I wish to express my dismay and disgust as experienced on 19 Dec22, when I bought a packet of NASI GORENG KAMPUNG from the MEALS STATION food outlet at KL sentral, for the first time. Just took a spoon full but disgustingly had to spit it out and threw the entire packet staight into the dustbin where it belongs. Felt like vomitting..Even now when I think about it, it gives me the goosebumps. It was so horrible indeed. Wasted my money RM 16.85 !!! It was a slump food!!!. The smell of the food itself threw me off plus it was so so so salty and OMG the chicken was not cooked at all as it was so bloody inside and as though that was not enough to stomach, the vege had stones. It was not washed at all. I will never step into this outlet again ever. They MUST change the cook. We are wondering how the owner of this shop had passed this awful food to be sold to the public! Unable to fanthom how the rest of the food in the menu would taste like. I would not even rate it as it is not worth any rating at all but forced to give one star just to write this review. I am writing this review in the hope that the owner of this business re-tastes their own food sold to the innocent public so that it does not tear down ones taste palate in a second with disgust.

Mungkin gaul2 guna tangan je makanan semua. Tu rasa extra masin dan nak muntah rasa makanan.

This morning for the first time ever I had my breakfast at the Meals Station, KL central. I found that the service from one of the waitres are unprofessional and below standard. The waitres ask me to sit and never attend until I had to call her. I understand that there are also clients that she had to attend too. But what I'm Not satisfied with her because she can attended others clients which come later than me. Later, she take order from me reluctantly. Since than, I feel unlikely to eat but I just don't want this condition to be so bad, I just kept paying for the food without eating and move on. I hope the Meals Station's management needs to train their employees on how to become good waiter/s so that it will look good and the most important the first impression to the customers are very very very important. Just had my lunch here just now due to not many customers. I ordered mee rebus and from the pictures looks nice.. But, it comes out only 4 small pieces of Tau Kee with 1 egg split into 2 and alot of mee.....I don't see any potatoes as per pictures...Besides that, I noticed, their tissue boxes not for customers but only place at thier staff desk. The final and worst is, the staff is not honest. If I never asked for the bill, the staff return the incorrect balance (not more but, with less amount) and please take note: price at the menu has yet include service charge!! I think better close shop in this area than provide this kind of service.

Had a bad experience today . Their service was too slow . While im waiting for them to take my order , i'd offer myself to give our order at the counter . The waiters with the fierce face telling me "you seat first later i come " . Im already at the counter ,why not u take our order and proceed my meals ? Im not disturbing ur job . Its okay, i get back to my table and waiting for him to come . My ordering around 9.30am n n still 10.15am nothing served except for "wrong drink" ordered .(im ordering white coffee but what i get is ice lemon tea) ,while not many customers there at that time . Then i decide to take away my meals ,couldn't eat there due to "uncomfortable" surroundings . I hope that this restaurant can improve their service especially their staff "manners".

This restaurant receives the lowest score of restaurant category in Google Map, which I see it for the first time. The owner should try to further improve on everything. Personally, I do not have any negative views towards this restaurant, as the waiters and waitresses were polite. The prices of the foods here are higher than restaurants out there, so I think the rent in KL Central is very high. I hope that the management of KL Central will maintain the existing rent for all the restaurants for many years.

The environment at the kl sentral outlet is really poor. The staff was shouting and talking loudly to each other. Mostly the one who seems like the in charge who is doing the stock/accounts on the customer floor and the lady who is behind the drinks counter. Even after being told, they kept shouting to each other. They also serve drinks using chipped utensils. Is this even acceptable? Really not up to fnb standards.

Bad experience coming to this restaurant.first of all,the bangla waiter only tell you there's no ice drinks during hot day.suprisingly,the approach those bangla waiters put on customers are very low level,you don't get warm voice tone in this place.the food is not as aspected for the price. HOT DAY,NO ICED DRINKS,REFUSED TO SWITCH ON THE FAN,AND BAD MALAY LANGUAGE BY THE BANGLA WAITERS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! Having my breakfast here this morning. Check in mysejahtera and waiting to ask the staff if i can just come in or need to wait until they assist. Asking the staff can i come in? Does the table at the back empty? (because it not visible from the front shop). The staff really rude. "ada kosong masuklah. Depan ni pun ada kosong. Tak nampak ker". Totally ruined my morning. The food just so so. The milk tea taste like old tea bag that you have been using many times. Not worth to come again!

The food is very nice, and I like to have my breakfast at here... however, the attitude of the staffs is really bad and rude, they are like choosing which people they want to entertain... there are no price tag for the variety food that displayed on the table in front of the cashier area and when I ask for the price, the male cashier replied very rudely, he purposely increase his voice and showing me his annoying face. I think I will reduce my visit although the food is nice

If you are using the travel hub at KL Sentral and feeling hungry , this is a place you should try. They serve decent Nasi Lemak, Bee Hoon Goreng. One of their signature meal is their half boil eggs and toast. This time , I order their Nasi Lemak with Fried Egg and curry potatoes.

Simple menu in the morning with affordable prices compared to the other restaurants in KL Sentral. I ordered the iced white coffee - sweet and strong. Better coffee taste than Starbucks. Service was quick and friendly. You can also pay using E-wallet, such as GrabPay - very convenient especially during the pandemic. May 9, 2022 update: not crowded and friendly service. Some stuffs in the menu wasn't available, for example the in-house coffee.

I went during dinner time (8pm). I had a worst "special bihun goreng RM 15.90". Your restaurant's morning breakfast (bihun goreng,fried egg,sambal) RM 5.00, better than the special bihun goreng. I don't see any special in that bihun goreng, other than papadom, cucumber. Totally spoiled my mood. Kindly check the quality all the time. Thank you.

Use to have very efficient staff. Now the tables are run by 2 Banglas. They are definitely not happy to work. Very poor skills and bad work attitude. They take your order and forget about it. I had to raise my hand n call them many times. Pls put back the locals. These fellows give your place a bad name.

This cafe situated in KL Sentral where for local or international commuters. No much customers at the time I visit. Not much choice on vegetarian option. The girl who in the kitchen, wasn’t put her face masks on properly while she prepares my vegetarian sandwiches order. Everyone should be aware their responsibility in the public as well as in the hospitality every single second. Follow SOP please.

Convenient place for breakfast before jumping on a train. The fried bihun is my favourite. The nasi lemak seems popular too. Customer service is good. They helped me reduce my bill by turning a la carte orders into sets.

Grilled Chicken Chop with Rice, Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken

The waiter and I both noticed the red bloody inside of the chicken as I cut it open. Rather than take it back and cooking a new one like most restaurants would do, they actually re-cooked the same chicken and served it back to me with the hole of the cut still there. The food otherwise was low quality and the tableware was chipped.

Convenient food outlet inside KL Sentral for the local travellers waiting for trains. Quite busy with the lunch crowd. Service is fast. Prices are reasonable.

Nice place to kill sometimes while waiting to catch the train. Nasi lemak and tuna sandwich taste just nice. Not the top in the world yet good enough for waking up breakfast. Love the coffee. Truly kaww! Clean, pretty spacy for a station cafe. Got many tables. Note the order ourselves.

I would give negative five star if possible. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad workers. Keep telling me to wait for my drinks, but customer that comes later already got their food and drinks. Then the drinks is too sweet. Like 90% condensed milk Will not come again. Shame

Absolutely terrible. I sat there for 30 minutes and when I tried to get the waitress’s attention she ignored me. Finally she asked me what my order was, showing me the ticket I gave her. She never put the order in and never asked me if she had an issue with the order.

This is a good choice if you’re looking for a quick bite before catching a train, especially if before 10am because most of the others open are fast food chains (e.g. Burger King). Nasi Lemak was really quite good and there are take away options as well if you want.

Food are average and there are plenty of other choices available within the area with the same price range. Can be a choice if you prefer a place that is not so crowded during peak hours

My 1st time dine there for brakfast, worst, the nasi lemak rapped with banana leeves which is not satisfied they charged rm6.45, also milo ice rm6.95, the waiter nice service but their cashier(i think foreigner) bad attitude and double standard treat for local..

Breakfast here with toast, eggs, and kopi-o. Toast was just nice, eggs were perfect, and the black coffee was not too bitter. Service was fast. Can get packed in the mornings. Price pretty cheap too.

Very poor and slow service. Staffs are ego and kept on serving the wrong order.i ordered a glass of watermelon juice and it taste like rotten watermelon. I also ordered mee rebus and the potatoes are brlack and rotten. Strongly not recommend this restaurant.

Good to have a light meals with many localized malaysian foods and drinks. To speed up your order take the menu and paper from the cashier to write down the order and place the order with the cashier. You can sit for hour's relaxing working on your laptop.

Food is not too bad. Always crowded during lunch hour. No aircond. Looks like they have just changed their menu. Had blackpepper chicken with butterice, so so only, not worth the price IMO. As usual, service is slow & hygiene std need to be improved.

Food is still good, but all the prices have increased with the times. Kuih and sandwiches available in addition to the usual mains. My favourite is the dry curry noodles. 'Open air', so it's at the mercy of KL Sentral's centralised air-conditioning.

Non of the staff wearing mask here, including kitchen crews. Byright chef or kitchen crews should wear a mask while cooking. Its not about covid, its all about hygience

I usually go here for coffee after work. The Milky Toast is great. 3 stars because 1. Place is quite warm as there's no air cond and only one fan. 2. Most tables have uneven legs 3. Only one table has power socket.

There was no lunch crowd at 1pm. Ordering was easy through the QR code. I ordered the aglio olio with grill chicken. Generous portion, the food tasted good and overall a pleasant dining experience.

The food was terrible and salty. There was an insect in cracker (papadam), when i ask one of the worker he told me that its cumin seed where he can clearly see that its not cumin but an insect.

Food was okay and nice. However the cashier was very rude and impolite. Really ruin my morning mood. I hope that this restaurant can improve their service especially their staff manners.

Lovely sandwich but the ground coffee was really lovely and am glad it was highly recommended by their friendly and attentive staff and will be back to try more dishes in the menu !!
