2019-08-21 changing from 5 to 3stars. The lady with curly hair working nights is not welcoming. She doesnt want to change our bills be cause she 'thinks' we have enough, not knowing we have tons of this blankets to wash. 2018-12-15 The lady at the desk assisted me pleasantly, being a first time user of coin laundry she explained how to start the machine and which machines are best for my duvet and blanket. The place is easy to find. Fairly clean. I visited 8am Saturday so there were only 2 persons before me. Parking space right infront of the laundry. Machine wash (I believe for 30 minutes) costs $5 for heavy capacity machines, $3 for medium load and $2.50 for top loading machines. Their dryers are .25c per 4 minutes. I brought my detergents and sheets but they have available supplies if needed. The place was easy to find, lots of parking space available. There was a waiting area for your laundry inside as well. They also provide dry cleaning services. Because of the nuce reception the lady showed me during my visit, I will definitely use this business again.

The small little girl who work there in day time is so rude and don't care about customers. I was using 4 washing machine $5 each machine was charging. one of the washer stop washing after 15 minutes. I asked the girl why it's stopped early and didn't clean my blanket and rinsed properly. In response she started argument with me that it's my fault to choose that washer. I said how come it's my fault.you must put sticker on it if it's faulty or doing short cycles. She said no its my responsibility to choose the washer and she will not give me my $5 so i can wash in another washer.even I asked about owner or manager but she said no she won't.very unprofessional disrespectful attitude she has.i will tell my all family and friends to not to go to that laundromat again.they are scamers and fraudsters.

If I was able to give this place a 0 star, I would. They only take cash here and their receipts do not match with the copy they give to their customers. I had gotten something dry cleaned here and paid them the same day. The day I went to go pick it up, they told me I had only paid half the price and that I needed to pay them the other half. I showed them my receipt, but the lady there said it was not valid. I only had a credit card on me, but they said they don’t except it so I had to drive 30 minutes back home to pick up cash and another 30 minutes to drive back to pay them more money for no reason. I would not recommend anyone to go here. There staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I was lied to about the price and forced to pay more. They STAPLED two bags together to hold my dress. When I picked up the dress the bag broke off and the bottom of my dress hit the floor becoming dirty with mud. When I showed the lady the dress and asked her to clean the dress she told me “go home and clean it yourself”. She then proceeded to scream at me insisting it was MY fault for their faulty service. The staples ruined the bottom of my dress and I was left with dirt on the dress. No refund and rude service. I would never recommend this place strictly due to the lady who screamed in my face The worst customer service I have ever had.

Your stuff will go missing. I left for a short while to grab some lunch while my stuff dried. Timer was at 75 mins. I got back with plenty of time left and my stuff was gone and someone else was there with their things in the dryer. They said they asked to remove my things from the dryer before putting hers in. My stuff was missing & the Lady working had no idea who stole my things. Their were plenty of other dryers available to use as well. But there's no respect for others Items. I guess it's my fault for having small town expectations of a laundrymat. Use another machine till the previous person picks their things up. This place is so ghetto. Gross.

Very rude customer service. Owner She’s so rude and disrespectful. She’s crazy woman and very very rude. First of all it’s nasty and dirty place. Machines are all broken. She’s so bossy and very rude. Very bad experience. I been there few times, Every time I was going there, Owner she’s gone very extremely rude. I Would never go there again. Waste of money and time here. Worst’s place ever seen in my life. Owner she’s don’t care her businesses and she don’t know how to talk with customers!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

AVOID USEING THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I went in here today to wash a comforter. And was very disgusted buy what I saw. The washers are disgusting and extremely dirty and falling apart. They have sings everywhere that’s says no greasy or oily clothes. But the lady working there was in fact loading a washer with extremely greasy items. And when asked about there policy. She stated that they can do as they wish. See attached photos. USE A YOUR OWN RISK. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

This place is great ❤hard workers here keeping the place in top order strict rules of 30 mins to come to change over your laundry helps get the laundry done fast and the job done friendly workers to change over the coins when you need change l❤ve using this place good choice of all size machines and good price for the machine size reasonable rates convince in the hours its great so you can complete this task thanxs so much

The lady in there was so helpful, patient and polite (muslim lady),i guess . She was even cleaning the machines right away. Helping the customer. $6 for large loads and quater for drying machines. Machines were easy to use. Only the thing I noticed floor need to be clean also some machines have rust and mold on them. So they just need to fix those issues other then that everything is good. So 5 stars

Very rude customers service was told a different price for dry cleaning and then when I went to go get my jacket they charged me a different amount was forced to pay refused to give me my jacket until I paid called the owner also very rude hung up the call while I was trying to explain what happened would never recommend going here would rather pay extra somewhere else then ever go back here.

Lets just say they lost 400$ worth of work gloves and other stuff for my boyfriend. Called and they said they out everything in the bag, then hung up on me. Now my boyfriend is having to spend all this money on new work gloves right before christmas. What a joke they are. They screen their phone calls so they dont have to answer.

Doing Laundry was a typical place) o my thng j left my wallet there. I phoned a they said if was there, so j sent a cab to grab it and bring to me an . J waited an HR an callef both places no answer and the laundry mat is closed now!!! J was going to give at 4to 5stars but this Bulll Skittles.,...,....

Place is a mess and really needs to have some service done to washing and drying machines. The blonde lady working at the time is beyond rude and also gets mad that you don’t know how to operate laundry machines. Kinda ridiculous that you have to move dryer doors up and down to make them work

Fair price for use of machines. Clerk Doesn't take nickles or dimes, really just a poor excuse to avoid accepting legal tender. Chaotic environment in a bad neighborhood. The calming silence of doing laundry is lost to a loud condescending clerk and an obnoxious collection of customers.

The machines are clean and reasonably priced for the size of the machines. There are enough machines, we were able to go in and do 6 loads of laundry at the same time and be in and out within 2 hours. They also have change available on site as needed. Thank you.

Very bad experience. They charged me double the price they initially agreed (in writing) for dry cleaning. Even though, I had everything in writing, but they would not give me my coat back, until I pay them more. Apparently, they do not

3rd class service. Very Dirty place. Rude staff. They just want your money do not want to give services. Even you can't take their trolly up to car to put back wet stuff to car. I would like to give -5 ( Minus 5 ) stars if available.

lots of machines and have never had a issue or worry about my belongings if I need to leave to attend other matters the staff always take care of switching things from one machine to another and are respectful of everyone's things...

first off it's nasty and dirty in there. The staff aren't helpful. HALF of their machines don't even work. they only take cash and to do ONE load of laundry costs 10$! Wouldn't make my worst enemy go here.

Like any laundromat, some machines work better than others but very friendly staff and last visit looked like a machine upgrade swap was going to happen. Close and convenient for us.

I asked them to dry clean my very expensive jacket. They put it in the washer and dryer and ruined it. I messaged the owner but didn’t received a reply from her.

Zhamal is awsmmmm, she helps a lot. Mine was first time there she is so nice. I would recommend if you want to go then go morning time.
