This post office is The horrible service and staff worker i have ever seen in my Life.I went to send around 8 parcels by speed post,The woman and man who is in charge of speed post asking me i have Money or not.Because they can't accept card.i Understand.I have cash in my hand still they told me to send 5 parcels today because working time is over they told me to go again on the next day .Once i arrive if they do their job fast of course there was enough time to send all the parcels,instead they were doing very very slow and talking,dSoi have to bring home the rest parcels with my disable baby.i need to carry my baby and i have to get rickshaw.There was no rickshaw as the location was not in the main road.They have no heart to understand other people.i wish them bad luck to lost their job.God will punish all the workers.

I think they don't update their work. I mean I have posted a letter from WB which was delivered to Mehrauli. When I was tracking it was showing that your article is out for delivery. I searched for almost one week but the tracking system shows same thing. Then I thought that they are not doing the work so I registered complaint in India post website. Then I'm getting reply that my article has been delivered already. My question is that delivering article is not only the last last thing to do. That item has delivered that also should be updated. Then only I will know that the article has delivered or not. Otherwise we will track and they show only that article is out for delivery multiple times. We should also want to make sure that the article has been delivered to right person on right time .

I am giving 4 rating because they didn't work on time and even they didn't open this centre on time. You already know the government work, they never ever done on time because of careless of Govt Clerks. But in terms of cleanliness, this place is damn clean and you found clean environment over there. There is one bus stand which is famously called mehrauli bus stand so you can take bus over there to any place. There is no traffic you found near to this location so don't worry you reach over there without any interruptions but the thing road is not as much as good for cars. There is Aadhar center back to this post office so you can also visit to this center to correct credentials of yours like address, name, DOB and many more things.

Do not submit docs for passport reissuance in this post office. Firstly, it took more than 3 hours to submit docs here in po psk( system were down, then they decided to do sanitization for 1 hour as soon as the system came! It was hardly 10 min job). Now, i submitted docs for reissuance (no changes) in January 2021. Its been more than a month and no updation has come. They took 15 days to simply fwd file to RPO office!. On the other hand my cousin filed the docs in PSK ITO, and he received his passport within 20 days!. I REPEAT DO NOT SUBMIT DOCS HERE, INSTEAD GO to PSK ITO/GURGAON FOR TIMELY RENEWAL. REGARDS.

I visited this place not to send but to receive a speed Post as the postman had not delivered a package, and on tracking it was showing door locked. As I knew that I won't be available at the time of delivery I visited this place to collect the package in the morning. This place is in waking distance from Mehrauli Bus terminal, so you can take any DTC bus to reach here. I arrived here at 9:30AM and went on the first floor and asked about it, it took them some time to find the item, then they gave it to me. Staff are cooperative, you won't have any problem.

This is nearby Mehrauli bus terminal and also Mehrauli police station is not so far off. It's relatively new building, which is quite big. The staff is supportive and Aadhar office is also here. But the approach road is really bad and steep. Plus there is lot of mud also when you get in from the main road. And I'm reducing my rating to 4 because of this reason. Post office is open from 9 am to 2 pm from Monday to Friday and on Saturday till 12 pm.

A post office located in Mehrauli south Delhi. It is a moderate sized post office. Plentiful people from the nearby localities come here everyday for the post office work. There are four counters which deal with different operations. Nowadays, the staff follows all the guidelines of covid protocols. In addition, post office ATM is also installed in its campus. It is near to Mehrauli bus terminal.

i visited this place for passport purpose. my appointment time was 9:15 am. there was no one in office other than sweeper till 9:40 am. you will see two banch with the two people in the name of passport office. their services only start after 10 am. whatever your timing is , office only start afer 10 am. only benefit of this office, it was near my location and crowd was less.

This PO is amongst the few Post Offices which have its own Post Office ATM which can be treated as good development. If such PO ATM's are installed in villages, it would empowered villagers. Surrounding near PO is disappointing, see picture. It needs thorough cleaning. However, general impression is that this PO too work like any other PO's/ Government Offices.

Passport Appointment given 9am... Official sign board says they open at 930 am... Spoke to one of the staff members they say ppl will come around 10 am... No wonder we continue to be a developing country... These government officials just do t want to work... They should have biometric logins and cut their salaries and pensions

Helpful staff. If you talk politely and cooperate then there will never be problem anywhere. Also, don't bother about calling any post office whatsoever... they almost never pick it up. I assume because of the people asking really useless and dumb questions on telephone and shortage of staff during working hours.

They told me it was closed even though it was open. When I pointed out the working hours, the clerk asked me to wait for 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes and so on even though he wasn't doing anything. He then proceeded to cater to the people who came way after me. Extremely poor service.

Post office is closed to mahrauli bus turminal. Anyone can go there by bus 717 from qutub minar metro station. Post office has not large area inside but there also very less crowd. If queue lenght is high than it may be problem in summer because electric fan is very slow.

Helpful staff, clean offices. Post office is in the building & Passport Office is in the front building second floor. Speed post not done after 2p.m. on Saturdays, they recommend to go to the Hauz Khas post office which is open till 5p.m. for speed posts.

First of all they don’t do packing so had to walk for 30 minutes in the search for a courier packing + their UPI server doesn’t quite work well so had to pay the money twice since Government of India and its employees are incompetent. Shame on India

Take appointment only if you can climb 2nd floor. Senior citizens should avoid this location. Also better to go to this place on 2 wheeler as there is no parking and the roads are narrow. The guys are supportive and work was done quickly

Very Bad experience, after document verification at this office they send my file to police verification after 2 months, my everyone don't book your appointment to this office. I recieved my passport after 3 months.

Please carry your own stamps with you because this post office doesn’t have any stamps available. Worst employees and worst staff. Govt. paying salaries out of no work, salute to our Indian government employees

Very bad experience. Came here for aadhar update service. Waiting time is very long. The working staff was too slow at work. For 1.5 hrs line didn’t moved at all. Worst experience. Highly not recommended.

IF YOU ARE COMING FOR ANY AADHAAR RELATED ISSUE PLEASE COME AT 6 AM IN THE MORNING BECAUSE THERE IS A LINE SYSTEM WHICH IS FOLLOWED HERE AND ONLY FIRST 25 PEOPLE GETS THE FORM AND REST WILL HAVE TO LEAVE.

Passport Seva Kendra is very bad, in appointment I was asked to come at 9:15 am, but there is no one in office. No AC, it’s dusty place, I would recommend not to choose this centre for appointment

Little off the place but easy to find. Not too much of rush here. Clean post office. Very supportive staff. Opens at 9 am till 2pm on weekdays and 9am to 12pm on Saturday. Lunch time is 1-1:30 pm

It was hassle free I would say, but today I got a SMS saying that I have missed my appointment so I'm scared if something wrong has happened......i will have to visit again if that is the case!!!

At 8 am they distribute form for aadhar card update and submit it at 9am. after 9 they did not accept the forms. This process is made by post master for their ease not for the public ease.

One of the worst experiences. They never answer the calls. In fact, the entire service of india post itself is wholly deficient and lackadaisical. Never take their services. Save yourself!

Located in walking distance of About 300 meters from mehrauli bus terminal. Easy to locate proper sign board is placed. Addhar, banking and passport sewa Kendra is also operational here.

This place is PSK Mehrauli. A bit inside & you need to ask the locals for the way. Locals are helpful.
