This review is based on my personal interaction and experience. The team at McLaren Real Estate Group are absolutely phenomenal! I stumbled upon their website two years ago, and had an initial discussion with Cindi, after which she set up search parameters for me so I could find what I wanted. I didnt end up buying a property at the time due to other priorities. A few months ago, I received a call from them inquiring if I was still looking to buy a house. This was based off of the profile that we'd created two years ago, and boy am I glad I decided to go with them. I'm a first time homeowner, and I was basically doing this by myself. It was quite comforting to know that I had a team of capable and reliable people working with me. I honestly didn't think I'd end up content, but here I am, many emails and documents later, and I am truly happy and satisfied with the service rendered, my property, and the choice I made and stuck with! Micah McLaren We recently moved from BC to Calgary. Micah assisted us with purchase of our new home in Patterson Heights. We were looking for a townhome in West Calgary. It was a difficult market for buyers with properties selling over list in the requested area, and selling as soon as they came on the market. We first spoke with Micah back in December 2022, he was only realtor out of several that we called for general listing information and kept in touch until we were ready to purchase in May/June. He was very responsive and got us into several properties immediately because properties were moving fast. After trying offers on a few townhomes we put the offer in on the property we purchased a day before Micah was getting married. He assured us it was no problem and that his associates would provide back up if necessary. It was not required and on the Monday after the wedding he was back in contact. The sale has been smooth and with his general recommendations for contacts on house inspections, condominium doc review, and lawyers to contact, it allowed us a seamless simple process to complete everything efficiently. Micah is competent, responsive and efficient with great communication skills. He went above and beyond and his services were very appreciated.
