Do your research first! My sons ASICS (from the men’s range) were actually stock that were over 10 years old- the glue had disintegrated and the soles came apart after 5 weeks of an 8 year old wearing them! I took them back and they lied about sending them to ASICS for repair. When I picked them up they had a really strong glue smell and they couldn’t provide me with a job number for the ASICS repair- the glue came undone again within a day! I took them back again and they told me there was nothing they could do and then gave me a false name of their supplier- ironically to a fantastic shoe store in Clayton who have been over the top helpful and couldn’t believe how the Stud Park shop had behaved. I’ve bought so many shoes for the kids here in the past- but the older man seems to have gone? He was always so helpful! :-( Won’t be returning!

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a shoe shop. I told the man, Chris, what size I am and he gave me a smaller size to try, after trying the same size on that was on display. Then he tried to tell me the women’s and men’s were a different width when they’re a unisex shoe. I have had the same size foot for years and know even the length of my foot. After pointing this out, he was beyond rude about it and told me if I’m not there to buy stop wasting his time and leave. I was prepared to buy if they had my size. Overheard another customer explaining to the younger man working that it was the wrong size too. EU vs US. They obviously don’t understand the product their selling. Might “cheaper” prices but it’s not worth the service you receive.

Very disappointed when I took my Nike trainers back after 2 months due to them starting to sheer apart at the toe crease to be told that they could not do a replacement or store credit but could send them for repairs (which would be useless as the fabric at the crease is faulty causing the issue).The gentleman then indicated that it looked like the shoe has be torn by something, even though the sheering is consistent across both shoes at the toe crease. 2 months use for a pair of Nike trainers. Hopeless and to not offer anything but a token “we will send them off” just made it worse.

Been going to these guys for a long time and always find excellent service and provide good deals. Did find they were a bit late opening up, so came back a hour later. But went today and was helped by a lass who seemed to know her stuff. Opted for a pair of shoes with jazzy red laces, also came with grey ones to match. The boss offered to change the laces and did it right there on the spot. Great survice and friendly staff, highly recommended.

I've bought shoes here a few times; Love it - it's like going into the tardis - I never fail to be amazed at how many different shoes they have in this store. It's like a mega store very neatly and carefully condensed down to a point where you see their very comprehensive range of adult and kids shoes while standing in one place! The staff know their stuff, have competitive prices and are never pushy. Checks the boxes for me!

Great service, competitive prices and staff have always been very helpful. They are very patient and professional for recommending the right shoes for the right feet. My podiatrist recommended them and I haven’t looked back and I have told many family members to visit and they think it’s the best recommendation that I have provided them. Keep up the great work. Very disappointed, I bought a pair of shoes and I checked with the girl at counter what’s return refund policy, she said yeah bring them back if you have a change of mind. Next day I went to return them because they were uncomfortable and she refused to give refund. She said we never do refund and didn’t tell me the same thing when I asked while purchasing a day before. Extremely disappointed

I love this shop! For 6 years my husband and I have purchased all our exercise shoes here, shoes for casual and wear, and for work. Always good service and friendly staff. I just had a pair of leather sneakers that were faulty after very little wear in the 10 months since I purchased them. The staff kindly got them replaced for me!! Very happy! Been shopping here for years. They've seen my kids grown from primary through to secondary school and beyond. The prices are same as or cheaper than the major stores, and the service is perfect. If they get busy, they say to the customers that they are busy and do we mind if they serve other customers whilst trying on runners. Just delightful.

The prices were excellent but... my dad asked for a size 10 shoe so the worker went to get it from the back. He came back to us holding size 9? He tried to sell it to us but we declined. We said clearly that my dads foot was size 10, so he went to get them. It took him 20 minutes until he came back with a size 12. What? Just me orz.

They don’t do refunds even if you bought the day before. Wasn’t told and no signs up to let people know it’s a credit only. You can buy the same stuff in stores that will give refunds. If the item has not been touched there should be no reason to not give a refund. That’s stealing peoples money. Won’t be shopping there again.

Excellent service & a huge range to choose from. I was highly impressed with my assistants knowledge of the various shoe models which gave me the ability to understand which shoe best fitted my physical needs & exercise requitements.

Hopeless Opened twenty minutes past the advertised time. Didn’t care- took my details to call me when the shoes will be in. Couldn’t spell my name correctly Didn’t call me. Lost business with substandard business practices.
