Unfortunately, not a great experience. Waited an hour and a half with an appt for an oil change. Lobby is nice. Clean. So that's a plus. I reminded the staff upfront to make sure to add air because my tires were low. I was assured they would take care of that. After spending far more than I was quoted when I called the prior day, I left and realized not only was my tire not filled with air, even after reminding them, but that my fluids had not been topped off. I'm pretty bummed because I do not normally venture out and try new places. I went to them because of the price I was quoted on the phone and drove quite a bit away from the normal Jiffy Lube I go to, to try something new. I was told I could drive all the way back to get the air in tires and fluids topped off, but after driving out of my way to try them, driving 30 minutes back wasn't going to happen. I was not impressed with that solution. Always sucks to give new companies a try and they fall short and do not do the job in its entirety. Makes you wonder how you even know for sure they used the expensive full synthetic oil you paid for when they cut corners elsewhere. Bummer. Why can't places seem to finish the job the first time, anymore? Are there no check lists? No idea. I will be disputing with my bank, as I don't trust that the job was done properly and the services included with an oil change, that were listed on the website, were not completed. They did spend a lot of time listing the thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements my car needed, though! Wish they would have spent more time worrying about properly completing my oil change instead.

I started bringing my vehicle to this store because of its convenience of location and low prices. Several visits ago after I left, I noticed I had an oil leak all of a sudden! Turns out the oil pan drain plug wasn’t screwed in all the way. My mechanic fixed that for me because I thought I had a serious leak somewhere. Each time after that first service, time has been the issue, the manager has a sign that he made, and posted below the credit card machine on a piece of computer paper that reads, “oil changes take one hour”. After I had to reschedule my appointment the first time Because after I waited a half an hour after my scheduled appointment time of 11 o’clock, if I didn’t leave I would be late getting back to work. So the next day I go in and it takes an hour and a half again. I politely suggested that he take the sign down or change it. He dismissed what I had to say, stating that he had too many parts piled up in the back and it was taking them longer to do their work than it should. I politely said that it wasn’t my fault that he had things piled up in the back and I shouldn’t have to wait longer than advertised because of that. He again dismissed my attempt at offering some constructive criticism with another flimsy excuse thats not worth repeating. I’d like very much to continue to bring my vehicle to this location, however, my experiences have not been improving. Thank you.

I had a good first experience, the oil change I got was the best price for a newer ford escape, as I called a few places and here was the lowest besides Walmart. There was an over 90 mins wait…it was a Thursday afternoon and it did eat a good part of my day off up. They “got me right in” so maybe they had sent people home already for the day, then got a couple unexpected jobs? There was coffee and water. Some tattoo television expo on loop. Good talk with the two employees. However, the tech didn’t attach my heat shield back and I take the highway to work and it was flapping in the wind, super distracting, and people kept honking and flashing at me. I called that night when I got home, close to their closing time on Friday, they “got me right in” but this time was just a 15 mins wait and just one loop of the tattoo show on the tv. No charge, but also nothing for my time and inconvenience. I can’t complain too bad, last time I went to Walmart for my oil change, they put like 7 quarts of oil and the dealership was doing work for something else, and had to empty a ton out as it was “dangerously overfull”. This Meineke matched my Groupon rate, super convenient, so I didn’t have to waste my time buying one. And the two sales people were super friendly and helpful. I’ll be going back, but before I leave, I’m going to take a look at my truck and peek underneath as well

I called to make appt for oil change. Employee stated that “now” was a good time as they were slow. I headed over and arrived within 15 minutes. There were at least 4 people in waiting room. I finally got checked in and they said it would be 1 hour and be done. I returned within one hour (I walked to local food place in 108 heat) as told. Meanwhile they had my phone to text me if any updates happened. I received no updates. Upon arrival I was told that they had NOT even gotten to my car and it would be another HOUR at least to get it done as there were still people in front of me. I said “you could have texted me or gave me accurate information so I would not be walking around and waiting in the heat. I said I could not stay as I had to pick up my kids from school. As I had a coupon to use i returned the next day early in morning (fist appt) and got in. Luckily I beat two guys that followed right behind me otherwise it could have been another 2 hour wait. I had to take my kid early to daycare to accommodate early appt. No one apologized, offered future discount..nada. Won’t return..obviously. What was also odd is that they told me it took and hour because they had to do a all this diagnostic checking on car as part of the oil Change. When I paid for oil change no one discussed any diagnostics nor did I get a report. Poorly managed and run operation

This Meineke is always fast and professional. Update: My oil change was done incorrectly and parts were left off. In this case it was the oil filter cap center tube. This almost immediately will cause service engine codes, which this did. At first I didn't believe it could be the part that was left out so I checked the vanos system, which is directly affected by this part being left out. Eventually I took the filter cap off and the part wasn't there. This is not an expensive part, but is critical for proper engine operation and lubrication. I originally contacted Meineke on 9/23 but was told I would need to speak with the tech who was off that day. I followed up today and I was told that the tech remembers this car and stated he did put it back in. I told them that he absolutely didn't and that I had already ordered a new cap. Meineke then offered to help me diagnose the issue. I didn't need to diagnose the vehicle, I need the part that probably came off with the old filter and is wherever the old filter a disposed of at this Meineke, but instead of looking the chose to be disagreeable, condescending and hung up. I've gone to this Meineke a few times in the past, but this Meineke chose to go this route over compensating me for a $12 part and seriously thought that this is what someone would scam them over.

Had appointment for 10:30, arrived 9:50 since I finished dentist appointment elsewhere. Sat waiting til 11:15, got a bunch of texts but no one came out to explain anything. Labor estimate was roughly 1 hour. No one said anything at checkin about reviewing my phone which I always keep on silent. Accepted the recommendations as most were either related to what I came for (oil) but rest was mfg-schedule stuff. I’m approaching three hours now for an appointment I was anticipating to be an hour to two at most even and arrived early for. Not happy with the customer service level and more disappointed no one has checked in on me or provided a status on my vehicle. Just hanging around talking about what to order for lunch or reviewing cellphones. There was a female attendant who was greeting people, keeping them updated, checking them out, etc. I unfortunately was received by some young dude who seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered to communicate whatsoever. At a minimum knowing how long I’d be here without any transportation in the summer with a sick dog waiting at home would have been nice. Arrived 9:40am, waited until after 1pm asking how much longer/status, was told it was done all of a sudden. Appt was for oil change and brake check, received absolutely no word or status on my brakes. Never again

Place is shady. They told me my vehicle would be ready same day by 3:30pm. Then coincidentally when I didn’t accept their upsells, all of a sudden they didn’t have the parts for my repair and would need to order them, and my repair would take an additional two days, but that my vehicle would be ready at 7:30am two days later and they would call me soon as they open. Fast forward two days later they never called and the vehicle wasn’t ready. Ended having to call them to find out it would end up taking until 3pm that day when they assured me all the work had been done days ago and they were just waiting on some bolts to put it back together. Then when I went in to finally get it, they tell me it costs more than they initially quoted me and needed my approval to bill the warranty company but that they weren’t sure why it cost more it just did. Not wanting to spend anymore time in that place I approved and when I did the guy implied that if I was ok with it he could bill the warranty for some other stuff too since I’m not paying for it. 10/10 would never go here again

I had an appointment for a standard oil change at 10:30 a.m. and chose the option to wait there at the center until my car was ready. There were two cars already being worked on and my car was first in the wait line. The staff said they would start my oil change in 10-15 minutes. They did not start on my car until over an hour later at 11:50 a.m. without any update or explanation as to why it was delayed. When other people went up to the desk to ask for updates, the staff gave them vague wait times. Finally, my oil change was finished at 12:47 p.m. There was no apology or explanation for how long it took. Instead, they suggested I spend more time and money there to let them perform more services on my car. This was my first and last time as a Meineke customer.

Last week had an oil change done before hitting the road for the holidays up to Utah. Halfway through my drive I noticed something dragging and looked under my car to notice my skid plate not on correctly. I called the shop the next morning when they were open and asked what we could do to resolve this. The Manager asked me to bring my car back in when I got back into town so they could take a look at it. My plate only ended up with a few scrapes which is only cosmetic for me as long as it does its purpose. The shop was able to give me an oil change free of charge due to this. I am very grateful they were able to get me taken care of and have a resolution!!

came in because my a/c was blowing hot air. one guy stated that an a/c recharge would be around $169. after they took a look at my car, I was told my car MIGHT need a recharge and that would cost $481... I was told that if the problem continues, come back after a couple days of driving. basically, they wanted to charge me nearly $500 and couldn’t even tell me whether I had a leak, need hoses replaced, ANYTHING. took my car to the dealership and they did an actual diagnostic test and told me I have a compressor leak. had I paid the $481, meineke would have not fixed the root of the problem.

So I was a repeat customer to this specific location when they had different management. Now they have a new management and I took my car there for an oil change which already had previous work done to it, and this new management quoted me on some ridiculous prices for things I already had fixed! To all the ladies needing work for their car do not I repeat, do not come here this new management will have you paying the highest prices for things you’ve already had done . Do not waste your time or money with this new management.

Dedicated and knowledgeable group of technicians at this location who stand behind their work. Brought our 1998 Honda CR-V here for work last year: timing belt, water pump, oil pump. Started running rough and the manager personally took it upon himself to diagnose/troubleshoot the issue at no charge. Found it was a faulty timing belt (literally one too many teeth on the belt) and replaced it at no charge. I trust them to get the job done and ensure our cars are safely ready for the road.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Even though it was a simple oil change, I was communicated with about the process. There were a couple things that I could have been upsold on but I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything extra as some people will try to do. Lastly, the whole lobby INCLUDING the bathroom was clean! That was quite impressive. I will be sure to refer family and friends as well as come back for my own car if needed.

I am very grateful of everyone answering questions with personal experience and even walking over to my car with me to look at some of the paint questions I had. They were absolutely amazing. Quick with diagnostic and we're able to help me and my girlfriend now in a little bit of a pinch. Showed us a video of exactly what was going on wrong with our car and then was able to show us comparable prices and exactly what they were charging us for itemized. It was really helpful and one of the most open and up front experiences I've ever had with a mechanic no beating around the bush!

10/10 Customer service. I came in due to a flat tire and they were able to take care of me right away. I let them know I was on my way to work and under a time constraint. They were still able to replace my tire in time! They had to order it in and were kind enough to expedite it. Super chill group of professionals and they didn't try to price gouge me and were very fair. Best auto shop I have been to in the area!

Fast friendly and answered any questions i had. Only issue i have is that since leaving there my prestart option on my Camero only works when it wants to. Never had an issue before and I've had many oil changes and filter changes so idk what happened. And then they sent a text for approval or denying services and let me tell u i have never had this many things "wrong" wit my car EVER!! Highly confused and upset

First off who ever is cleaning this place is doing a phenomenal job. This is the cleanest/sanitized shop I’ve been to in a very long time. The people here are super nice and make you feel comfortable waiting for your service to be complete. I didn’t feel pushed into any additional services though they made sure I was made aware of the services my vehicle needed. They worked fast and took care of me! Thank you!

Total Ripoff. Purchased and printed out a Groupon for an oil change. Made/Showed up for appointment. They asked me if I had the Groupon app on my phone. Told them no. They told me they did not see a groupon in their system, and would not honor my paper copy. I came home and checked my Meineke Groupon. Still have it shows valid - not redeemed. I'm out what I paid and still need an oil change.

I RECOMMEND this place. I had Andrew help me out. I had an ABS sensor that got fried. It would cost be $900 to fix it…He didn’t try to upsell or anything like that, just told me what was wrong and it’s nothing to be worried about. No fee for trying to find a problem (which is awesome). Definitely will come again next year if i or my family have problems with our cars. Thx for the help

Took my car in for an oil change the other day, next day I noticed my car was leaking a significant amount of oil when prior there was not a single drop leaking. When I addressed the issue they tried to pin it on a leak from sept. Why wasn’t the leak addressed again prior to the oil change. Also staff was being very secretive when the tech gave back keys. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL

Went in to get a quote for my brakes knowing I also needed tires very badly, they helped me figure out a plan to that didn’t leave me broke at the end of the day and they showed me all the problems that needed urgent attention. They got them fixed way faster than expected and this was the first time I’ve left a shop feeling relieved instead of stressed.

Strange that I never had my check engine light on for this car. I come for an oil change and now the check engine light is on the next day LOL. Never coming back here again, it’s not a coincidence. Need better business practices if this is what yall are about… for those looking at reviews, Midas in Scottsdale have some stand up guys working there

The young guy called my claims department and told him that the cost wasn’t the motor for the air condition. It was something else and told me it was the motor so they did not cover it and asked for me to have the connector checked, instead I did not understand why he said it was to me and told claim department a different story..

The associate broke my Cadillac hub cover and then told my husband we would have to pay for it if they order a new one. They is ridiculous, you don’t get to damage my property and not fix the problem. The oil life percentage was not set to 100%. I will not be back!
