I'm sure many of you know what it's like dealing with your typical Sydney Real Estate agent. It took my wife and I over 6 months to finally find an agent who was open, honest and completely transparent throughout the process. I wasn't subjected to dutch auctions, fairytales and all the other rubbish their competitors have used in this intense market. So if you want to actually work with an agent who knows the importance of this big purchase, then I can't recommend Daniel @ R&W enough.

The worst agent we have ever to deal with. We have agreed the price and paid the 10% deposit on time and also agreed for the vendor to be able to use the funds before the settlement date. An overnight before the exchange of contracts they called the deal off without any explanations. Utterly disgusted how they can mock the customer. Do not recommend this agent !

We were very dissatisfied and disappointed in the way that our property was managed by R&W St Ives. In our experience we found that the service was unprofessional. We had significant damage to our property from our tenants. The issue remained unresolved with the owners of the agency. As a landlord we could not recommend this agency.

Sydney real estate is known to not be overly kind to renters, however with these two they really stand out above the rest and put the others to shame.
