This was my first time ever going to this particular location. This is a fairly new location that has only been around maybe two to three years. Maybe I went on a bad day or the weather was just way too nice today for me to have something good to say about this location. This is the place were good people go to die comes to mind. Mayhem and bedlam is how they get down here!! It reminds me of the times I would go to the NYC back in the day and most food franchises we would visited consisted of screaming, yelling and always a fight probably about to go down soon! There is a separate station for food ordering but it isn’t thoroughly explained to newcomers so you end up not knowing exactly what to do when you get here. The cashier told me to my face that I wasn’t allowed to get extras on salad dressing - “only one pack is allowed, there is a shortage and sorry!!” Then it took forever before I was able to get my salad because the DRIVE IN is where it is at when it comes to GETTING THINGS IN HURRY and the rests inside THE RESTAURANT have to JUSTS WAIT! Then the Manager came flying out of NO WHERE, yelling and screaming to the front of the door, SECURITY HELP.....NO more FOLKS INSIDE there is a Pandemic, there is a Pandemic, only so many can be allowed in here, the rests have to wait outside!! Then something happened between her and one of the customer where it seemed like there was going to be a huge fight. By the way, she pretty much handled the situation by herself and Security just stood there and looked around like he had JUSTS lost his best friend. Then the Manager was yelling at one of employees that was walking around that restaurant like he wasn’t hired to work there but to walk the runway at Wendy’s. The more she kept yelling at him to do a certain chore the more he seemed lost and couldn’t find his way home. Yeah, maybe it wasn’t a good day to come to this location but for anyone that is desperate for some Wendy’s and need to come this location - pray first or do a quick sign of the cross before entering and taking a chance with this location.

I came to this Wendy’s after leaving another one because they didn’t have potatoes. Got here & waited just to be told no potatoes again. I still ordered because I had sat in the line for awhile. After reaching the second window I asked for a manager and I introduced myself to the manager Cody & asked him why I wasn’t able to receive a potato and why it happens every-time I come to this location as well, he responded but MADE SURE I GOT MY POTATO! The wait was 30 mins but I appreciate him so much because HE MADE MY NIGHT! Especially as a pregnant woman CRAVING a Wendy’s potato. So many other places I could have went here in Chicago but I chose Wendy’s! It’s sad because the Ashland location and this location never have them, exactly why I stopped coming here all in all. But since I’ve been pregnant the cravings have increased . I thank you Corey ! Especially being a general manager myself in fast food , I expect things like this. Even though he is just a regular manager , He is the only reason I will ever think about maybe coming back to Wendy’s. Find more managers like him, if I had gotten my receipt I would have did the Wendy’s online survey but with no receipt I couldn’t. That’s why I’m here. Corey, if I would have had my business card I would have given it to you . If need be contact me, I will hire you no questions asked!

Went inside to place my order assuming that it would be faster service. Ordered the most basic things: a double stack w/ extra cheese & onions & a 6 piece spicy nugget. Extremely long wait. Finally noticed my name on the kiosk. Eventually it said order ready. They never called my name to pickup my order. After a while I noticed that my name was cleared from the kiosk but with no food. I went to the counter & told the manager that it said my order was complete but I had not received any food. She asked my name & I told her, she shouted to the back my order (w/ Out mentioning the extra toppings I paid for). I asked her why the kiosk cleared my name out & she just shrugged her shoulders. They made the double stack & got the nuggets. When she handed me the bag I told her it was supposed to have extra cheese & onions. They didn’t make it correctly. I had been waiting for so long I told her to “Just give me what you got, don’t even worry about it.” Got in the car & then realized they gave me regular nuggets & not spicy, like I paid for. They got the order completely wrong, on top of deleting my name from the kiosk w/ no food, & an extremely long wait! Incompetent!

I ordered from this location through DoorDash for a Pickup order back in April ( April 22nd 2023). I entered the facility informing the Cashier about my order. I waited for awhile , which was fine. I have patience. I informed the acting supervisor regarding my issue and not receiving my order. He replies in a nasty tone “Well you gonna have to take that up with DoorDash! We ain’t got your order” He never attempted to help me correct the issue or even stated that he could attempt to accommodate me. Children & Adults, if you work in customer service & fast food, please be cognizant of your tone & words. If I didn’t have any decorum, I would’ve slapped him into next week! I’ve purchased from this location before because I’ve never had any issues with them. But Wendy’s, please speak with your employees about customer service and helping customers. I understand people have rough days , but that’s not how you take care of business.

My little sister and I came here, and the service was bad from start to finish. We ordered our food, paid for it, and they completely messed up our order. I ordered a number four with no drink, asked for BBQ sauce, my sister ordered the number one, with a drink, and they didn't give us fries at all. No fries, no receipt, and no straw for my sister's drink. Then when we told them about the mistake, the young woman didn't seem to care at all. We paid for fries that should've been apart of our order. I don't care how hungry I get, I will not be spending my money at this location anymore. Management needs to hire workers that care, and can service the customers better at this location. I understand some may hate their job, but they can at least hide it while serving the customers. I really want this location to do better, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I hope it gets better, and they can hire workers that care, because the staff at this location don't care at all. And it shows.

WORST Wendy's ever. Extremely ghetto staff with absolutely no personality. Not even a "hello" or "have a nice day". All of the cheaper options were taped over, and you get charged extra so hopefully you don't notice and they can pocket a dollar here and there. If that is done to every customer, they are making a killing. Of course no receipt. On top of all that, the paper holding my sandwich had a hole on the side of it, like a finger went through my food. I obviously couldn't eat it. When I did open it to look through it, everything was soggy and falling apart. Sandwiches. These people aren't smart enough to make sandwiches. If corporate visited this location, they would be shut down. Which who knows where these people would work that required an IQ lower than the capability of putting together a hamburger. This location is awful. You have to order at a kiosk. If you're paying cash, you have to wait for an attendant to come and complete your order. The worker didn't come for 10 minutes. It's too small of a space for dining in. The only seats available for me and my daughter were next to an exit and right next to the condiments counter. Other customers reached around us to get more straws napkins ketchup, etc. But a employee reached right over my head and bumped into me to get what she needed from the counter. She smelled like straight fish and didn't excuse herself. Also one of the employees 4 children were there playing and climbing all over the place. She kept scolding them but they didn't listen. It took 30 minutes to get my food and the place was not even crowded. I'm never coming here again.

The manager Latosha Little has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.. I received dry chicken nuggets and was double charged on my card for the entire order in part of technology issue on their end. My expectation was to receive a refund for one of the transactions she stated that she wasn't giving me a refund and walked away abruptly. I couldn't receive a thoughtful and thorough explanation. She is a horrible representation of your brand Wendy's. Get people who breathe customer service and understanding your customers because he uncouth behavior is unacceptable. If she treats customers like this I can imagine how she treats the staff. Latosha Little is horrible!

Absolutely horrible experience as the line was extended around the building and we were in multiple cars we decided to take one car through the drive-thru which resulted in a $218.00 tow, because of the barrier we were unable to get out to. The vehicle was towed to Harvey IL. And we were retrieving the vehicle from the tow yard another young lady could be heard trying to come get her vehicle that had been parked in the same lot.i have made several attempts to connect all of the establishment on at this location and have been informed the lot is privately own. If at all possible avoid this Chatham location.

Went through the drive thru at 10:05pm and was told mobile orders must be picked up inside. Security didn't want to let me inside at first. A lady was already in there for her order being wrong. Manager asks me why am I in there, lobby is closed and I told her why. She tells me "I'll take you since you're already in here." Like she's doing ME a favor when HER AND HER WORKERS apparently suffer from miscommunication amongst THEMSELVES. But ok. Thanks lady. Baconator suffered from anorexia like I was taking food out of their kids' mouths. I'm going to get enough of not listening to my husband. He TOLD me not to patronize that location anymore!

After I waited in line for over 20 minutes, I was able to place my order which was simply Baconator Fries. When I opened my bag after I drove off and onto the expressway, I realized I received some "Baco" Fries, don't know what happened to the "nator". I definitely won't be visiting this location, or the new location across the parking lot when they open ever again. And I will enough my clients & colleagues to follow suit. A total waste of time & money.

Brand new place with lots of attitude and no care about the job. They act like people knocked on their door begged them to work at Wendy’s. Management is a joke there because they aren’t there. If ya don’t like your job get a new one. I wouldn’t get a drink from the ratchet staff there ever again. I mean ratchet! They care more about their phone text than getting the order right. It’s not because they have a young staff. I was 16 working at McDonald’s and never acted like the ratchet staff at this location. This sad experience was on Sunday 4/10 at 11:10am. Ratchet staff didn’t even give a receipt.

This is maybe my second time on this super slow establishment and when I say first it's not my area was picking up dinner for me and my elderly parents who was looking foward to the meal let me just say what a disappointment for $40 bucks burgers were pink in the middle and fries barely warm and lemonade not cold. These places really need to take more pride because if you're already making people wait because I know that they weren't making their time why isn't the food prepared right?

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. They're that bad. Waited 45 minutes and still didn't receive my order. I couldn't pay for it at the kiosk because it was broken, and there was nowhere to enter my credit card info anyway. Thank the Lord, so I just walked out. Ive sat literally 33 minutes so far and still counting in the lobby for a single burger and a small fry. I will never stop at this Wendy’s location ever again. Ever! I want to just scream at the top of my lungs in here. I’ve seen about 50 cars come through the drive through while ignoring customers in the lobby and that is sad. They need to get there behind the counter together it is not ran good at all. Every customer has sat as long as me and are irritated. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Update got my food 43 mins later and it’s cold.

I've been in their line since 10am only to reach the order menu 25 minutes later for them to tell me that I could not order breakfast. Their signage and website said breakfast ends at 10:30am. It was 10:25 in which 25 of those minutes was spent in their drive thru line. Also when i made it to their location i called at 10am to ask what was the exact cut off time for breakfast because i had noticed that the line was extremely long. Needless to say there was no answer.

No humans in store to take orders or help with the kiosk. Was told by employee I would get my food faster paying with card. Elderly customers who didn't understand the kiosk had no one to assist them. This location is relatively new and has had mixed service levels. Most of the time the drive thru is extremely slow, but on one occasion was very efficient. This last visit on a week night was inside and the screen-based ordering system was virtually self-serve. Once or twice using the system will make future orders faster. The food delivery was within 7 minutes or so.

I went to Wendy's on 06/25/22 for what I thought was a quick dinner. They been open well over two years. They're just as slow as they were when they first opened. It took twenty five minutes to get a burger, fry, drink, and frostie. All that time and my food was lukewarm.

EVERY TIME I go to this location, there is something missing from my bag. They try to place everything in one bag but ALWAYS forgets something. If I have 4 $5 bags, give me each $5 bag. Originally my order was not correct and food was left out. I called spoke with Nina she provided great customer was very apologetic. I was not expecting anything but she insisted on correcting everything. I came in the young man was very polite. All is well, I can always appreciate a courtesy, professional and friendly staff.

You have to use the kiosk which only one seems to work at a time - card only. The staff won't attempt to help until there's 50 people waiting for to place an order. Lobby is always messy.

Slowest fast food place in the world, I don’t understand how it takes 30 minutes to make it through the drive through, and it’s a curb trapping you inside of it. I will never go to another Wendy’s again, these workers here are the slowest ever.

If I could give zero stars I would, as a chef I know how important it’s to practice food safety. When food comes off the grill or out the grease it should be temped. So to receive raw chicken which can cause so many problems. I’ve being calling phone is giving a dial tone since breakfast. More

This wendys needs more workers! Because of the location this wendys gets alot of business so they need to double the workers.. I've been in drive thru for almost a hour & it was only 6 cars in front of me. Workers don't have any hair nets or gloves on, this joint use to fast fresh & efficient!

I spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. Then when I finally got to order board, the employee yelled at me to hold on. Not like I had a choice. He yelled when he came back and he yelled when I got to window. I don't think they know it's supposed to be FAST food. Avoid.

Drive thru line is always long like an anaconda, I guess that's what it's like when you have an awesome .

This place has unprofessional young women there who talk about throwing drinks on people and fighting all night long and they have filthy attitudes. They don’t do any work but stand around on their phones and gossip every time I come up there to order door dash More

In the inside it took them 36 minutes just to give me a simple 4for$4 meal because no one wanted to do their job including the manager until this one young lady clocked in and started yelling at them. The drive thru is even worst it takes

I got a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken meat was old and dry and I'm almost sure it was microwaved to death. Plus the chicken was thin and pressed. It was mostly filled with lettuce or spinach or whatever that vegetable they had on

Food was fresh and tasty. The ordering process confuses people who never been there before. You can only order from the screens when you first walk in. Some people try to go straight to the front counter to order , but can not order.

This location got my order wrong and when I went up to the front I was taken care of. Got the correct sandwitch and new fries. The woman working the front is wonderful. Thank you

This location is Slowly improving. This location receives a lot of traffic. Unfortunately that makes for long lines. But recently my food has been hot prepared properly and friendly customer service. Please keep up the improvements.

Sorry to say but these fast food restaurants in ethnic neighborhoods aren't properly managed because the residents don't push for better. Food is sloppy, system down 24/7 , orders late and never opens on time.
