Had a very bad experience with the billing, I contacted the CRM team but to no avail. Very delayed response and no resolution as of now. Not at all happy as I had to shell out extra money though I had a PhonePe coupon and it was never even accepted. GST was calculated twice and no prior info was provided about the package cost. They are not ready to listen to your explanation when you question about how they arrived at the particular prize. The service was good but I am utterly disappointed with the billing and lack of compassion towards the customer once the bill was paid. Guys, please be careful and double/triple check the bill before paying or you will also be cheated like me. No one told me that a coupon is being applied. What about the GST which was applied twice. Don't know the basic calculations and you have the guts to give a completely misleading reply to lure more customers? You apply GST and again you apply GST on the discounted price? I will be approaching the right channels to see noone is cheated again.

I'm a little disappointed with the response I got for the voucher I owned. I got a 30 min complimentary voucher from Harley's when I planned on getting it redeemed I understood I would require the bill along with the same. Unfortunately the bill was misplaced but I had proof of payment towards Harley's since payment was made to the business online. I expected that would be considered. But I was asked to upgrade the voucher for that to be considered. I understand you want the clients to pay for stuff instead of using vouchers. But you can't force them into it. Had I visited the place I would have definitely had taken up a service or 2 on my own. But it is not a way to enforce purchase just to use a voucher. If exception of online payment receipt is acceptable if I upgrade... It should have been made without the upgrade as well. This would actually build client confidence. That's all from my end... Just a feedback.

After booking package and paying already through nearbuy coupon before availing the service, we were charged extra charges at the end of the service for lack of proper communication and understanding of the package booked by the customer around the duration. Seems like a poor strategy to take additional money from customers after providing the services,which is embarrassing for a customer to argue at the end of the session.The outlets should then keep stop watch facility to monitor time by the minute for services provided to clients as even after booking session for 60 minutes and scanning coupon code it was blamed on the customer that services were asked for 90 minutes, and hence needs to be paid extra whereas as customers we never asked for extra time.

The place is good for anyone who wants to start their wellness journey. For frequent goers, you can try this place and will not be disappointed. I found it to be value for money. The ambience is good and so is the music. Not to forget the therapists. Few improvement areas: 1) Socket not available near Hair Drier 2) No moisturizer or Deodrant available like other Meghavi centers 3) I was not asked for any focus area by the therapist. Due to this, I gave it 4 stars, else it's a 5 star service !

Service was professional but they need to make some changes 1) The therapist needs to know 3 languages ( Telugu, English, Hindi) 2) the therapist must know about the past muscle pains 3) some therapists need more strength 4) washrooms are too small 5) last and most important -> Before the treatment, talk to the physio and get clarity about the problems and go for the therapy so that the physio should be there. All the 5 are current problems otherwise all are good

Very unprofessional. I have taken appointment for couple massage one day before. When I reached at spa, receptionist told that there is electricity issue and will take lot of time. You guys are calling us so many times for appointment but once appointment is confirmed and you guys has some issues then u don't bother to inform customer on phone. I was regular customer and massage was always good here but staff must be professional.

This is a below average spa. The feel good aspect is very much missing. There was water problem during the shower, no bathrobe for female, door open and one can see massage going on which feels absolutely awkward. Good thing is the massage experience was good. We were explained about pressure points etc well. But the place really needs to work on its look and feel, specially the water problem

Especially therapist Christi in miyapur branch is the best therapist all over India, she knows ultimate techniques. meghavi miyapur is clean and very professional. because of therapists like christi people will take memberships. there is no other spa like meghavi in hyderabad.

Front desk & ambience was good . Had booked for deepp tissue full body massage. My previous 2 massage sessions at meghavi miyapur was too good.. But this time It was half done and therapist said s the massage session is done . Also very unprofessional therapist, In th name of deep tissue ,she just applied oil. Waste of time and money.

Felt not worth the money. Ambiance and experience is good but doesn't reach expectation (google showing >4 rating) and place doesn't seems the class we expect. I think rating are very high because they are asking to rate in the spa itself (infront of them). I can give 3 star but not worth more than that

As soon I entered the premises I was treated with a stinking smell. The room and the bathroom is also very congested. The therapist was not able to provide the required level even after multiple requests. Massage was not done as chosen. Overall its a thumbs down.

Okay massage. Front office service is good. The big issue was that the shower water leaked outside since the drainage was not able to drain it out. Not sure if that was a one-off so giving them the benefit of doubt.

From start to end the service was excellent and exceptional. Babita helped me get the best results, she made me feel comfortable all through the service. I think Hyd has the best spa that I have ever been to.

Spa services were good the staff were friendly but the atmosphere need to change a bit as the waiting room cash counter and exit all at one place makes after massage exists a bit awkward.
