One of the worst medical store in Kasavanahalli locality. He doesn’t give any discount on medicines and if you ask for discount he starts arguing. Medical store owner is very rude, though he is aged person doesn’t have manners how to speak to costumer we recently bought masks 5 masks and on opening one we figured they figured they were too big for kids. Went with the 2 unopened pieces for exchange or return and he kept saying he can not. On insisting he said that we have to speak to his manager.

If you are not careful and don't ask for the bill, they will charge you any random amount. I was charged extra by the owner at Kasavanahalli (not once, twice), and when I went to enquire about it, the owner was extremely rude and arrogant. Finally when I showed him the bill, he settled the amount but was still very rude. I would advice everyone to avoid purchasing medicines from there as they are cheating the customers!

This is new medical store here after new building constructed over here. This is on Central Jail road, opp. To SJR Verity apartment and beside a shopping complex where Trendz is present. This place is very near to KPC Layout. Road in front is always busy with too much of traffic. Next to this medical store is a Apollo diagnostics! You might not some baby soap brands but most of the things are available

If you are around jail road like me it's a good place to run for medicines. Medbox really stand out as a medical shop in their infrastructure and also have a good coverage of medicines. I am a regular buyer of few hair products and they give cheaper price than Appolo pharmacy which is also there in the jail road. However I feel they need to work on beating the price of Ramdev Medicals.

Worst medical store, with ruthless behaviour from the pharmacist. Bought a digital thermometer which apparently wouldn't record a normal human body temp, and when asked for return or replacement they are denying the replacement and wouldn't accept the faulty product. Shameless behaviour from the pharmacist towards customers.

Poor medical service. I am visiting for past 1year for my medicine..but I don't know why at sudden the worker ignored to give me medicine even I had proper certificate as well as the doctor sign. He argued , shouted and tried to attack. He was less than a pharmacist and more of a rowdy

I was sick, ordered some medicines for myself. They said they will be sending someone in 20 mins, after an hour also no one came and when i called them a girl very unapologetically said no one will be coming. Pathetic service.

Great shop for medicne and personal care items. Medbox seems to acquired by PharmEasy brand. Now medicines ordered through PharmEasy app/website gets delivered by this store in and around Kasavanahalli. Never had any issues.

Medicine are quite costly when compared to Medlife online purchase. I purchase from here only if I need to buy on the same day else I would prefer online medicine delivery from Medlife or the like.

All medicines are available and the prices are really competitive. Very nice discounts and they have free home delivery.

Do not put order for home delivery.....they will not deliver and waste your time saying it will be delivered next day

They send wrong medicines and refuse to exchange it.Keep arguing constantly.Im never ever going to order again.
