From my first visit, Dr. Krystina Chen and her dedicated staff (especially her front-desk assistant who is extremely helpful, quite pleasant and bilingual) provide a phenomenal experience from start to finish. From her spacious office, exam rooms that include a flat-screen TV, white-glove cleanliness, contemporary music played throughout the visit, and of course Dr. Chen’s soft-spoken, nurturing voice makes each visit a worthwhile experience. She wants to make sure you leave with a beautiful smile knowing you were treated with the upmost care. TRUST me…you won’t be disappointed and you’ll make sure to come back every six months for a cleaning. I've been attempting to call to schedule a cleaning. The first attempt, I was told to call back because they were closed. I called back today( Friday) and was told again to call back tomorrow since they were closed. I stated that the website said they were open today. The person stated they were closed due to spring break. I then repeated back the information she told me to confirm calling back tomorrow to set an appointment and the person hung up on me. Very rude! I will be looking else where to schedule my cleaning.

While this dental is clean and neat, doctors are new. I asked how much will I be paying for filling 2 small front teeth, I was given estimate of $80+ when I pay they charged me $140+!! Almost twice the price of estimate! I dont think they told me a true estimate, they wanted me to get the service and pay double price later on. They ripped me off. After that I never went back to this dental. If you go here, ask your exact amount to be paid, that is your right no matter what insurance you have.

I had an emergency and was very much afraid. My tooth was badly affected and I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Chen reassured me that she will be patient and very effective with my problem. She explained in detail m y procedure and performed her surgery on my tooth professionally, always ensuring that it was painless. Her laboratory is clean,well sanitized and her assistants are very friendly. I will recommend her to anyone who are a bit shy of the Dentist. Highly recommended.

Very caring and detail oriented. As a customer sometimes you don't know about an important detail. When the. lab work for my implants arrived. I was pleased with the appearance and fit. The dentist, Ms K Chen, immediately noticed issues with the construction of the prosthetic that did not meet her standards. She insisted that the lab make it to her specifications. I have been to dentists who won't correct an issue even when the client complains. Very pleased.

Very clean office and the staffs were really nice and helpful as well. The doctor was amazing in addressing and solving all my teeth issues. She made sure I was comfortable in every step of the procedure. The cost was also reasonable.
