I went to Medical One for a matter regarding veterans affairs and a general health check. The receptionist were absolutely amazing, the waiting room is absolutely huge and really comfortable. It wasn't crowded like many other places and had face masks available if required. I saw Dr. Victoria who is an absolute credit to this practice. Having to discuss some pretty heavy subjects she was absolutely empathetic and compassionate. Furthermore her professional knowledge was incredible. Parking is available close by but a drop off out the front is available (its no parking but you can stop to help passengers out etc). 10/10 service, will be using this medical practice more.

My wife and I had our US immigrant visa medicals done by Medical One. We were absolutely enthralled by the cheerfulness, professionalism, and efficiency of everyone involved. From the cheerful and personal welcome given at reception, through the respectful and comforting session with the nurse, to the skilled and informative consult with Dr Rosemary Aldous, we felt we were treated like family friends rather than bothersome patients. Not only did he exhibit vast knowledge in the field, but he also displayed exceptional understanding and empathy throughout the consultation. Awful experience with Dr Dr Shamendri Dassanayake. Reprehensible. She made a moral judgment about me and was beyond unprofessional when I was seeking a routine treatment. I made an accurate diagnosis from Google, she caused me severe anxiety with her so called medical opinions. I only booked here as I could get a same day appointment and now I understand why. I’ve never felt more violated, ever. Have provided my feedback directly to the clinic without follow up. Am considering further action.

last Monday I went to the doctor and I paid 126 dollars and you had confirmed 3 times that it would be 90 dollars and when I left the consultation the person at the reception charged me because he said that my consultation was longer than 20 minutes but only 6 had passed minutes I left 3:26 pm and they didn't tell me that the consultation time was 20 minutes and if it passed I would have to pay almost double the consultation, afterwards! I felt wronged by the clinic

Been there twice now both times I was very impressed at the very short waiting time and the professionalism of the doctors and the staff at the front desk who keep everything running like clockwork. I also needed a wound dressed and I seen another nurse that is just there for those sort of reasons and she was very good at her job also . All around this is a great place . I will continue at this location⁵⁵ for all my doctor related visits

I went here for a US medical exam and had Dr Aldous who was very friendly and professional...as was Mary, the nurse on that day. Eva at the front desk was lovely too. The pathologist (forgotten her name) was nice also, so I’m a bit surprised to read some of the negative reviews here. Overall I had a great experience, now just need a visa :)

I can highly recommend this clinic. The reception staff and the doctors are very warm, friendly and extremely efficient. Their offices are well organised, they have pathology on site and they are very responsive to questions. If you have any medical needs I would definitely suggest this team.

Stay away from this Medical Practice!!! Absolutely the most unethical, unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Management and the clinic staff are definitely not patient/client care focused, it is all about the dollar plus saying one thing and the next minute changing their story.

Saw Dr Dinali Perera after becoming unwell when visiting Sydney. She was thorough, kind, empathetic and prescribed medication which will hopefully make me feel better. So far so good. Plus she made two follow up calls. Many thanks for providing a caring service. All the best. Sharon

I had my medical exam for my K1 visa done at Medical One. Dr Celina Rappaport was fantastic, very friendly, professional and reassuring. The nurses and other staff were also kind and helpful. The process was very smooth and simple.

Customer service is great, but even if you have a medicare card they expect you to pay $90 because they don't bulk bill, then expect us to get a rebate from medicare. This is not consistent with community expectations.

Beautiful office with lovely staff members that are willing to help you at a drop of a dime. Super friendly and always with a smile on their face. My go-to medical practitioners and would highly recommend to others!!

Went in for a visa medical and couldn't have been happier with them, they were friendly, professional and made sure I understood everything that was required. Highly recommend.

The website says they bulk bill but when you get there, they claim it is a promotion that has just ended and they will have to charge you for the visit. Poor customer service.

Got my fourth Covid vaccine here and the doctor even prescribed medication for my Covid related ear infection. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!
