This place is 4.7 rated, seriously are you kidding me. These days the ratings and reviews have lost the credibility. Here is my detailed review about this place: Ambience - 1/5 Front desk - 1/5 Massage Service - 3/5 Value for money - 2/5 Ambience - We go for massage for relaxing and need a soothing enviornment. There was no meditation music in the ro, no oil diffuser, infact they do the room spray. The walls are very dark in color and paster is chipped off from certain points. The focus light in the room is too bright. Overall a Oyo room ambience. The odour of the place is not calming and soothing. Front desk - The front desk is only interested in selling you the membership. If you don't buy one they are not interested in giving you the service. So they tried selling the Silver membership to me and frankly I was tempted in between but I told them that let me take the service first and will tell you. When I came out of the massage - the person at the service desk asked me how was it - I told him it was ok but I am happy I didn't buy your membership. He didn't ask me why I said so. I went with my husband, to me they asked do you want tea - and served Tetley dip dip green tea. Someone please tell me spa tea is very different from this. To my husband they didn't ask how was the service.or tea. There was was no juice before the service. Massage - Overall decent massage but they are not very well trained - my head massage I felt the lady is literally pulling my hair. There was no massage on the neck or shoulder with head. ( Generally they do that since the nerves are linked) so it was just pulling the hair and scalp Overall I felt this place is overhyped and the pricing is too high for this 3 star experience. Urbanclap provides better massage and spa experience. I am writing this review as I have tried massage at multiple places and hence the comparison.

I had recently visited them with my wife for a couples massage. Below is tha narrative of my experience. 1. The masseuse are professional and good. 2. The infrastructure is nothing less than awful. Their rooms smell, the bathroom was not clean. 3. The lift of the bldg was non operational. You have to come through stairs and it feels like a dumpyard while climbing the stairs as no one maintains it. 4. You enter the spa and there is water dripping from the AC and bucket is overflowing. 5. They did not have their diffusers working. 6. The massage beds were in bad shape, torn as well. The headrest kept moving all the way. 7.They claim 25 points of hygeine, apart from a sabatizer provided at the front desk there was no safety protocol followed. The front desk guy had the mask off, the handles of the door were used by hands vs the hook they advertise. Cleaning soap and shampoo were not speperated. Not sure how they even run this place. I am a customer of meghavi welness for 3 years now, and I used to visit their raddison branch, that is top notch. I had some of best massages and experiences in that location. But this experience changed everything ans now we would go back to O2 it's a bit far from our place but certainly worth it. Why I will never use their services, there are 5 similar feedback given to them about this location and they continue to run this way, if they don't value customer feedback, I am happy taking my business elsewhere.

Wish I could've marked something below this. The outlet is in shabby condition. The sheet on bed was not clean and I could see hairs. washroom area wasn't working, fixtures were non functional. The ambience was not even close to spa environment. I wonder if this is a franchisee or an owner outlet. In any way it's not good representation for the brand. I have visited lanco hills outlet which is far better. But I think I'll prefer O2 than this for my next visits. Lack of professionalism, I can see receptionist sitting with another person (non staff I believe) and chit chatting. Did not care to collect a feedback after treatment. _------------------------ UPDATE: Got an opportunity to visit the outlet again. I would say that the therapist this time was really nice. Also the management has taken effort to discuss the points in details which shows that they are concerned about the way they moved forward instead of just moving forward. Hopefully to see new updates in the outlet soon.

Not worth the price. The quality of services are deteriorating. I took full body massage and scrub and paid ₹ 3,424, for which I wasn't even given a bill or ebill. I took scrub services to remove the dead skin cells but they use bad products which doesn't do any good to your skin. It was waste of time and money. _________________________________________________ Reply to the owner- I didn't receive any OTP. And after writing this review, I received a call from Manager of Gachibowli branch and he offered me a resession and sent me screenshot of the system bill and wanted me to remove this review. I had asked for Swedish massage and was given Balinese massage. I asked for the next weekend appointment to which he said I can come anytime I am comfortable. I tried contacting him for appointment the next 2 weekends he didn't even reply. I appreciate your customer service by giving one more chance to evaluate your services but why to make promises if you can't give the services?

I had a full body massage at this spa. They have very professional crew and massasue. Greeted and received well on arrival. I just had 3 min of waiting before starting my appointment. Clean rooms and wash room. The aroma is really relaxing. They set a mood for the massage. My massasue is Felena. She has amazing hand work and soft hands. She enquired about the pressure levels to be used and the steam if required. Overall I liked the services. Cleans towels are provided and shower is amazing with hot water. They used quality products for the whole process. Boitique shampoo and nivea shower gel. Once showered, you can get ready with powder and comb provided. One small thing note, I booked appointment with Near buy coupon and upon arrival they told me to pay taxes extra as it's weekend and then changed it to post 5 pm we charge taxes and finally said no taxes. A bit confusing here but they should have mechanism to intimate before hand or sort this with coupon provider.

My go to Spa in Hyderabad also the No.1 Family and Hotel Spa Chain. Their therapists are very well trained and give the best massages. I would suggest you to try one of their specialty massages- hot stone/ herbal potli. The usual ones like Swedish/ Balinese/ Deep Tissue are just to the point, they know the pressure points and are also open to your requests if any. The staff at reception is warm and welcoming too and they let you sit and help in selecting the best massage for you body type, posture, routine and stress level. They also make note of any health issues, allergies. Their steam rooms, massage rooms and washrooms are very well maintained and also the robes are clean and tidy, no compromise on the quality or experience either. Do take a massage here and thank me later.

I had the worst experience in this spa center..i had head massage..it was supposed to be for 30mins but i made them stop after 10mins. That lady was literally just pulling and plucking my hair. It was sooo plainful. Atleast pulling should be gentle, this was no where near to gentle. The masseuse had zero knowledge about the oil she was going to use. She did not even ask if i am okay and not allergic to that specific oil. And after i asked her stop,she just said okay and left. Left me hanging there..it is their minimum courtesy to ask me y did i want it to stop. Maybe their other massages are better but head massage is a big noo ..u r only going to end with a headache

Superb service and plenty of massage and other spa service options available. It is also priced reasonably and does not put a dent in your wallet. The masseuses were well experienced and very professionally guided us through the whole process. They also calibrate their technique and pressure applied as per your comfort providing a pretty customised experience. Just one thing I expected to be better was the ambience. For the price, compared to 5-star spas the ambience is pretty rundown and they should definitely improve the rooms, washrooms and cleanliness. Also, the route to the Spa is through the basement and especially when it rains gives a very foul smell.

Visited hitech city branch Was so tired n sour bcoz of jetlag.. masseuse was sooo Damm good at her job kind of relieve each n every stiff muscle I had. The materials used formassage were really good quality too. I took the key to youth package it was pretty reasonable price wise. A few suggesstion though.. the look of spa kind of makes it feel average spa but the service is really great. May be the branch owner can work on some upgradation to interior. Also the room is near near on the side of road unfortunately has honking sounds.. not that it's the owner's fault but may be sound proof windows would help relaxing

I went for body scrub using Little app coupon after booking appointment. I was suppose to get 30 mins full body scrub but it lasted for 15 mins hardly. I visited this Spa after going thru so many rating reviews. Receptionist was more into advertising than receiving customers It is easily accessible, but I went when they were doing some construction work, eventually it was noisy and people moving here and there. Hope by my next visit I get some quite and peaceful atmosphere. I am going to go again for body massage and will update this particular review and rating if it goes well !!

Without having to visit this place, I am rating it 1 star, as the lady over the phone itself has no interest to provide any services. I had a gift card and I wanted to enquire about the services I can avail.. she mentions Therapy massage won’t be satisfying or any other service won’t be good.. just go for facial. If I wanted a facial I would go any salon .. why would I even go for wellness centre. May be the place would be good but pathetic receptionist.. Meghavi Wellness: hire some better people.. they are ruining your reputation.

My experience was super awesome, the neck and shoulder massage was so relaxing that all my stiff muscle were so relaxed I coudnt feel the tightness at all. The therapist jotai was very well trained and knows about the pressure points so well that you feel very light after the session, i had opted for 30 min and after my experience i ended up extending fpr 15 more mins. If i had more time would have opted for full body msaage as well. I would recommend to try Meghavi spa to everyone.

1. The masseuse/therapist was inexperienced - The session either hurt or felt like nothing, there was no in between. 2. The receptionist/manager didn’t even bother to find out if the session was good. It was almost like he knew they were incompetent and didn’t want to hear it. 3. Too much loud music from the club next door. 4. I booked 90 mins. She started 20 minutes late at 7.50 pm and ended abruptly at 9.00 pm.

Booked a deep tissue massage. Only oil application happened. Stepped out in 25 minutes. Therapist had no knowledge of pressure point or massage techniques. The first massage centre that asked for payment upfront. I didn't think a lot on that at that time. But if this is the quality of therapist then no doubt they want to take payment upfront. Then if PPL walk away in half time . No need for charging partial fee.

I have to wait for half an hour though I had booked the slot earlier.Secondly, I had opted for potly service but they provide me hot stone massage as their materials had exhausted for potly massage.But, service by KIM is really great. Worst experience today actually we had couple massage and the therapist don’t have knowledge of pressure point and don’t know how to make comfortable if a customer is paying that much amount. She didn’t asked customer whether they are feeling okay with the pressure they are applying. This parlour is one of the affordable parlours in Hitech city. Massage & Special HOT STONE MASSAGE services are quite good. If you have a membership, few services are a steal. Best part about this parlour is its location which is quite a easily reachable one. They also offer many other services. The ambience is perfect and comfortable enough. I thought O2 Spa gave the best massages as well as ambience. I was proved wrong. This spa is, hands down, the best spa I've had in Hyderabad. The folks know all the right acupunture points and do an amazing job. You also get an option of steam bath which accentuates the effect of the massage. If you're thinking of booking it, don't think twice. It's worth the money.

Worth it!! Professional staff. They will make you comfortable. The best spa centre in my budget. I opted for Women special full body massage, Steam with body scrub which costed me 1899/-. It was 1.30 hours session. Post session they served green tea.They have membership offers as well.

This place is right at the main road Car parking is available inside the cellar of the building. Rooms are decent. Massage bed in the final room is tad bit uncomfortable not too much though. Therapists are good and well trained. Overall, a decent experience.
