Very unsatisfied, my fish sandwich was overcooked, cheese was dried out, not enough Tar sauce. Chicken nuggets was nasty and hard, Customer service today was terrible. Started off not being able to hear well, thru the intercom. Person at the window was Rude, no one at.the first window to pay, so I had to pay and wait on my food. This is not the first time I order something else at the window and she had an issue with that. Like I paid for my food and not to be unhappy when I finally get it, it took least then 20 minutes to get home, food was cold and just oh my goodness I had complaining about my food not.being right. I stopped going to South Holland over a not so good experience and this one will probably be the next I pass by. Yes I chose McDonald's for lunch, but you work here and it was unprofessional, the cooks need to cook and do a better job making food. It was still an early part of the day, shirts was unclean. I'm just out done.

I must say I like this location I enjoyed this location because it's a neighborhood faithful it's convenient also I would say the maintenance from the ladies at the front counter and drive through always have a pleasant attitude and they are very approachable now they did mess up my fish fillet but I mean how hard is it to cook a fish filleted extra tire sauce but that's not here there the maintenance man Jimmy is always helpful when you ask some things he's willing to stop and talk to you and I enjoy the nice dark skin young lady at window one she's always pleasant I say check it out take the kids enjoy a Big Mac or a Happy meal come again!

I often go to this McDonald's due to its proximity. It is not my favorite place.....I have reached out to Ownership regarding a $2.00 refund and my call was not returned. Used my mobile app this weekend and accidentally selected pick up in store but I was already in the drive-thru. I asked if my order could be given to me and was told yes until I reached the pick-up window and then was told I would have to come inside. Once inside, they retrieved my order from the window area. The truth is the staff doesn't enjoy being there and the customers don't want to patronize the place. A smile and good customer service should be required and it would go a long way. I know it's hard to find good employees, but bad ones are really hurting your business.

Never can get a order complete either they forget the fries or they forget the sandwich. They give you a drink. It's watered down. They never give you a straw. The sauce is always forgotten and they must not have napkins in the store anymore. Close it down. It makes no sense that you can't do a simple thing like putting the complete order that was paid for in the bag. If you can't handle online orders or pick up orders then don't do them. It makes no sense to sit here and eat a burger with no fries or have nuggets with no sauce or have a drink that's watered down and then have no straw do better.

I ordered a medium frappe and it was watered down the first time. The second time they made the same result from a different employee who made me drink; the second time around. After their mistakes the manager begins to take her frustrations out on my girlfriend. They are very low quality and disrespectful to customers who seek mutual satisfaction. I wish I knew their district manager's phone number I would definitely call him/her.

I don't eat here. I did an Uber pick up here. I don't usually do Uber pick ups at McDonald's bc it's never ready and the staff is usually unfriendly. They are usually occupied during online orders Uber orders and drive-through orders to pay attention to anyone in the lobby. I assume because they have the kiosk so we can place your order there so they don't pay very much attention to the people standing around in the lobby to see if they are placing the order or if they are picking up an order. They just call them out as they get them and never acknowledge you.

I just tried calling McDonalds to speak with Management. I order a McChicken bundle extra Mayo. Something is wrong with the mayonnaise. My food tasted funny. The Mayonnaise must have been left out/spoiled. The sandwich I order tasted funny. I took one bite and now I am feeling sick to my stomach. Please be careful when serving food and condiments. Condiments do expire as well as food

Sign says your open at 6am..I came at 6:19am....but the manager said that they are not open...Um What?.... Manager responded with " We don't have no cashiers"...So, your a corporation.. figure it out...this is McDonald's not McDowell's. What you mean you don't have any cashiers...sounds like a staffing issue...not my issue. Poor excuse.....especially since no other restaurants are open within a 5-8 block radius our here. Your McDonald's....figure it out...Poor leadership if you ask me.

This McDonald's is alright. Not good or bad but alright. It has its positives and negatives. This location is newly remodeled and its not as crowded as other location. The customer service is fine, although they can be slow at times. However, this location is often out of certain food. We visited this location is the past and they were out of salad, and of course their ice cream machine is often broken. They usually get our order right but overall our experience has been decent.

Terrible service. Cold food when your order is right. Poor attitudes from the staff. Unattentive. My last time going there was yesterday. I asked for 2 triple cheese burgers was given 2 doubles. I corrected the young lady at the window and handed the bag back to her with my fries in it. She directed me into the parking spot to correct the order. In 5 minutes she handed me back the same burgers and all they did was add another cold patty. No fries. Shame on you !!!! Mcdonald's.

I don't like complaining , but call how I see it. The people that work the drive thru and front counter appear to be the miserably unfriendly individuals of all time at this particular eatery. I work as well, come here spend my earned money for poor customer service. What happen to the slogan "service with a smile". I live in the area and this is the closest to my home. If you are a delivery driver I would honestly refrain from picking up orders at this location. You can’t pick orders up at the drive through plus once you go inside everybody is just looking at you crazy instead of asking how may I help you or I see you standing in the pick up like for 10 mins what’s your order number. But nah people just move very slow like they don’t want to do the job they signed up for.

The app does not allow me to order at this and another location on the Southside. Fries were fresh, I had a orange hi-C and a chicken sandwich… everything was good except for the chicken sandwich, I bit into it and bit into a gristle

Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, but I going the morning and service is always awesome. I enjoy their drive-thru service. They are pleasant, food accurate, only gripe bacon is always cold.

I placed an order using the app, and when ordering, they should have given me one free cheeseburger.Also in my order were sauces.But they didn't give me my free cheeseburger and sauces are not far away. I was thrown ketchup that I didn't order. In the future, of course, I will not visit this restaurant and I do not advise you all.

There was no table service even when I was eating there. The tables weren't wiped often, and the restroom wasn't cleaned. Food was yummy.
