing. Went to leave feedback on the app but the store isn't an option to leave feedback for. Seems like the place needs new management that will actually train the team better rather than do it all for them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 happyeals, one coke and one no sugar coke, before I could order anything else the girl said 'Drive down.' I tried to continue my order but was met with 'just drive down. Drive down. JUST DRIVE DOWN!' Went to the pay window and waited over three minutes, no one appeared. I drove to the next window and the woman came up and demanded I reverse my car all the way back to the last window. She said 'I was coming to the window, I was bust doing something else. You just had to wait a minute.' I know you can pay at the other window but, whatever, I reversed. After paying I got my drinks, the guy had to guess which one was no sugar (seriously?). Chip were barely cooked, and what is that black stuff on the burger? It tastes like pepper! Never had it like this at any other maccas. Never coming back to this hell hole.

The manager working Saturday night 09/09 should hand in his resignation. No f’n clue what he is doing. Same as the worker at the pick up window and the workers on burgers. Was given burnt sausage patties on the 3 beef burgers in my order after waiting in the drive thru for literally an hour, 8:10pm to 9:10pm. Coke and Fanta were flat, chicken wrap was made terribly, chips were over cooked and cold after the worker stated it’d all just been made fresh. They forgot about another car they put at the 2nd pick up point for so long they had to call the store to remind them he was there. Place was disgusting when I went back in for a refund. Beyond a joke. Hope the store managers boss reads all these reviews. They also need to learn to serve which car gets to the speaker first, 3 cars that arrived after me were served before due to this.

The staff here are Incompetent. I have orderd 3 separate times AND WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SHOP AGAIN...... if I could I would give this mcdonalds half a star. 1st order: I paid for two m&m mcflurry's received two oreo mcflurry's. 2nd order: we orderd a family meal so 4 burgers, 4 drinks, 4 chips. Then a 10pk chicken nuggets meal(chips, nuggets, drink). We then received the full 10pk chicken nuggets meal. 4 Burgers and 3 drinks. Missing in order: all 4 chips, 1 drink. Then one vanilla thickshake we ordered showed up as a chocolate frappe. 3rd order: 4 bacon and egg muffin meals. Med chips. What showed up cold chips, then all 4 burgers missing cheese. hashbrowns way over cooked I like crispy hashbrowns but that was very bad and cold. Very disappointing as this only opened in July 2023

Absolute worst customer service! No care factor, no priority for customer satisfaction. Waited 24 mins for a dine in order, only to find it left it sitting in an uber eats bag to get cold! Also took 24 minutes for someone to actually come up to the counter and ask if I was being served. They were all too busy laughing and dancing in the kitchen and I know they saw me because every single one looked at me and just passed the responsibility to someone else by pointing their finger my way! This maccas should definitely re consider the type of demographic it hires from now on. I'd rather go out of my way to Elizabeth and that says alot!

The most filthy McDonald's I have ever been to. For a reasonably new store it was appalling. Food and rubbish on the floors, bins about to overflow, dirty tables. I didn't dare look at the toilets if the restaurant was so dirty. It also appeared that only one person actually works there! I waited several minutes at the counter and there was only one worker there and I had to ask them to come clean the table and they they didn't have a working spray bottle to do the task. I think I will be avoiding this store in future.

Never had a good experience here, from rude staff to extensive wait times, mistakes in orders and cold food. A couple of examples: My wife once ordered a 6pk of nuggets with aoili here only to receive an empty box with a bit of big mac sauce squirted in the bottom. I recently waited 30 minutes for a cold cheeseburger meal that looked like a dogs breakfast. And received eye rolls from staff when i complained. I'll be driving the extra couple of minutes to the munno para store instead from now on.

Always extremely long waits in drive through even when there are no cars. Staff have no sense of urgency to serve or deliver hot fresh food to the customers. When you open the bag it’s always thrown together like it was “fast food” but was not indeed fast at all. Sick of being served food looked like a dogs breakfast. Staff need training on how to serve customers and deliver upon “fast food”. This is also being passed onto head office as it reflects poorly being a franchise.

Shocking service, heard bad reviews from a family member but thought surely this store isn't that bad and must have just been having a bad day. Nope, the service was terrible, the Manager had no clue and showed absolutely no care. Will not be back. Is this store a franchise or corporate? Unfortunately this newly located restaurant at the Western end of Davoren Park is staffed by bairly trained junior staff members that do absolutely nothing for the franchise. Very slow service equalling in sub par quality food. Neither hot, not fresh after you will wait near ten minutes or more in the drive thru and more if you order inside the restaurant. And ordering on-line is no benefit as after receiving payment for products that are not available you will be offered no substitutes not refund.

Honestly…. Curtis Road could NEVER!! The staff were lovely, friendly, apologetic for their teething issues (mostly eftpos but I had already paid via the app). Our order was correct, hot, fresh and genuinely some of the best maccas I’ve had in a long time (and I don’t eat it regularly because it’s usually a bit trash). Was curious to try the new store and have no regrets!! I hope the team can keep this standard up :)

Mangers abusing there workers, mucking around, don't know how to do orders correct came back to replace a burger to literally get the exact same burger after telling them my partner was allergic to onion to then get a burger with that much sauce and not even correct again was a single not a double either need to get new workers that know what there doing or close the place down!!

Went to McDonalds Edinburgh today, cold chips for both myself and my friend. Werent given any napkins and the ice cream cones came out almost fully melted. For a new store they arent doing to well. Had issues ordering on the touch screen so went up to the counter to place my order, waited a good 5 minutes to even get recognition as they focus mainly on the drive through. The play space is nice, but sadly that is the only good thing about this place.

Service can also be a bit better, with the many times we've gone through drive thru, I probably have repeated my order dozens of times, no matter how much I say it loud. I don’t understand the point of having a 24 hour store when I have gone to the womma road store on numerous occasions between the hours of 1 am and 6 am on my way to work and keep getting turned away. I was excited that a Maccas was opening so close to home. I have given them 3 chances now and every time the experience at the drive thru has been awful. The coffees have sucked, not what I asked for and super watery (I usually like McCafe coffees from other locations). Every order has taken 20 + minutes. Just awful. I'm done with this location.
