I came to get my hair cut in long layers. My hair length was a few inches below my shoulders but I basically ended up with a mullet/mushroom-shaped abomination. She first cut the top layers in huge chunks instead of starting from the bottom sections and working her way up little by little. The whole thing was very uneven and not blended at all. There were red flags from the time I arrived but I chalked it up to it being a neighborhood salon and I normally don’t mind establishments being a little rough around the edges. The licenses displayed on the wall were expired. There was hair on the floor and chair from previous customers. I got water sprayed on my face and she didn’t bother blow drying my hair to get the cut hair off. I didn’t realize how badly my hair was cut until I got home and I regret tipping as much as I did. I went to another stylist that day to try and fix it and they were shocked to hear about my experience. I wish I could get my money and my hair back.

Don’t cut your hair with the lady with short hair she does not know what shes doing and idk how she even has a job here to mess up the good ratings? if you appreciate your clients don’t give a job to someone that does not do their job right. I went in there wanting layers and had my hair down to my butt and ended up with my hair above my bra strap and she had to mess my hair up right before the holidays. That lady is those types you tell them cut the tips and leave you looking like Dora! Be warned she sucks at her job

I didn't have an appointment and it was Good Friday which most businesses like this was closed. I walked right in an had a great experience. It's a local and neighborhood salon like it used to be in past. I loved it!! Go being open and support family owed businesses.

In my experience, the owner will be cutting your hair while completely focused on her phone call conversation. The blatant and total lack of professionalism. It's no wonder her workers don't last long.

TERRIBLE. My sister came in to get her hair done ombré and the lady said she could do it only to stick her with highlights and an uneven transition. Do not recommend if you want to get your hair done.
