I have requested for documents days before a scheduled house inspection. No response was provided, leading me to chase 2 or 3 times but still no luck. At the day of inspection, I have again requested for documents to be sent so I can review and make a decision for an offer. In the end, they called but only to notify me that the property has already been offered to someone else. I felt tricked and I have wasted my time to inspect the property. My gut feeling says that there was already a buyer prior to the inspection but of course, how would I know.
