*ignore the reply, it's full of falsehoods. Whether a roof is 5 or 7 years old, it shouldn't leak in 6 places. They never offered me a free repair. That's a complete and total lie. They offered me excuses as to why it wasnt their fault, including that the frieze boards were too high (they installed the frieze boards according to the invoice) And again, why would I need half the sheathing replaced if they did their job right? Shiplap doesn't rot for no reason. And there ARE different levels of quality when installing a water barrier. They used a cheap one. My roof is 5 years old(correction, seven years old) , and was installed by Medrano Roofing. Im currently having half of it replaced as it has developed a tendency to leak. Ive heard from my insurance company and two other roofers that this is due to improper installation. When Mr Medrano came over to look at the roof, before he was even on it, he had 6 reasons why none of the leaking was his fault. When he made it on the roof, he had even more reasons. He never once said anything to the effect of "let's figure out what the problem is and see how we can fix it." Instead, it was the siding guys fault, and the inspector was wrong, and the engineer didn't know what he was talking about. I have an insurance report, and photographs to show the installation was not done to standard. And now it's costing me $3000. *Update So this is about an hour after I wrote the above. When medrano installed the roofing on my house, they screwed up good. The roofer just showed me the cobbled together pieces and chunks of wood used, the tissue thin water barrier, the lack of trim, etc. It's going to cost $4500, not $3000. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

After being in my house 15 + years and the numerous storms, wind and hail, it was determined I needed a new roof. I called several roofers for estimates and Medrano Roofing come out the same day, gave me a very reasonable quote, and one that I ultimately chose to do the work. Marlon and his crew were here bright and early on one of the hottest days of the year so far, began work exactly as he'd explained, completed the new roof, vents, fence and fireplace cover repairs, cleaned up every trace of debris, and other than the new roof, you'd never know they'd been here. Working with Medrano Roofing has been such a pleasure and definitely made this experience so much easier than it could well have been. If you're reading reviews, please take mine to heart and at least call them for an estimate, its free and nicer and more professional people you'll never meet. Well done Medrano Roofing. : 0)

Mr. Medrano was very professional. He and his family did an awesome job on my roof. Gave me a very great price. He found out the company where he gets his supplies was having a sale and he passed the savings to me by lowering the estimate by $300. He explained to me the product of shingles I was purchasing. His crew did a fantastic clean-up afterwards.....looks like they were never there. He speaks pretty good English and his son was there to help in case I didn't quite understand. He gave me advice on my ceiling which was also damaged from the weather. I did the repair for my ceiling and with his advice it looks great. I admire his work so much I asked for some of his business cards to hand out. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Mr. Medrano and your crew for an outstanding job.

The least professional. You can email these idiots about trying to pay them for months, MONTHS. You call, leave voicemails. They finally pick up and they become wild and angry because "[they are] too busy to check their email". Could you imagine being angry that someone is trying to pay you? Never have I ever... This is the idiocy -- and most importantly, the arrogance -- you will have to deal with. Go elsewhere, trust me. Also, notice all the fake reviews from a year ago. A shame.

I contacted Medrano about my mothers roof having a leak and the insurance company saying she didn't need a new roof. Medrano stated that he would try and come to my moms house the next day. He called me early that morning and came when he said. After looking at the roof he gave my mother a quote and got right to work. He was reasonably priced, nice and friendly. I would recommend Medrano to anyone needing work done.

Very professional. Did excellent work and saw to every detail. I was impressed by the efficiency and courtesy shown by all personnel. They did my new roof, gutters, exterior and interior patching and painting in the large (4030 sf) house I recently purchased that had been neglected for years. It looks brand new! Would heartily recommend to any prospective clients.

Great customer service! They were prompt starting the job and cleaned up every bit of trash from my roof replacement. They were kind to my german Shepherds when they accidentally got out of the yard while they were working. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

They installed my roof in 2020. Roof looked great but they used black spray paint to paint the vents and now the paint has chipped off from weathering and it looks funny. I called them to come and fix, owner asked me if roof needed to be redone again due to Hail.
